Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

We have asked some people about what they think of having classes in holidays. Some teachers who think we shouldn’t have classes in holidays hold the idea that teachers and students are tired and students should have more time and space to do their own things. While Parents think students should have classes in holidays. They think learning more knowledge is better.

But 60% of students who disagree with it think that they should have some relaxation. On the contrary, other students hold the idea that they can learn more if they have classes in holidays.

I think it’s not very good to have classes in holidays. We should plan our holidays by ourselves. After all, it’s more helpful to combine learning and rest.

去年寒假里，我和妈妈乘坐飞机去海南旅游。这是我第一次坐飞机。飞机在我焦急地等待中终于起飞了。我向窗外看去，下面的房子越来越小，看上去像些小砖块。一会儿飞机就钻进了云层之中，机舱外的云真漂亮!像花朵，像棉花糖，像软棉棉的被子，白茫茫的一片看不到尽头。我好想跳下去，躺在上面睡上一觉。时间过得特别地快，大约乘了三个多小时的飞机，我们就来到美丽的海南三亚。飞机真了不起，一下子就让我从冬天到了夏天!

海南到处是椰树。椰树高大挺拔，像守护海南岛的卫兵。树上结着一个个绿油油是椰子，就像几个小西瓜绑在一起挂在树上。海南到处长着中草药，有香片、香兰草、可可等等，许多我说不出名的植物。我还看到咖啡豆，参观咖啡厂，知道咖啡是怎样生产的。海南四季如夏，有吃不完的水果。这里最出名的水果有椰子、杨桃、菠萝蜜、芒果和红毛丹等。别看椰子又大又重，外表又粗又丑，但是它的汁水可香甜了。而且它的皮还可以做成精巧的工艺品。杨桃从侧面看像星星。你不要被它美丽的外表骗了，它吃起来又酸又涩。这里的山竹非常新鲜，味道甜美。所以很多来海南旅游的小朋友都喜欢吃。在海南玩的这几天里，我玩的最开心的当然是在海边的沙滩上。我们小朋友喜欢光着脚，踩在软绵绵的沙子上舒服极了。玩沙堡游戏，我们把沙子堆成沙堡，等待海水来冲坏他们。沙滩上有许许多多、五颜六色、形状各异的漂亮贝壳，有黄色的、红色的、银白色的、还有绿色的，更好看的是带花纹的，形状很古怪的虎斑贝……我们比赛拾漂亮的贝壳。沙滩上，还有许多形状像蜘蛛一样的小螃蟹，它跑得特别快，一眨眼就不见了。

五天的游玩结束了，我恋恋不舍离开了美丽的海南。今年寒假又要来临了，我们一家已经准备好了，一起去美丽的云南看一看。

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. 寒假的一天里，天气非常好，我打算趁这个好天气去学骑自行车。

我狼吞虎咽地吃完早饭，就开始改装我“幼稚”的自行车了。我看了看这辆自行车两个“多余”的轮子，发现它们是用螺母安装上去的，我就去工具箱里找来扳手，把两个轮子迅速地拆掉，可是，第二个轮子刚刚被拆下来，就听见“哎呦”、“乒乒”、“糟糕”的声音，原来是我把第二个轮子拆下来时，没留意拆掉之后如果没有支架会使自行车倒掉，所以，我没有任何心理准备，就被自行车压倒，头很疼，就“哎呦”地叫了起来，我赶紧从自行车底下爬出来，自行车摔在地上，发出“乒乒”的响声，我以为自行车坏了就大叫：“糟糕!”但是看了看没坏。我千里马似的跑出门外，跑到自行车修理店，买了个支架，回来把支架安装在自行车后轮的左边，这样，我的自行车就会“站”了。自行车改装好了，我高兴得一蹦三尺高。

我回忆着别人骑车的样子，把支架往后一踢，左脚站在地上，右脚往自行车座椅上一跨，坐在座椅上，但是，双脚着地，都不敢踩在脚踏板上，生怕摔倒了，眼镜会碎掉。突然，我的眼前浮现出我不会骑车，同学们嘲笑我的情景，感到很委屈。我就将左脚踩在脚踏板上，稍微踩动脚踏板，右脚刚要踩上脚踏板，自行车就差点儿倒了，幸好我两只脚迅速地着地，否则我的眼镜真的摔破了。第二次也是同样的结果，就这样反反复复了好几次，我终于灰心丧气了，把自行车丢在一边，连饭也不吃，就一头扎进被窝里想蒙头大睡，可是翻来覆去总是睡不着，我的脑海里又浮现出了我不会骑车，同学们嘲笑我的情景。我很不服气，心想：我一定要想办法学会骑自行车!一定会有办法的!于是下楼一边吃饭一边认真地思考：骑自行车时左右脚轮流踩，不就像我们走路一样吗?只要左右脚配合协调，一定行!

于是，我精神抖数地牵来自行车，轻轻地把支架往后一踢，自信的跨上自行车，左脚信心十足地往前一踩，右脚自然地抬起，配合左脚协调地往前一蹬……没想到这一次成功了!“我会骑自行车啦!”我高声欢呼着骑着自行车在院子里绕了一圈又一圈，兴奋得不得了。高兴之余，我又有点儿不相信自己的成绩。拉着自行车就往巷子里跑，我在巷子里来回地骑着，骑到累了才回家，刚回到家里，妈妈就对我说：“外面车很多，不要骑到外面去!”我说：“但我已经学会了呀!”妈妈又对我说:“你虽然学会了，但你毕竟是‘新手入门’嘛!”“哎——我还是不能出去骑自行车!”我既兴奋又沮丧地说，不过，我会继续努力，争取变“新手”为“老手”!

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special.

寒假里，我在浩瀚的书海中尽情地遨游着。书，就像一位智慧老人在启蒙我、教导我。书，又像一位忠实的朋友，陪伴着我，和我面对面地交流。我最喜欢去图书网下载图书看，那里的电子书既可以在线阅读，也可以下载到电脑硬盘里慢慢欣赏，阅读起来非常方便。古人说“书中自有黄金屋”，这句话说得不假，寒假里，我在电脑上读完了《假如给我三天光明》、《木偶奇遇记》和《成语故事》，我被他们不畏困难，顽强不屈的精神深深感动了。

在读书之余，我玩得很开心。我和小伙伴们有时打打羽毛球，有时去游泳、滑冰，最开心的要数跳绳了。轮到我跳时，我深深地吸了一口气，紧握绳柄，等大伙儿喊“开始”，我便甩动双臂，一下一下地跳了起来。小伙伴们在一旁大声喊：“加油，婷婷；加油，婷

2016过去了，迎来了2017.我已从六年级上册升为六年级下册啦!在这寒假的30天里，我也想好了我的一些寒假的计划。

在寒假的第一天，我会先把期末考的试卷复习一次，然后再做一些练习题。

在寒假的第二天到第五天，我会把老师布置的所有作业都完成好，再看一些课外书和资料。

复习到差不多的时候，我会去买一些六年级下册的书籍和资料来预习，并背诵每一篇课文和词语的理解，数学就买一些练习题来做。在新年要到来的时候，就把全部有关学习的资料整理好，回到老家和朋友们玩耍。我的寒假计划就是这样，你们呢?

本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施：用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学，进一步改变教法和学法，培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣，提高学生的英语阅读能力，提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习，例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的，并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文，取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段，以课内为基础，增加课外阅读的量，指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法，提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

每天早上7;30-8：00，早读英语(单词、作文、词汇)星期一、三、五，语文(诗词、作文、好词好句)星期二、四，政治、历史、(提纲、错题)星期六日。

早上9：00-10：30，物理(课本例题，练习题)，11：00-12：00，语文(作文、阅读)

下午2：30-3：30，数学(课本例题，练习题)，4：00-5：30，英语(作文、阅读)

晚上7：30-10：30，政治+生物/历史+化学/地理，随自己喜欢搭配复习。

星期六日，除了早读和复习错题，就不要做题了，放松心情，出去玩一下~

最重要的是每次复习发现的错题、不懂得知识点，都要写在错题本，复习就会方便。

每天给自己计划做多少片阅读、复习第几个单元，一定要看自己实际情况而定，不能太多，睡眠要足够，才有精神应对复习。

1、物理，不知道现在的初中物理跟我当年初中时候学习的物理有多大差别，个人意见，初中物理还是有很多知识点要背诵的，所以，最好也是放到周一到周五的上午来学习物理。

2、作文，作文也是在于平时的积累吧，一蹴而就是不可能的，还有一个学期就要中考，作文急也急不来，慢慢地读一些老师上课讲的范文，积累作文书中的优秀的例句;

3、晚上，最好看多点中央新闻，或者国际新闻，或凤凰台，我个人比较喜欢他的评论，对政治分析题、语文作文都有很大帮助。

4、如果对历史比较有兴趣的话，除了学习外，介绍几本书吧《上下五千年》、《流血的仕途》、《明朝那些事儿》提高自己历史学识，故事比较风趣，很好看的。

5、地理，买一些中国、世界、地形、气候地图，每天晚上看看，比较容易中国地图，在地图上标记(地形、山脉、气候、河流、矿产、农作业、科技、自然灾害等)平时看多一些旅游游记、《世界未解之谜》增加课外知识、理解世界各地文化，。充实一下寒假假期吧。

6、当你静不下心来的时候就动手写吧，像早上记忆英语单词的时候，还有看作文的时候，作文你可以专门找一本笔记本，把你认为比较好的作文的开头、结尾还有优秀的段落都统统记下来，这样子，到开学以后，你就基本上积累了不少素材啦……

愉快的寒假马上就要来临了，这个假期说长不长说短也不短，为了让寒假过得更有意义些，我必须做好充分的准备。现在就来说一说我的寒假打算吧。

首先我要在十天以内完成寒假作业，当然作业态度一定要认真，习题正确率一定要高，字迹一定要端正，否则严厉的妈妈一定会批评我的。当然我也不会忘记我最亲密的朋友——好书。俗话说得好：读书破万卷，下笔如有神。书读多了自然而然就会表达了，所以我打算在假期里坚持每天读书半小时。我知道学习是我们学生的主要任务，但是休闲娱乐也是我的最爱。假期里我会约上附近的好伙伴一起玩耍，会和我的姐姐弟弟一起游戏。我也有自己的兴趣爱好，那就是下棋和打羽毛球。我会利用假期和妈妈好好PK一下，努力让自己的技艺更上一层楼。寒假里我也会去乡下问候老人，我会尽力做一个懂事的会孝敬长辈的好孩子。

environment。 As a student， there are a lot of methods we can do to save energy

at home。 For example， first， we can turn off the light as well as other

appliances when we are not using them。 Second， recycle the waste water， paper

public transportation more instead of private cars.
