今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

Go to the mall, go into the street, a busy everywhere, is lively, is full of festive atmosphere.

元旦到了，又是新的一年!又是朝气蓬勃的一年!今天，我们沐浴在新鲜的阳光下，大步地走在大街上。

元旦前些天，下了两场大雪!大伙儿的心都飞出去。任屋子是多么的暖和，大家还是忍不住去体验雪的欢乐。展眼望去，好 似北国风光!白雪皑皑，大地披上了洁白的衬衫，天空变得无比 开阔。松柏、房屋，农田，在此时也“活”了起来。谁说冬天万 物凋零?有了雪，一切就生机盎然。孩子们热情的心温暖了这个世界。他们的手脚不再冷，全都暖烘烘的。连大人也收不住放飞的童心，争先恐后地跑进雪堆里打起雪仗来。

元旦来了，大街上好不热闹啊!熙熙攘攘的人群，张灯节彩的超市、大厦，彩旗飘扬，喧闹声接连不断。人们的脸上洋溢着 节日的喜庆。服装店里，各式各样的人在买漂亮的衣服。好像元 旦就是一个盛大的舞会，不穿上鲜艳的服饰就无法表达自己对新 一年的喜悦。

元旦可乐坏了小朋友们。大人们牵着他们的小手，欢快地走 在大街上。他们的眼神里透露着好奇心。一会儿往东，一会儿往西，可把他们的父母累坏了。可父母此时也由着孩子，他们也沉浸在节日的喜庆之中了!

走到商场，走到街上，到处一片繁华，无不热闹，到处都是节日的气氛。

How to have a healthy body? First of all, you have to play sports like

playing basketball and running. You should also eat more fruits and vegetables,

such as apples and bananas, which are rich in vitamins. If you do that, you

wont get sick often. And you can not stay up late, to early to bed and early to

rise, you should speak hygiene, clean themselves, often to drink lots of water

every day, not to eat junk food, and so on are conducive to a healthy body, the

most important thing is to pay attention to safety.

怎样拥有一个健康的身体?首先你必须经常运动比如打篮球，跑步。你还要多吃蔬菜水果，例如苹果，香蕉，它们含有丰富的维生素。如果这样做，你就不会经常得病。并且你不可以熬夜，要早睡早起，你要讲卫生，经常清洁自己，每天要喝很多水，不能吃垃圾食品等等都利于身体健康，最重要的是注意安全。

前两天天气好，妈妈洗了好多衣服。今天到放学回家，看到沙发上收的衣服都快堆成一座小山了，我马上决定和妈妈一起收拾。

我把想法告诉妈妈，她高兴地说：“好呀!那你先把衣服从衣架上取下来分类放好吧。上衣放一处，裤子放一处，内衣袜子放一处，需要挂的先挂起来。”

衣服分好后，我们先叠的是裤子。妈妈先给我示范了一遍，只见她手抖一抖、拉一拉、再折两下，裤子很快就被叠好了。好神奇!我学着妈妈的样子，试着叠了几条，自我感觉还行!

然后是叠上衣。妈妈教我先把衣服抚平、拉链儿拉上，再把袖子翻上去弄好，最后把整件上衣再对折两下。OK!上衣也好了，妈妈夸我叠得真不错!

最后妈妈说：“收袜子的时候，要把一双袜子粘在一起，这样穿的时候方便找!”原来叠衣服还有这么多的学问!

我和妈妈边说边叠，不知不觉，就把那么一大堆衣服收拾完了。看着一沓沓整洁的衣服，想想自己又学了一项新本领，真开心!
