on the specific thing. Sometimes, the influence of pressure will promote me get

progress. For instance, my deskmate does well in one math exam, while I fall far

It was the Lantern Festival, and my parents took me to the Confucius temple to see the Lantern Festival. Along the way, it was drizzling. 记得那天我们在军训，天空渐渐由湛蓝变成了淡淡的胭脂灰，又渐渐变成了阴沉沉的灰色，仿佛一块灰色的布盖在了天空之上。不一会儿，随着一阵阵湿润的风，随着一缕缕轻盈的、灰蒙蒙的云雾，雨，悄悄地来了，飘飘洒洒的雨丝似无数轻捷柔软的手指，弹奏出一首又一首优雅而动听的歌曲。

我们正做着俯卧撑，可是丝毫感受不到细雨的温柔，雨点淅淅沥沥却又无情地“打”在我们身上，冰凉。我们做了太长时间了，导致于我的手都在发抖，没有了任何力气，加上此时的我们一个个都成了“落汤鸡”，只好有气无力地趴在地上，不愿意起来。渐渐地，我的手从原来正常的皮肤颜色慢慢的变成了紫红色，我真是一秒钟也坚持不下去了。终于，到了放学的时间了，我飞快跑回家，决心不再去军训了。

我把我的想法告诉了妈妈，可妈妈却不同意，硬要我去军训，我失落地回到了房间，看着窗外，小声地哭泣。

喧嚣在暮色里沉淀，灯一盏一盏地熄了，星星一粒一粒地稠了，我的心也像是死去了。

这时，妈妈进来了，坐下来，我把头倚在妈妈的腿上，眼泪顺着脸颊一滴滴地落了下来。妈妈告诉我：“人生路上有风有雨，甚至荆棘丛生，只有我们去坚持，去拼搏，就一定会有掌声等待着我们。如果遇到挫折，不能把控，就大声唱歌吧！”我听了妈妈的话，擦了擦眼泪，似懂非懂地点了点头。

当第二天接着做俯卧撑时，我不再畏惧，微笑着面对。我一边做一边小声地唱起那首熟悉的歌：“听吧，新征程号角吹响，强军目标召唤在前方。国要强，我们就要担当，战旗上写满铁血荣光……”歌词中的钢强使我忘记了疼痛，渐渐地，我周围的同学也被我带动了，大家一齐唱着《强军战歌》，那熟悉的音律在操场上回荡……

是啊，不经历风雨怎能见彩虹？“国要强，我们就要担当，”我们只有咬紧牙关战胜一切困难，才能把自己炼成钢！

Thats my fourth grade. A dawn, I and my cousin riding a bike came to the beach to enjoy the breath of the sea that very fresh air. I happened to find a crab crawling on the beach and sharing the sun with us. I let the cousin and I walk over to see.

We stared at the crabs, and they did not seem to find us, they shook its sharp "knives" and walked around. The cousin told me that the crabs were "doing morning exercise". I’m in Class 0506. Li Nan is my best friend. She’s thirteen years old. Her birthday is on 3rd October and she was born in Shen Zhen. She lives with her family in Haimen. She’s 1.60 metres tall. She has black hair and she wears glasses. She is very lovely and pretty.

She likes eating dumplings, chocolates, peanuts and vegetables. She dislikes pork, sweets and green tea.

She loves listening to music. She has lots of CDs. She likes reading and writing. She is the newest member of the Maths Club. She has many hobbies, such as dancing, running and playing computer games. Her favorite hobby is drawing, because she likes all the different colors. It is fun to look at the pictures when she finishes drawing them. The Dragon Boat Festival is her favorite day. She wants to be a doctor when she grows up.

We always have fun. We sit under the trees at lunchtime and have a good chat. Sometimes, we buy snacks from the tuck shop. On Sunday, we usually go to the bookshop. We often study together.
