也许很多人在听到“军训”一词后，不免会发出类似抱怨苦和累的声音，可当自己切身体会过后,更多的却是收获与感动。

忘不了，初见教官时的紧张与敬畏，更难忘四天相处下来教官的悉心教导。军训场上，不比家世，不比成绩，没有扭捏，没有随意，所谓一切行动听指挥。这四天，尽管练习的内容不是很难，却需要班集体高度的团结默契，一人出错，全班受罚，没有怨言，这才是集体荣誉感的精彩体现。

“立正、稍息、跨立、齐步走……”一声声令下，一个个动作，都渐趋熟练。纵使场上出错被教官批评，也难胜过那一句暖心的“路上小心”。他们是军人，有着钢铁的意志，他们把这种精神带给我们，也将回忆留与我们。

他们严肃却又不乏幽默，全身心地投入和付出。就是因为有他们这群“可爱”的教官，即使我们在烈日下的暴晒，腰酸脊痛的难耐，饥渴难忍时的煎熬，都已不算什么，心里有一个信念：把动作都做好。沉寂了一个月的操场就这样被“激活”了。

这四天，我们一起在骄阳下晒过，也在隐蔽处躲过雨，我们累但快乐着。学习的手语操更将我们带入了一个充满爱与感恩的世界里。眼看军训即将结束，那响亮的口号，精彩的表演， 爽朗的笑声，整齐划一的动作却仍记忆犹新。

幼苗不经历风霜洗礼，怎能长成参天大树；雏鹰不经历狂风骤雨，怎能飞上万里苍穹；溪流不经历颠簸流离，怎能交汇于浩瀚大海，而年少的我们，不经历艰苦磨炼，又怎能成为国家栋梁之材？

高中三年很长，很苦，也很累，我们正需要军训作为我们步入高中殿堂的载体。只有练就了一身过硬的心理素质，才能在日后的学习和生活中走得更久，更长。

每个人的心中都有一束光，光的尽头是梦想。只有忍受得住破茧成蝶的痛，才担得起振翔高飞的美。
