又是一个雾霾天气，能见度不足以百米。无论是车辆还是行人都在摸索前行，没有了嬉笑，也无了鸟鸣，在这样的环境里，有的只是刺鼻的气味和满目的昏暗。

雾，原本似轻烟，如薄纱，似纱巾笼罩着大地。古往今来，它曾让多少文人墨客为之陶醉，为之倾倒。而今与这美丽的雾貌似有着一丝关系的雾霾，又犯下了什么滔天大罪?

雾霾，看似与雾有“血缘关系”，但它却和雾截然不同。雾，是由浮游在空中的小水滴或冰晶组成的水汽凝结物。有时雾出预报晴，有时雾出预报雨，似乎混乱不堪，但是只要掌握了辐射雾、平流雾的特征，多方观察，仔细分析，就能准确地抓住雾与天晴、落雨的规律，以便预测天气。这对于农业、交通、航天、航海都有用处。 而雾霾就不一样了，它是由空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸、有机碳氢化合物等粒子所组成的小灰粒。

有这么一句关于雾霾的“名言”。“遛狗不见狗，狗绳提在手，见绳不见手，狗叫我才走”

早晨起来，拉开窗帘，望一眼窗外，感觉就像自己眼瞎了一样。看不到湛蓝的天，看不到悠悠的白云。天地之间一片混沌，一切都是灰色的。连对面彩色的楼房，也只有朦胧的轮廓。

在我们不经意之间，雾霾已经悄悄的笼罩着整个城市。

每天上学之前，都要全副武装，生怕雾霾被自己吸进肺里。但是，这又有什么用?

路上的车还是呼呼的排着废气，远处的工厂也在不断地排着滚滚黑烟，路两边的树也看不见了，人们都带着白色口罩。

那么，这令人厌恶的雾霾又是怎样产生的呢?

我们许多家庭都有小汽车，但在我们坐在小汽车里准备去旅游的同时，我们的小汽车排出的尾气，却在悄悄的给我们身后的雾霾做着贡献。

在城市的偏远郊区，一些化工厂正在“大显身手”，那日夜排放的浓浓黑烟，正在慢慢的融入空气之中。

在元旦的烟花晚会中，那绚丽多彩的烟花，那噼里啪啦的爆竹，让空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降。这些就是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄地给我们带来了意想不到的后果。

雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场雾霾似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命。我们由此可见雾霾的威力是多么强大。

雾霾这么严重，我们该怎样防范呢?

我们要出门戴口罩，吃清淡的食品，多喝水。在雾霾天气中，我们要少开窗通风。而且还要适当的补充维生素D。当你从外边回到室内，要洗手、洗脸、漱口。而且一定要减少室外活动。如果一定要运动运动的话，可以做室内操。

我们要的是清新的空气，要的是健康的体魄。请不要以牺牲健康为代价，而换来所谓的美好生活。少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护森林。治雾霾，从我做起。

雾霾天气越来越多了。一到雾霾来袭，山川，树木，楼宇，都被闷闷地罩住。不见了碧水青山，不见了红花绿柳，不见黄土蓝天。置身其中，人有一种要窒息的感觉。倘若长久不能走出去，恐怕憋不死也会大病不起。

在我们的生活中，还有一种雾霾，视之无形，嗅之无味，可是却像大自然的雾霾一样害人不浅——不，是比看得见的雾霾更害人!

当衣食出现短缺，当学习遇到困难，当同学间发生矛盾，这种“雾霾”就会出现，上了心头，渐渐扩散、膨胀，到最后把你裹得严严实实，让你透不过气来，让你失落、沮丧、失望乃至绝望。这种“雾霾”显然更可怕，因为它随时随地都会产生，稍不留神就会击败你。

是的，我们这里说的就是不良情绪。

如果说治理自然界的雾霾主要功夫花在“攘外”上，那么，消除心头的雾霾，则必须多在“安内”上做文章。也就是说，需要提高自身的修养。

首先，要培养豁达乐观的性格。 一个乐观的人，总能“自寻快乐”。我们无法避免烦恼，无法绕开挫折，但是，乐观的心态能够让我们从烦恼人生中寻得乐趣，能够从漫天雾霾中看到阳光。

第二，要树立远大的理想。人无远虑必有近忧。没有远大的理想，必然纠缠于琐屑的杂事，必然成为种种欲望的俘虏，不得之则想得之，既得之则患失之。

第三，多些公心，少些私心。一个人不能只想自己的得失。有句诗说：“墙角边的小花，当你孤芳自赏时，天地就变小了。”孤芳自赏尚且天地变小，老想自己的小利天地更会变小。当你的天地小到无法容忍他人时，一丁点儿云翳都可能遮黑你的天空。

我们追求人生的晴朗，并不等于说惧怕雾霾。随着我们身体的成长，阅历的增加，我们会发现社会太复杂。身处这样复杂的社会，谁的生活也不可能总是万里晴空。飘来一片云，腾起一团雾，罩住一团霾，这种情况时时处处都可能发生，并不可怕。我们努力做到的是让自己的心灵阳光常驻。

如今，许多部门都意识到了雾霾的危害，都在采取措施与雾霾做斗争。那么人生的雾霾呢?人生的雾霾是无法指望别人来为你消除的，要还自己一片朗朗晴空，只能靠你自己。

不知道从什么时候，地上起了一层层白茫茫的雾霾。

早上，我穿上衣服，拉开窗帘一看。哇!雾真大。天灰蒙蒙的，地湿湿的。整个大地都朦上了一层层面纱。

九点钟，妈妈带我去买书，走在路上，雾霾就像白色的牛奶，把整座城市浸泡在牛奶里，所有的汽车、自行车，所有的行人都在“牛奶”中穿行。

没多久，太阳渐渐升起，在雾霾中露出半张小脸，通红通红的。从那神奇有脸庞上发出光和热。给人们带来生机和美好。

漫天的雾霾全散了，绿树青山显得格外新鲜、明净，仿佛刚刚用水洗过的一样。

今天的雾霾多么壮观啊!

我眼中的雾霾并不好，因为那是环境污染的问题。

环境污染是一个很严重的问题，它对人类有很大的威胁，如果人类没有制服他的办法，他就会威胁更多人的健康。环境污染主要是人为造成的，这些人为了利益，才去污染环境。这些人一般都没有反省力，但我们也没有办法，这些人除非自己尝到破坏环境的苦果，是不会回头的。

雾霾的严重性在现在大多是人都知道，在曾经，人类对雾霾的了解甚少，因为以前的雾霾并没有那么严重。近来环境污染越来越严重了，人们对雾霾也越来越重视了。

雾霾含有“Pm2.5”，对人体呼吸道有很大的危害，人们当然1早已认识到了这种危害。对然人满还没有研制出一种廉价又能防止雾霾危害的东西，但是现在至少有些东西可以减少雾霾对人体的危害，虽然价格昂贵，希望可以快点出现一种廉价又能防止危害的东西。

我们应该减少环境污染，不要让雾霾破坏我们的环境，危害我们的身体！也许一个人的力量是微不足道的，但是“众人拾柴火焰高”我们大家一起努力，总有一天雾霾会悄悄的退去！

一天早上，我起床时，发现窗外灰蒙蒙的，没有了蓝天白云，我想：“雾霾真是说来就来啊！”

当我准备出门去上学的时候，雾霾并没有减少，反而越来越多。我打开房门，出去一看，仿佛整个城市都被笼罩在灰尘里，我只好拿出口罩戴上，心里在默默的想：雾霾可真是一个坏孩子，总是跑出来，恶作剧一样的让人们唯恐避之不及；但是如果雾霾是一个人放出的废气的话，那我一定要揍他一顿，让他知道我们都不喜欢雾霾。

我在路上走着，空气中漂浮着细小的颗粒，感觉自己的鼻子被塞住了似的，喘不过来气。我边走边看着路上的行人，每个人的脸上都带着厚厚的口罩，都低着头，匆忙的走过，还有一个年轻人东躲西躲，走路都不走直线，可逗死我了。

不一会就到学校了，雾霾也渐渐散去，看到别的小伙伴都带着口罩，心里小小的平衡了一下，不过我也终于可以拿下口罩了，拿下来真的特别的舒服！

有一次，我和爸爸妈妈计划明天出去玩可早上起床一看，外面雾霾好重，外出根本看不清路，所以计划取消了。因此，我郁闷了一上午。

每当我早上起来时，如果雾霾严重的话，我都会产会生幻觉，感觉自己住在了雾霾里。所以每当我看到外面都是雾霾时，我就会把口罩踩上几脚，我讨厌雾霾。
