一、指导思想

在依依不舍中告别吐鲁番的葡萄园，我们来到了此次丝绸之路旅行的终点站——乌鲁木齐，游天山天池，扮新疆姑娘，吃羊肉串，看惊险的“达瓦孜”高空走钢丝节目，尽情感受新疆的热情……

这次旅行，让我看到了祖国山河的美丽，体验了不同民族的风情，欣赏了古代人民的智慧成果，学到了很多历史和地理知识，还结识了很多新朋友。

Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

During those days. I enjoyed myself. At first, I went to the zoo to see lovely animals. And then. I went to the sea world to see beautiful fishes. That was very interesting.

Secondly I went for a trip with my parents, we went to Linxia to visit my grandparents and to eat minority’s foods. We rode horse on the grassland and had a fun with local children. It was very exciting. After that, I held a party and invited some of my best friends to visit my house.

My mother bought a lot of tasty foods for us, we also took many photos on the party. We played very happy. I also watched lots of carton films at home, they were wonderful.

I like the holiday. I like my May Day.

Just days before the arrival of winter vacation, Im still thinking what to do to make my life more meaningful winter vacation. I suddenly thought of mother daily toil in recent years, always wash his clothes, and cook for us every day, mop the floor... Such as housework. After passing the 20XX College Entrance Examination, I find my name in the enrolling list of Hechi college which many young people dream of. 放暑假了，大家尽情地无忧无虑地玩，我当然也不例外，电脑、电视成了我忠实的伙伴，晚饭之余还得去文化广场和大家玩活力板比赛，可是再开学我就是一名五年级的学生了，为了保持我的学习成绩和其他方面有新的进步，制定如下暑假计划：

1、早上6：30分起床晨读半小时，预习新课文或者背论语;7：00左右做50个仰卧起坐;7：30分左右洗刷完毕吃早饭。

2、中午吃过早饭去文化宫练乒乓球;中午回家看会课外书再吃中午饭;吃完中午饭1：00左右睡午休。

3、下午2：00左右起床，练一张字帖和心算一张口算题;然后再做5页暑假生活指导或写一篇日记;完成作业后玩一小时左右的电脑(为了保护我的视力，我努力争取控制在1小时之内);然后在楼下和伙伴们滑活力板或者玩游戏;大约6：30左右吃晚饭。

4、7：00左右去书店看书;8：30左右回家吃点水果，冲个澡，9：00左右看会书睡觉。

5、假期里我争取把作业做得即快又好，争取把写字水平提高上去，我还要尽量多读些课外书，标出好词好句和写出读书心得，以丰富我的阅读知识，提高我的写作水平，力争多发表几篇稿子。

6、假期中我还要积极参加对自己身体健康有益的各种活动，搞好学校组织的“阳光助老”“四德践行”公民道德建设活动，争取帮老人多做些好事。
