我之所以喜欢爬杆这项运动，是因为我在上幼儿园的时候，我是我们班女生里最淘气的一个，大家都叫我“淘汽包”。而我爬杆这项运动也是很多女生不敢做的，全班只有两个女生敢和男生比，我就是其中一个，这让我很自豪。

我记得那是一个阳光明媚的早上，我和两个男生比赛爬杆。虽然我是个淘气包什么都敢跟男生比，但是我从小就有点恐高，所以爬着爬着感觉越来越怕，只好灰溜溜地滑了下来。我低着头说：“我……我……我输了!”其实我的心里有一百个的不服气。

放学后，我一回到家，就冲到我家后院那根栏杆前，开始慢慢地练习。不知不觉地，我已经爬到了最高处，我一往下看，“啊……吓死我啦!”我从没有爬过这么高的地方，大豆般的汗珠从我的脸颊直往下流。

怎么才能去掉我恐高的毛病呢?我坐在秋千上闷头苦想着。这时，爸爸过来问我怎么了，我把事情的经过讲给爸爸听，爸爸告诉说：“只要身体保持平衡，不要向下看，你就不会害怕了。”我按爸爸的话一次又地尝试着，可是我每次都会情不自禁地滑下来，我回想爸爸跟我讲的话，把眼睛闭着，身体保持平衡，我又试了几次，哦……我成功了，我从栏杆下来后，好开心!我第一时间把这个好消息告诉爸爸。

第二天，我和那两个男生又在幼儿园展开了一场激烈的爬杆比赛，比赛开始后，我的好朋友都在下面鼓励我，而我的心里却像十五个吊桶打水七上八下。两个男生猴子似的往上爬，可他们都没能爬到最高点。我也不甘示弱，终于我没有辜负好朋友们对我的期望，我赢了，我的好朋友都围着我为我喝彩。两个男生也只好认输。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐，它是我最喜欢的一种运动。

All over the world people enjoy sports. Sports help to keep people healthy and happy, and to live longer.

Sports change with the seasons. People play different games in winter and summer. Swimming is fun in warm weather, but skating is good in winter.

Some sports are so interesting that people everywhere go in for them. Football, for example, has spread around the world. Swimming is popular in all countries near the sea or in those with many rivers. Some sports or games go back thousands of years, like running or jumping. Chinese wushu, for example, has a very long history. But basketball and volleyball are rather new. People are inventing new sports or games all the time. Water skiing is one of the newest in the family of sports.

People from different countries may not be able to understand each other, but after a game together they often become good friends. Sports help to train a persons character. One learns to fight hard but fight fair, to win without pride and to lose with grace.

“呯”随着发令枪响起，各个养精蓄锐的队员们像箭一样飞出起跑线，奔向远方，向着中点前进。而在草丛里，一些动物欣赏着这场比赛。

“我们动物也应该办这种比赛！我们”人“数不比他们少，人类可以办，为什么我们不能办呢？”一只来充当解说员的老鼠说。

“是呀，只要我们每一种动物都选出几个代表，聚到一起再比试一下不就成了运动会吗？”一只蚂蚁爬到岩石上赞同老鼠的观点。

“没错，我们可以先一个地区进行比赛，然后再将胜利者聚集在一起比赛！”一直在旁边听着的麻雀插嘴。

“最好能弄得公平点，免得我们兔子与老虎摔跤。”一只虎口逃生的兔子说。

“不行，这样不好，会带来灾难的。”一只已经十岁了的老马摇着头说，它的主人正在看比赛，将它拴在了这里。

大家七嘴八舌，举办动物第一届全球运动会的想法诞生了，而老马的意见被忽略了。

然而，当所有动物都接到举办运动会的通知后，整个世界都陷入了混乱中。

在亚洲，每天都有一些昆虫飞着飞着就掉下来了——他们都在争夺代表位置的过程中受伤了。在非洲，羚羊们一改往常只有争夺首领、地位和发情期才大打出手的常态，连母羚羊也开始打架。亚马逊河周围，同一领地内的狮子一改往常和睦相处的景象，一时间到处都有受了重伤的公狮子母狮子被赶出领地。

渐渐地，人类开始发现有些不对劲了：养殖场里的鸡鸭牛猪都开始自相残杀，每只牲畜的眼里似乎都充满了仇恨，一些养殖场因此而倒闭；大街小巷中都遍布着受伤的老鼠，而受伤的原因则是鼠与鼠之间格斗的痕迹。一时间世界人心惶惶，有的科学家甚至说世界末日即将来临，因此这些动物们才会自相残杀，聚在一起。大家都不敢吃肉了，怕吃了之后会中病毒，而经科学家验证这些肉之内没有任何的致癌物或有害的东西，然而人类听信谣言，没有任何人敢去尝试了。

“我或许错了，不应该举办这场运动会。”一开始提出举办这场运动会的老鼠奄奄一息时想起当时那匹老马所说的话，后悔万分。

而在这场争夺运动会代表位置的战斗中唯一没有自相残杀的是马。它们认为只有公平正当的进行比赛才可以选出更优秀的代表，毕竟田径比赛不是摔跤，不能将对方咬伤后再夺冠。它们试图挣脱人类给它们带的枷锁，跑到野外去好好比赛一番，然而当人类看到它们要逃脱时却拦住它们的去路，将他们赶回了一个大牧场去。原来，人类发现全世界的动物中只有马才没有自相残杀，因此将它们像宝一样捧在手心，精心的呵护它们，因此才给它们准备了一个大牧场，将整个地区的马都移到了这个牧场里，马由此过上了十分优越的生活。像以前那些虐待马匹、让马去干重活的人都被处罚了。那些拉煤的重活都交给火车或牛来干。

其他动物看着马因为公平竞争被人类捧上了天，心中顿悟，那些为了一个代表位置争夺不休而导致数量锐减的动物们纷纷效仿马来进行比赛。世界终于在五年后恢复了它的秩序，而这次动物界的全球运动会却因为许多动物灭绝而成为了空话。

当然，这次致使许多动物灭亡的大事被人类列入了世界未解之谜。动物界也明白了一些道理，比如要听从智者的建议，比如要公平竞争。

[一场运动会给我带来的启示作文

首先，读书不是平时泛泛地朗读，而是阅读。通过读，分析材料要表达的中心，揭示的道理;通过读，找出材料中最能诱发感慨的方面，及感点;通过读，体会作者要表达的思想感情，尽量使自己的感情与作品产生共鸣，这就是所谓的理解。

并不是光读书就能理解，而是要真正做到以上几点。有些书，我们对它不感兴趣，也是不能体会到它的真谛。所以，我们读书时要全身心的投入道书里，找到乐趣，这才能达到读书最好的效果。“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉。”读书的好处是众所周知的，可是那是针对好书来说的，可是我们的生活中并不是只有好书的，选什么书也是一个重要的环节，正所谓我们不仅要好读书，也要读好书。读书要与生活相结合，落实到生活中去，不能光纸上谈兵，这也是读书的必要条件。
