3、培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题。

4、讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语。

5、在平时要通过阅读，培养学生阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。

6、设计全面、高校的课外作业，并进一步培养学生良好的书写习惯，做到整洁、规范，正确地书写;每周写一篇作文。

7、在教学过程中， 还需加大学习力度，积极研究探索教学方法并及时改变，就一定能提高整体英语水平。

雷声隆隆，上天好像发了怒，一道道带着强光的闪电从我的眼前闪过。我在学习班，距离公交车站还有一段距离。大雨倾盆，我又没有带伞。这可怎么办呢，硬闯?肯定会因为雨太大，在回家的过程中给冻着，感冒，发烧。那可不是说着玩儿的。让家长来接?那过来也得要个半个小时，肚子肯定得饿的不行。正当我拿不定注意的时候。一个声音带来了希望“奕君，赶快回家把!”原来是妈妈过来接我了。我急忙扑到妈妈的怀里。

妈妈为我披上了外套，下了楼。她撑开了雨伞，头上的雨水噼里啪啦的往下掉，但都被雨伞挡住了。这雨伞就像一个防护盾，把我牢牢地保护住，不滴到一滴水。我望了望妈妈那边，却发现她自己那边，雨水没有遮住，流在她的肩膀上，我的心理有一种酸酸的滋味。

到了车站，车很快就来了。但是可能是因为下雨，车上的人特别多。我们站了好一会儿，好不容易有了个位子，妈妈却让我坐，而她只是站着。我迷迷糊糊的，没过多久就在座位上睡着了，睡的很香，很甜。

还记得那次，因为一些口角问题，我和我以前的好朋友打了起来，最后是两败俱伤，从那以后我俩就在也没有说过一句话，在那件事发生过以后，我好好的把这件事从头到尾的想了想，虽然是他先骂我的，但毕竟是我先动手的，如果当时我能忍住，也许就没有这回事了，有了这次的教训，避免了我以后再次犯这样的错误，那天上午体育课解散以后，又是因为口角问题，要不是我吸取了教训，我肯定又要失去一位朋友，我忍了忍他的话，这是就没有后续可言，不是有一句话说的吗?“忍一时风平浪静，退一步海阔天空。”
