目前初三的英语教学中，因种种因素，造就了相当一部分英语学习比较困难，并伴有的差生。因此对这部分学生加强心理指导，培养培养的心理素质，帮助他们尽快走出困境，成为学习的主人，就显得十分必要。学科教学是学校教育的主渠道、主阵地，学科学习是学生的主导活动，学生大量的心理困惑都产生于学习过程中，各种人格品质也在学科的学习中得到发展。英语作为语言学科，在教学中加强德育及心理方面渗透工作，坚持以人为本，坚持教育创新，坚持______，坚持内涵发展，以行为习惯养成教育为重点，以加强细节教育。

二、工作要点

对于向学生进行思想教育、品德教育、科学文化教育和心理素质教育，在本学期的教学中加强德育工作如下：

(一)有敬业精神，热爱学生。

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价，对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感，每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时，总希望得到老师的表扬，学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理，往往在课堂上不敢开口，因此，我对学困生从不大声呵斥，而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因，然后对症下药，循循善诱，在加强辅导的同时，根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明：利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法，给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的，能使他们对自己充满自信，树立学好英语的信心。

在依依不舍中告别吐鲁番的葡萄园，我们来到了此次丝绸之路旅行的终点站——乌鲁木齐，游天山天池，扮新疆姑娘，吃羊肉串，看惊险的“达瓦孜”高空走钢丝节目，尽情感受新疆的热情……

妈妈提议：今天全家总动员，家庭大扫除吧!我和爸爸都举双手双脚同意。分配任务了，妈妈负责厨房，爸爸负责扫除天花板上的灰尘和客厅，我负责自己房间的打扫。说干就干，房屋里“乒哩乓啷”的声音传开了，汇成了一首美妙的交响曲。爸爸拿起扫把“横扫”天花板，灰尘就纷纷落下。妈妈在灶头喷上洗洁精，拧干抹布，上下来回地擦洗。我呢，看着爸爸妈妈这么卖力，心想：我也要撸起袖子好好干活啊!

我先拿起抹布浸入水中，再拧干，这儿擦一下，那儿擦一下。我擦啊擦，发现了一只小老鼠，吓得跳起来，忙着叫妈妈过来，妈妈看了看说：“这是一只玩具老鼠，别这么大惊小怪的。”真的吓坏我了呢!擦好后，我就学着妈妈的样子用心地叠被子，虽然费了九牛二虎之力叠好了，但被子还是歪歪扭扭的。接着，收拾书柜了，我把一本本书拿出来放在凳子上，然后拿起抹布把书柜的空位擦了一遍又一遍，再把书一本本有秩序地放进书柜里。最后拿起拖把，把房间里的每个角落都拖了一遍。我满头大汗，房间已经变得窗明几净，焕然一新了。原来劳动是那么辛苦，我决定以后要多帮妈妈分担家务，为家里出一份力。

Recently, a Chinese student who studied abroad delivered a speech at the

graduate ceremony. Her speech soon became the hot issue, because she criticized

Chinese air pollution, which was a great threat to her health. Though her speech

had exaggerated the problem, it is true that China has faced many pollution

problems. The haze in Beijing is famous around the world, which is the

punishment for human to ruin the environment. It needs time to fix the problem,

but there is no need to deny our country. Even for the developed countries, they

have once faced such problem before. We can do something in the daily life to

protect it, such as do not throw away the rubbish.

Nowadays, more and more people prefer to travel quite often. Bytraveling,

we not only can relax ourselves but also broaden our knowledge circles. From my

aspect, I think we can make many friends and travel with them.

Firstly, we can enjoy the beautiful scenery and relax ourselves. For modern

life, we are busy with our work with high pressure. However, when we travel, we

will be attracted by great landscape and forget pressure from both work and

life.

Secondly, we can make friends by traveling. For most travelers, they tend

to find many companions to travel with. If you check the internet, you will find

that some people will call others to join them for travel. Through this kind of

travel, we can meet many different people and make friends with them to broaden

our social circle.

Thirdly, we can learn much knowledge form travel. Before you go to

somewhere to travel, generally, you need to make plans for your travel. You can

find lots of things you don’t know when you make a plan, such as, the origin of

a certain area, the customs of different areas, local food and so on.

In conclusion, we can not only relax ourselves and make new friends but at

the same time we can learn much from travel.

Mid Autumn Festival is a traditional festival of China。 It used to be as

important as Spring Festival 。It is usually celebrated in September or October。

This festival is to celebrate the harvest and to enjoy the beautiful moon

light。

To some extent， it is like Thanks Giving day in western countries。 On this

day， people usually get together with their families and have a nice meal。 After

that， people always eat delicious moon cakes， and watch the moon。 The moon is

always very round on that day， and makes people think of their relatives and
