今天是正式军训的第二天。昨天的军训实在有些累。今天上午我们练习走正步。教官说有四种方式最累人：下蹲不起立，摆臂不换臂，正步不放腿，踏步不立正。我们的教官又换回了空军教官。上午我们深刻体会到了正步不放腿到底有多累。教官让我们先从摆臂练起，一只手平举胸前，另一只手放在身后，两手臂伸直，与身体成30º角。我们要长时间保持姿势不动，挺累的。
