My winter holidays plans me studying for my English , I will make great efforts to learn English. Persist in listening to half hours of English every day. First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.
