There is a saying that every family has its trouble. Indeed, no one can go

on well all the time. My parents have found the good way to educate us. Thus,

when there is conflict happening between the relatives, we obey the rules and

know what to do. My parents have set up many rules for me and my sister, which

works to solve problems. The first rule is to say thank you when we get help.

二、发现问题

1、偏科现象严重。通过成绩单，很容易看出你们的孩子哪门学科存在偏科。假期的时间是最好的查漏补缺时间。如果家长能够督促他们从基础抓起，并跟踪到位，大部分学生都是有机会重新找回学习的感觉的。初二是个转折期，如果这个时期不注意，估计以后就很难挽回了。语文要鼓励孩子多阅读，多积累，至于物理我有方法让他们主动去学，大部分家长大可放心。数学和外语是亟待解决的学科，如果基础不好，以后真是寸步难行。

2、早恋。现在孩子感情丰富，如果没有可释放或寄托感情的地方，他们就很容易将这种感情依赖于相近的年龄的异性，这可能是正常异性交往，但无疑增加了早恋的几率。所以我希望各位家长能多给予孩子关心，让你们成为孩子感情寄托的港湾。据我了解，我们班已经有两位同学好像是进行时，但我没有确凿证据，但在这里提出来，每位家长都要注意了。

3、借读生。最近我发现有部分借读生，不知从哪里了解到借读生政策。既借读生即使考上白云或旅中都要交钱。有些成绩好的借读生认为反正考上考不上都要交钱，就现在这成绩花钱肯定能上，因此而不思进取，安于现状;成绩相对差一些的借读生心想，努力考上了还要交那么多钱，更何况差距这么大，努力还不一定能考上，还不如初三分流走呢!这导致一些同学不再能安心学习了。就这件事情，我还想说，有些事情不是孩子这个年龄需要知道的，最好别让孩子知道。

4、请假过于频繁。孙中洋经常以身体不舒服，自己给我打电话请假。迟鹏伟、乔宽往往无故旷课。对于一些确实生病的同学，最好家长亲自、及时电话请假。如果你们能主动电话联系班主任，在你孩子不在的时候，我可以主动给你们电话，否则我工作也很困难。

5、两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书。这在相对优秀的学生身上表现最为突出。我经常听到有家长说，孩子只要好好学习，其它任何事情我都不让他做。其实你这种教育是有欠缺的。真真优秀的学生不会因为学习，而啥事不做的。这主要表现在不关心班集体，对于班级琐事能躲则躲。这与家庭教育有很大关系。我问一学生，在家你自己的衣服自己洗吗?她说我不洗，都俺妈帮我洗。我说父母能给你洗一辈子吗?她说长大了她要找保姆。听了这话，我不知该说什么，我只说，自己事还是自己做的好!有些话真不好和孩子说。

6、正确对待学生间、师生间的矛盾。这学期我发现两个例子。当然这不是在我们班出现的。一学生打另外一位同学。被打的学生家长到学校就就要找打人学生，要教训教训他。这被班主任制止了。等会打人的学生家长来了，家长间又吵吵起来了。这样的结局只有一个，两个孩子之间矛盾势必要加深。新亏这是被班主任制止了，要不然你成年人打孩子，就不那么简单了。还有就是一学生和老师发生矛盾，家长一来火气冲天，和老师大吵，你想这最后害的是谁?这只能增加学生对老师的敌视。如果家长把这件事协调好，老师也不可能因为这事就对孩子有偏见。学生之间的矛盾甚至是师生之间的矛盾，都是很正常的事情。矛盾的产生，双方都难免有责任。作为家长不是要追究谁对谁错，而更应该注意协调好矛盾双方的关系。

7、手机使用。有关手机使用，我第一次已经告知各位家长，而现在又过之而无不及。作为班主任我有告知各位家长义务，至于家长如何选择，我干涉不了。但我要问各位家长，你给孩子买手机的目的是什么?孩子处于何种目的要手机?如果你和孩子的目的，在你看来是利大于弊，那你继续。

三、安全教育

1、煤气安全。旅顺发生两起比较严重的煤气爆炸事故，已经给煤气安全敲响了警钟。因此我们必须防范于未然，要教育孩子基本的煤气泄漏处理措施和注意事项。

2、交通安全。我亲眼看见，一学生为追三路车，而不顾过往车辆。我看那司机刹车的痕迹很清晰，真是触目惊心。如果司机刹车不及时，结局可想而知。中国道路交通事故死亡人数连续十年排在世界首位。你说我们还能不重视吗?

3、燃放烟花爆竹安全。为烘托节日气氛，各家都要燃放鞭炮，这项工作不要让孩子燃放。同时还要教育孩子远离摔炮、擦炮等，毕竟这些东西里都含有火药，非常危险。

4、甲型H1N1流感安全。假期要注意流感预防，如果出现甲流疑似症状要及时和班主任或学校联系。

今天家长会另一个主题就是想听听家长朋友们对我工作的要求和建议，无论措辞严厉与否，我都会很乐意接受，因为我们有着共同目的，既为了孩子健康发展。我想你们的要求和建议，对我后期工作一定会起到不可或缺的指导意义。希望各位家长，能敞开心扉。当然也可以交流你教育孩子的经验和困惑。还有不少家长朋友们，没有发言，会后也希望你们能写在纸上。我会耐心等待你们宝贵的意见和建议，因为我非常需要!

2008年的6月，结束了，初中生活就这样结束了。好像只有一眨眼的时间。无论天是不是很蓝，日子过得是不是很慢。在那个即定的时刻，我们终究还是要毕业了。

一下子感受到了悲伤的气氛，大家都在忙着抱头痛哭，都是动人的故事和未了的情缘。人走得越来越多，宿舍也越来越空…全宿舍，我是最后一个走的。她们都纷纷的走了，淡淡的忧伤和苍凉。剩下我，静静在好好看看这空空的宿舍。这里的每个角落每一物，那时我们的微笑是那样快乐。也许在也没有机会大家一起再回到这个宿舍了。那些美丽的记忆都悄悄的埋藏在我们的心底。大家，我真的很舍不得分开，千万个不要分开。那时侯大家的笑，是我心灵最深处的感动。

毕业照那天，太阳很大，炎热的夏天，但大家都带着最开心的心情和微笑一起喊“茄子”。好好的想想。以前刚刚上初一，一切都是那么的陌生。什么都不愁，只看着天空，只想着大家应该怎么玩，怎么笑。那时，大家都是单纯的孩子，都是些没有成长烦恼的孩子。到了初二，早读上课讲话，作业抄写，资料在课桌里睡觉，周末时就在宿舍和亲爱的她们大吃，大喝。聊着那些有趣的事情，大家说说笑笑。

初三，大家都有所成熟，玩闹也渐渐少了，但是我们在初三这紧张的时刻还是一样的开心玩起来，像是都没有烦恼的孩子。有了初三该有的紧张。大家对于每个同学都有了自己的看法。毕竟人是不可能完美的，自己所做的事情有益于别人，但可能也会伤害到其他人。不过不管如何，大家都毕业了，那些事情也过去了。或许当大家以后再回到这个学校，看见自己所熟悉的一草一木时，会回想起我们那时的快乐时光往事吧。

初中，玩着上完，闹着过完。哭过，笑过，天真，幼稚，感伤。这一切都不会再一次重新上演了。那些老师，曾经对我的教育，也许会记得一些，但只是一时的记忆罢了。那熟悉的环境，熟悉的教室，熟悉的同桌，熟悉的、熟悉的…我的衣服已被泪湿透了。再一次道别，珍重。我最爱最爱的宝贝们。希望在多年以后，能再次相逢。那时侯的我们也许都变了。但我们的心底还是有当年我们最最珍贵的感情。

Last Monday when I stepped into my classroom， my monitor told us that our class teacher， Mr Sun， had passed away in a traffic accident. It seemed so unbelievable because he used to give us lessons on Monday morning. I couldnt accept the fact until the headmaster came to tell us the truth.

Mr Sun was a middle-aged teacher. He was full of sense of humour. We all liked him very much because of his excellent teaching. His lessons were usually very lively and all liked to attend his class. He was an experienced teacher.

Mr Sun will always live in our hearts!
