还有一次，妈妈出门时忘了关太阳能热水器，水“哗哗哗”地从下水道流走了。住在一楼的赵外婆听到了，急得不得了，于是忙从睦邻卡上找到我们家的电话号码，打电话通知妈妈。妈妈听了，急忙赶回家关好了水笼头。才避免了让这有限的水资源白白地浪费。

别人帮助了我们，我们也尽自己的能力在帮助他们。你瞧，每天吃过晚饭，我们家的电话铃就响了，楼下几个弟弟妹妹一有不懂的作业题，就来找妈妈帮忙了，成了“教育咨询热线”。有时，电话里讲不清，他们就上我们家来，妈妈总是耐心地讲给他们听，管了他们，就忽视了我，为此，我还闹过几次别扭，可妈妈总是说：“远亲不如近邻，人家也帮过我们不少忙，妈妈是老师，帮他们解决学习上的困难，也是理所当然的。”在妈妈的影响也，有时，我也成了他们的小老师。

我想，虽然现在我们居住的都是水泥建造的高楼大厦，防盗门也越来越坚固，但是有了这张小小的睦邻卡，把我们的心连在了一起。它像一缕阳光温暖了人们冰冷的心。人与人之间的距离越来越近，我们的关系也越来越好。和和睦睦，亲亲热热就像一家人。

Beijing, the capital of China, is one of the largest cities in the world. There are many places of interest, such as the Summer Palace, the Forbidden City and the Great Wall. All of them are beautiful and well-known to the world. Great changes have taken place in Beijing since we successfully held the 2008 0lympic Games.

Now, people pay more attention to the environment. More trees and flowers have been planted. For the traffic, it is very convenient for people to travel around Beijing, because several new subway lines have been built. If you come to Beijing, you will find people here are very friendly and helpful. Whats more, a lot of people can speak English. Beijing is really an attractive city with a long history.

但在我看来，杨修死的关键原因在于他自身，在于自身的狂妄不羁。不仅这样，他还多管闲事，诋毁领导，曹魏集团每天需要处理的事务不少，应该说是够杨修忙的了，可他却非要忙里偷闲对于自己无关的事情瞎掺和，卖弄自己的小聪明，才会走上不归路。

据《三国演义》里杨修得罪曹操的事很多，但我认为，这些并不足以致命，而插手曹植、曹丕兄弟的储君之争和揭露曹操梦中好杀人的真相，才是真正给自己掘坟的原因。

作为曹操的“秘书”，插手别人的家事，明显就是不务正业，揭领导的短，损害领导的形象，更是不把领导放在眼里。面对一个多管闲事，不维护领导尊严的下属，无论谁心胸多么的开阔，估计心里的怨恨都少不了。

威信，是一个成功领导的必要条件，也往往是一个团队能正常运行的的保障，团队的成员都应该知道，每一个人应该把自己份内的是做好，业余时间多学习，以提高自己的能力，，不要把关心领导的家事和领导的私生活当作自己的工作重点，不当场合的大放厥词更可能成为他日射向自己的箭，做一个本分的下属，或许一身的亮点没有几个，但永远受人尊敬，做一个飞扬跋扈的下属，或许时常有人夸你有胆量，但一旦栽了个跟头，你就更容易受伤，甚至不得翻身。

风不来了，树儿站立在地上，校门打开了，学生们都背着书包，带着一些东西回家了，我也回家了。但回到家，那蜜蜂的嗡嗡声又缠着我的双耳，我应该如何去接收父母那可怕的千叮咛万叮嘱呢?

为什么我在学校时想听他们说话，而回到家时却又不想呢?是我不够孝顺吗?

也许，他们感觉到我对他们话语的厌恶了，这几个星期他们少言寡语了，我的耳朵变得非常的清静，但我却感到了寂寞!全身纳凉，心恢意冷，寂寞的心灵比针扎还痛苦!如同一只雏鸟失去母亲的抚养一样。

我为了温暖心灵，便主动与父母说话了。啊，那感觉真好!我第一次感觉到他们对我的爱了，我也第一次尝到家的味道。

家是我们情感的栖息地，是我们成长的大本营，而父母的叮嘱则是我们成长的动力源泉!
