三、规律睡眠

以往一到假期我就晚睡晚起，作息时间特别不规律，导致开学后很不适应。这个寒假我要继续坚持上学时早睡早起的好习惯。妈妈说小孩子要在睡眠中发育大脑，所以我要保证睡眠，每天睡到自然醒，却不赖床。

四、完成作业
