4、锻炼前先做5-10分钟的暖身和伸展运动，锻炼结束后做10-15分钟的有氧运动。

5、每个动作每组间休息1-1.5分钟，每组间歇做有关部位的伸展拉伸活动。

6、锻炼时的重量如果超过规定的试举次数或完成不太费劲，就可以增加5-10%的重量，以加深刺激。
