春光透过窗户，将微光照进这个人迹罕至的园子，多年前的春天它也曾繁华似锦，如今却异常荒凉。用这个来比喻我的母亲，再适合不过了。我的母亲也曾是“繁华似锦”的，但当母亲生下我的那一刻，母亲就已不再年轻了。

在我做那件事之前，我是不能体会到母亲是有多么艰苦的。那一年，我12岁。像往常一样回到家里，母亲也一样坐在我旁边陪我谈心。母亲像以往一样向我讲述了这一个星期我不在家发生的趣事。而我在一旁看书。听着母亲的絮絮叨叨，心中有些许不悦的烦躁。而我做了最不应该的事，我几乎是吼出来的：“好了，够了!我想看书!”空气似乎在一霎间凝固起来了，我开始后悔了，却又不知道如何挽回。于是我跟母亲就这样沉默着，谁也不先开口。突然，母亲说话了：“女儿，帮我找找白头发吧。“

看着母亲眼底里浮现的央求，我便答应了。我坐在母亲的后面，她背对着我，当她把头发放下来时，我便一眼看出了白发，母亲真的老了吗?我每找到一根便轻轻地拔掉，即使动作再怎么轻，母亲也始终感受得到，她问：“有很多吗?”不知道为什么，她说这话时，我心里忽然有些疼痛，“怎么会?你还年轻呢!”我说。母亲却一点也不相信：“怎么可能，人老了，白头发就多了!”我不说话，因为不知道怎么回答她。但是我心里清楚得很，母亲真的老了。

我知道，在母亲的白发里，蕴含着的不是衰老，而是对这个家的付出。直到现在，我才真正懂得了“母亲”的含义。从那以后，我总会主动地帮母亲做这件事，尽管白发越来越多，但是我明白，那是我该珍惜的`!

阳光透过树隙散落一地斑斓;每当为母亲做这件事的时候，恍然间，觉得有点像黑白电影里面的场景，我多么希望珍惜时光能停留在这温馨的一刻!
