我欣赏莲花的君子品质。中国上下五千年来，赞美莲花的诗歌胜不可数。几乎可以说，中国人都喜欢莲花。莲花的”香远益清，可远观而不可亵玩焉。”濯清涟而不妖，中通外直。”出淤泥而不染。”正表现莲的君子品质和情操。中国古时候，池塘里一般都种有莲花，这已经说明古人都喜欢莲花。莲顽强的生命力也足以使我惊叹。考古的人挖掘出沉睡了千年的莲子，放进四合的环境里，也还可以发芽。莲是我最欣赏和佩服的植物，我也会向它那种君子的气质看齐，努力成为一个君子。

万物都有他们的特性，我们要欣赏他们的好的一面，做到取长补短，让他们好的一面成为我们自己的东西。欣赏的同时，也能陶冶我们的情操，提高自己的审美能力。

然而生活中一些人因一点挫折就放弃自己的生命。不珍惜所拥有的，这种人身全志不坚，人生获得毫无意义，让费自身可挖掘的资源。这种人没有丰富的人生。而那些珍惜拥有，把握生命，做命运主宰的人，则获得多姿多彩。最终功成名就，着实令人佩服。

在人生的旅途中，我们应留心四周的风景。珍惜身边的点点滴滴。不要在失去之后才懊悔，这是无济于事的。
