我捧着这封信三步并作两步、脚下生风的去找我的好兄弟刘宗源去了，终于，我在喝水的地方找到了他，我把他拉到操场坐下，说：“哥们儿，我的作文在大赛中获奖了。”刘宗源有些不相信的问：“真的?第几名?”“银奖。”“好你个豪杰，我就知道你小子不是一个省油的料，说吧，稿费是多少?

你爸妈肯定还给你奖品吧?好小子，我没交错朋友啊，你可真是有出息，改天我请你一只鸡排?我刚才还在郁闷我的期末考试肯定又要考得一塌糊涂呢，没想到你给我带来了这个好消息，我的郁闷全都不见了。”我看着比我还激动高兴的刘宗源，心中也是不能够压抑的兴奋之情，因为从那一刻起，我知道我的辛苦并没有白费，埋下的种子终于还给了我丰厚的果实。

那一次，刘宗源和我一起分享了快乐，那一刻，我和刘宗源一样激动万分，那一刻，我明白了，分享快乐可以使一个人的快乐变成两个甚至更多的人快乐。

经过努力，我进了大学，但我知道，这只是通往知识海洋上的第一步，只是科学这本书中的第1页。离岸越远，视野越宽。越学越想学。生命短暂，艺术无涯。

尊重是一个古老的话题。古今中外的哲人也好，学者也好，伟人也好，几乎个个都有说到尊重的问题。十六世纪的法国哲学家笛卡尔说：“尊重别人，才能让人尊敬”。十九世纪的俄国文学家陀思妥耶夫斯基说：“对人不尊敬的人，首先就是对自己不尊重”。中国古代思想家荀子则认为：“仁者必敬人”。《礼记》中也有“君子贵人而贱己，先人而后己。”的记载。

不论是中国的还是外国的说法，尊重的问题始终是一个处理人与人之间关系的基本准则，是社会和谐的一个重要条件。

一个人的幸福感是由许多因素和条件构成的，尊重是其中之一。尊重别人和被别人尊重，是一种双方都希望的、潜意识中期盼的一种幸福的愿望。每一次被他人尊重，被尊重的人就会有一种快感，有时甚至会产生一种莫名的激动，也由此会引起被尊重人的尊重他人的欲望。这就是一种幸福感。

追求幸福大概不会没有人不愿意的。有时候追求物质的幸福感来得很强烈，但是这种幸福感消退得也快，或是说持久性比较差的。认识到这一点，所以人们常用“刺激”一词来形容它。相对而言，被尊重的幸福感来得不是那么刺激，淡淡地来，但是却是悠然地飘荡在身边，迟迟地不肯散去，使人有一种尊严，一种正气浩然的体味。既然如此，谁又愿意拒绝尊重呢。

尊重是一种真诚，而绝不是虚伪。社会是由各阶层的人群组成的。在社会中，人从事的事业、职业有不同，但是人格却是没有高低贵贱的。一位领袖和一位清洁工，一位科学家与一位小商人，他们的本质首先是自然的人，其次都是社会的人。既然都有社会的属性，那么就会有相互的直接的或间接的关联和交流。

只要存在人与人之间的这种关联和交流，从本质上来说，相互之间的尊重，作为一种意思的表达，本身就是存在的，而且不管你愿意不愿意，表达不表达，尊重或不尊重。真正的虚伪在这个问题上，是利用尊重的词汇来掩盖心中的阴暗或不恭。显然，这种“尊重”不被尊重的恰恰是他自己。当然也就谈不上幸福感了。

真诚地尊重别人，就是尊重自己，这是许多前人、名人、伟人都说过的。我想他们一定比我们更懂得什么是尊重别人和自己被尊重的幸福吧。

In the past, I was not good at English, especially in the field of spoken.

Since I was too shy to speak anything in front of people, my oral English was

getting worse. Ms. wang found my disadvantage and she encouraged me that: I

believe you can do this, and there is no difficulties you cant overcome!

At

that time, I thought why cant I trust myself as ms. wang did? so, I got up

early to practice my spoken ability and ask Ms. wang any questions which I cant

understand. After the hard working of both Ms. wang and myself, I can speak

English in front of pelple now.

To sum up,Id like to express my gratitude to Ms. wang once again. Without
