我慢慢的懂得，打乒乓球真的不是一件容易的事。春天和秋天还可以，到了寒冷的冬天，那苦劲可真够受的。室外冷得要命，我们还得出去跑、跳绳、穿上球鞋儿，一会儿脚就冻疼了。到了炎热的夏天，就更让人难受了。这时，又正是教练让我们苦练球艺的时候。外面火辣辣的太阳烤着大地，乒乓球室里更热得象蒸笼一样，教练一盆一盆地给我们发球。我跑前跑后，跑左跑右地接教练发来的球。一盆就是二百来个球，一会儿就累得大汗淋漓，上气不接下气了。练球结束了，还要跳五百个跳绳。跳下来，嗓子就干得冒烟了似的，衣服已经全湿透了。

在训练中，除了苦以外，还有忧愁。有时因为一个动作不对，就要连续重复练上百遍。记得我学搓球的时候，就是不会那股劲，搓的质量不好，教练就一盆接一盆的让我练，我都不敢看教练的脸，只要一看他的脸上露出严肃的表情，我就知道还不行，只好咬着牙继续练。这时候，只觉得憋着一肚子委屈没处说。训练下来，两个胳膊象灌了铅似的。

经过教练的启发和指导，我深深地懂得，打球不光要拼，更重要的是要有高超的技艺，要赛智慧、赛灵巧。通过刻苦的练习和实践，教练教我的技术，终于能熟练地掌握了，并且在比赛中发挥了威力，这使我分外高兴，心里比吃了蜜还甜。在以往的比赛中，我在乒乓球台上激烈地拼搏着，过五关斩六将。每当取得了好成绩的时候，我就把以往训练的艰苦和忧愁都抛到九霄云外去了。

以前我只是苦练投篮技术，而且用的是错误的投篮姿势，现在我终于学会了正确的投篮姿势，而且不止是在学习投篮，还在学习突破、运球等技术，我的球技突飞猛进，现在已经能投进三分球了。

练习打篮球，开始必须得把投篮练好，就像我一样，如果说你连球都投不进，那么，练突破什么的那岂不更是无稽之谈。虽然打篮球可以锻炼身体。但是，我们茅老师还是不同意我打篮球，因为我经常和一些欠的作业的同学打，这让茅老师很不高兴。

虽然来我喜欢打篮球，但有时候打到别人了，别人也不免会在背地里说些我的坏话，比如上次我打篮球的时候不小心拍到了一个人的头，那个人就跟我的一个好朋友说：“你那个同学很喜欢打人的你以后不要跟他玩了。”

但是，打篮球归打篮球，因为现在我是毕业班的学生了，打篮球的时间也越来越少，反正，到了寒假痛痛快快的打!

如果你想知道我最喜欢干什么？那我就告诉你一个答案，那就是游泳。我喜欢游泳胜甚至超过玩电脑。只要一听到要去游泳，我就会心花怒放、激动万分。

暑假时，我总爱赖床，不肯起来。但是只要爸爸说句：“一会去游泳呀”就足以让我立刻起床，乖乖地把饭吃完，拿上游泳工具，风一般地把准备工作做完。

去游泳馆的路上，看到的小鸟都仿佛在唱着：“呦！呦！切克闹，今天的天气可真是好。”可爱的小树也在路边跳着舞，向我行礼，祝我游得痛快。

到了游泳馆，换上泳裤我就迫不及待地跳下泳池，心情快活的象鱼儿得到了水一样。我一会蛙泳，一会自由泳。但最喜欢的还是爸爸教我的潜水。沉到水底，看到大人们的腿一根根都象大树一样，我在中间钻来钻去，仿佛自己变成了一只在树林里飞翔的快乐小鸟。

爸爸要求我每次都要在游泳池里游二十个来回，不完成不许休息。为了怕我偷懒，他会和我比赛。他让我先游，然后他来追，追上就挠我脚心，让我痒得不能再往前游，只能咕咚咕咚地沉底，还会呛水。所以我只能拼命地加快速度。有时候我还会求爸爸把我向上高高抛起，然后重重地摔到水里，这虽然有点可怕，但确实挺刺激。

游泳好玩，可也真够累的，每次上岸身上都象是背了一头大象，挪不动脚步。但在水里自由自在的感觉可实在是太妙了，我喜欢游泳。

我最近喜欢上了一项运动，那就是徒步，因为我们学校最近举行了徒步训练，我们这次徒步训练的目的是：我运动，我健康，我快乐。

在同学们的无比期盼之下，徒步训练活动终于开始了，大家怀着愉快的心情出发了。

一路上，大家兴高采烈，手拉着手，唱着欢快动听的歌：“推开我的小窗口，阳光牵着我的手……。”嘹亮的歌声在天空中飘荡。不知不觉来到了山村田间小道，刚才还可以两人手拉着手，现在，路狭窄仅容一人，小道两边是清澈见底的水田，我们眼睛根本不敢往下看，只能一个紧挨一个，小心翼翼向前走，大家全神贯注，敛气屏息，如果稍不注意，一个摔倒，那顺着的一溜儿都会跟着倒霉。这时雨爷爷也和我们开起了玩笑，马上乌云密布，眼看就要下雨了，大家正担心会被淋成落汤鸡，可不一会儿，乌云散开，晴空万里，太阳公公露出了灿烂的笑容。

好不容易，到达了目的地。休息片刻，我们便开始往回返。

刚才还是下坡，现在就变成了上坡。太阳火辣辣地照着，来时，大家还精神十足，生气勃勃的，可现在，都像霜打的茄子——焉了似的，奄奄一息的。同学们有的说走不动了，要坐车回去;有的说渴得不行了，要喝水;有的干脆坐在了地上……这时，我们的班主任杨老师来了，她鼓励我们说：“你们要像奥运健儿那样，只要坚持不懈，持之以恒，不被困难吓倒，就一定能够成功!”听了杨老师的这番话，我们鼓起了勇气，坚持走到了有水龙头的地方，大家一看见水龙头，一拥而上，一窝蜂去抢水喝，用水洗脸，我们终于坚持到了最后，回到了学校。

通过学校的徒步训练，我体会到了奥运健儿们不怕困难，勇往直前的精神，我也知道了：无论做什么运动，只要坚持不懈，持之以恒，就一定能够成功。

现在我就和你们说说关于游泳的知识。游泳分为四类，分别是：蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳和蝶泳。其中我认为蛙泳最为轻松，只不过蛙泳游得最慢；而自由泳最为吃力，只不过游得最快；仰泳也挺吃力的，速度也挺快的；关于蝶泳我就不知道了，因为我根本就没有试过蝶泳。

游泳前一定要买好道具，比如：游泳镜、耳朵塞、鼻塞、泳衣、泳裤、泳帽等。

下水前一定要把道具带好，不然会呛水的。下水后也要聚精会神的游泳，才能保证不会呛水。下水后还要注意不要撞到人，撞到人也会有危险。

蛙泳时要像青蛙一样，我是说腿要和青蛙一样，动来动去才可以。自由泳时双手一定要一直往前打，腿一定要上下动才能保证不会沉下去……

其实一开始我不喜欢跳沙坑，怀疑自己实力有限，感觉跳远有一大堆缺点。又太热啦，又会进沙子啦……但有一次运动会，跳沙坑的运动员少了一个，于是不知情的同学就把我给推荐了上去。我连忙拒绝，谁知老师还以为我谦虚呢，硬是把我的名字填进了运动员表中。唉!没办法，我只好硬着头皮接下了这个任务。

在比赛场，我双腿发软：“怎么办，怎么办!没关系，我冲呀!”最后跳了个2、43米。还好，我自己挺满意的。第二跳时我便没那么紧张了。结果在接近踏板时算错了步子，只跳了1、64米。当时我们英语老师和班主任正在一旁“看戏”，见我只跳了1、64米，英语老师立马说：“不会吧!有没有看错?是2、64米吧?”“没错啊!你看1、64米嘛。”哎呀，丢死人了!我恨不得找条地缝钻进去。班主任给了我一个鼓励的眼神。于是我下定决心，一定要争回面子!你猜怎么啦?我跳了2、85米!虽然没拿到名次，但我非常满意。从今以后，我努力发现它的优点，跳沙坑成了我最喜欢的一项体育运动!

When I got to the field with my friend. I was both excited and nervous. When I saw the first height, my heart could hardly heat.
