I went to beijing to play during last summer holiday.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. 暑假生活开始了，但我却不能像以前一样轻松无负担的过暑假了，因为暑假一结束，我就是一个即将升到五年级的学生了，因此我为我的暑假生活制定了一个计划：

1、早上6：30分起床晨读半小时，预习新课文或者背论语;7：00左右做50个仰卧起坐;7：30分左右洗刷完毕吃早饭。

2、中午吃过早饭去文化宫练乒乓球;中午回家看会课外书再吃中午饭;吃完中午饭1：00左右睡午休。

3、下午2：00左右起床，练一张字帖和心算一张口算题;然后再做5页暑假生活指导或写一篇日记;完成作业后玩一小时左右的电脑(为了保护我的视力，我努力争取控制在1小时之内);然后在楼下和伙伴们滑活力板或者玩游戏;大约6：30左右吃晚饭。

4、7：00左右去书店看书;8：30左右回家吃点水果，冲个澡，9：00左右看会书睡觉。

5、假期里我争取把作业做得即快又好，争取把写字水平提高上去，我还要尽量多读些课外书，标出好词好句和写出读书心得，以丰富我的阅读知识，提高我的写作水平，力争多发表几篇稿子。

6、假期中我还要积极参加对自己身体健康有益的各种活动，搞好学校组织的“阳光助老”“四德践行”公民道德建设活动，争取帮老人多做些好事。

i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous  summer vacations， but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away， i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this， but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on  endless happy summers to e. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life， for i was sustained by a hope.

放暑假的前一天，我鼓足了勇气，向班上有小妙丽之称的英华提出邀约，希望她能和我一起去看电影，但她却面有难色、委琬地拒绝我了。放学后的校园空无一人，只剩我百般聊赖地在跑道上散步兜圈子，耽溺于被拒绝而自怜自艾的抑郁情绪中。

此外，我也戒掉了吃消夜的习惯。刚开始虽然有点难以忍受，到了晚上九点左右，总是因嘴馋而感到焦躁，此时妈妈就会端出她精心调配的综合蔬果汁，用爱心为我补充满满的营养。

经过两个月的努力，过程中虽然也曾破功一两次，但在开学前一天，我满心期待地站上体重计时，家人和我都开心地跳了起来，我瘦了整整四公斤呢!仔细看看镜子中的自己，双下巴似乎小了一点，挂在腰间的游泳圈，尺寸也小了一号，运动服的裤子穿起来也不再那么紧绷了呢!
