Protect our environment

In the last several decades, our earth has been extremely polluted, such as air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and so on. In recent years, the extreme weather becomes more and more frequent. Winter gets colder and summer becomes hotter and it rains more frequently. All of these warn us that protecting the environment is a serious and emergent event. As our general people, we should build proper lifestyle. We should pay attention to water and light saving. When we go out, we should firstly choose the public transportation. The most important is that we must realize that we can do a lot of things to protect our environment. 洗完手，一张纸巾在手，用过便丢了;抑或擦了一滴墨水，就把一张三层的至今蹂躏完后扔向纸篓;更有甚者闲来无趣便撕个纸条玩，这种情状发生在我们随性潇洒的90后身上仿佛是与生俱来般的自然。但一张纸的价值不仅在此，若每个人都能节省一张纸，结果可是完全不同的。

一棵10年树龄的树可以制成2000张纸巾。那么以中国为例，13亿人口每个人节省一张纸巾，那么，将会有约650000棵树免遭砍伐。而每一棵树每天吸收的二氧化碳量大约为5023克，一年就有将近1.83吨，每天放出的氧气有约3653克，一年就有将近1.3吨的氧气被放出，每吨的价值在31250美元左右。650000棵树，一年就有1190000吨的二氧化碳被吸收，价值26400000000美元的845000吨氧气被生产出来。

没错，千万别怀疑，这就是节省一张纸的事情。

因此，无论事大事小，环保自在人心。

就如我们学校此次的国庆通宵，在班级布置方面，学校力求节俭创新，于是，在资金限制和时间有限的双重压力下，我们拿出了上次通宵活动用来布置教室的物品，裁裁剪剪拼拼，俨然又成了另一新物。创新有了，节俭也有了，可谓双赢。就这样，当被同学问及班级布置材料来源时，我会心一笑“都是去年的”。“全部都是?”“恩，全部都是”同学惊讶的表情业已说明了一次环保活动在无形中生成了。

Recently I found out that some bad things happened in our school.

最近我发现我们的学校发生了一些不好的现象。

平时十分整洁干净的校园，最近却变的有些脏兮兮的，一些角落里或者是走廊里，都能看到同学们用来装事物的塑料袋，还有一些水果皮、碎纸屑和吃完小零食以后扔掉的包装袋。我们学校是每个班都有一定的卫生打扫的负责区域的，每天每班都会安排学生打扫，这些垃圾肯定都是在同学打扫完卫生之后，又有人丢下的，我觉得这些同学的素质真的很低，都不知道珍惜别人的劳动成果，不知道保护校园的环境。

同学们，不以善小而不为，不以恶小而为之，大家携起手来，共同保护我们的校园环境吧!

地球是我们的母亲，可是近年来灾难频频发生，母亲的血液也混浊不清，母亲的毛发也快没了，现在的母亲已不是那个美丽漂亮的母亲了，地球母亲日益的衰老，而这一切都是我们造成的。

赤潮是我认为最危险的灾难，当然赤潮的诞生还要多亏了人类。赤潮也称红潮，赤潮是在特定的环境下，海水中的浮游植物。原生植物和细菌爆发性增殖或高度聚集在一起而引起水体变色的一种有害的生态现象。赤潮是一个历史沿用名，他并不一定是红色。

“赤潮”，被誉为“红色幽灵”，国际上也称其为"有害藻类"，赤潮是海洋生态系统中的一种异常现象。它是由海藻家族中的赤潮藻在特定的环境条件下爆发性繁殖造成的。海藻是一个庞大的家族，除了一些大型海藻外，很多都是非常微小的植物，有的是单细胞植物。根据引发赤潮的生物种类和数量的不同，海水有时也呈现黄、绿、褐色等不同颜色。

一是大量赤潮生物集聚于鱼类的鳃部，使鱼类因缺氧而窒息死亡；

二是赤潮生物死亡后，藻体在分解过程中大量消耗水中的溶解氧，导致鱼类及其它海洋生物因缺氧死亡，同时还会释放出大量有害气体和毒素，严重污染海洋环境，使海洋的正常生态系统遭到严重的破坏；

三是鱼类吞食大量有毒藻类。

赤潮发生后，除海水变成红色外，同时海水的pH值也会升高，粘稠度增加，非赤潮藻类的浮游生物会死亡、衰减；赤潮藻也因爆发性增殖、过度聚集而大量死亡。

赤潮是在特定环境条件下产生的，相关因素很多，但其中一个极其重要的因素是海洋污染大量含有各种含氮有机物的废污水排入海水中，促使海水富营养化，这是赤潮藻类能够大量繁殖的重要物质基础，国内外大量研究表明，海洋浮游藻是引发赤潮的主要生物，在全世界4000多种海洋浮游藻中有260多种能形成赤潮，其中有70多种能产生毒素。他们分泌的毒素有些可直接导致海洋生物大量死亡，有些甚至可以通过食物链传递，造成人类食物中毒。

I study in the No.1 Primary School. Its one of the best primary schools in my city. There are four buildings in campus.Two of them are teaching buildings. The other two are library and gym. The teaching buildings are huge and the classroom is large and bright. There are plenty of books in the library. I like reading books in the library. After class, students like playing in the gym. It’s a popular place after class. Besides, our teachers are great. They care much about students. I am happy to study in my school.

father often communicates with foreign friends and is good at english. i can

never interfere in them. they seldom force me to do what i dont like to. they

permit me to have different opinions. if something is good for me, they will

persuade me to do it as they want. many people of our age say that there is a

generation gap between their parents and them. however, it doesnt exist between

My mother is a math teacher. she is very clever and good at teaching. she

can work out a problem within 10 minutes which would cost me 2 hours. i envy and

admire her. i want to be a math teacher like her.

Im lucky to have such enlightened parents. im lucky to have been brought

The campus is like the flowers, the fragrance of the intoxicating, the smell of love. The schoolyard is like rain dew, nourish us, cultivate us; The campus is like a dream, that kind of beautiful, that kind of sweet. I love this garden campus.

“哈哈哈，我今儿个真高兴，刚刚从李婆婆那抢了三百多元，买了一瓶酒，可真好喝。”江二狗手里拿了一瓶诗仙太白，脸色发红，脚步摇摇晃晃，走了两步，就喝口酒，啃上一口当地有名的酱猪蹄。

“嘟，嘟”一辆吉普车开了过来，上面挂了个军用车牌。

“江二狗子，我给你一个好差事，你干不?”上面的人把头伸出窗外，嘴里叼着根烟，把一包软中华扔给了江二狗。

江二狗眼珠一转，心想：咦?差事，钱不高我不干，得问问他。“多少钱?什么事?”

“这个你放心，叫你去伐木，一根给你200元，够意思吧。”

江二狗像是着了魔似的，眼中直冒金光，连声说：“好!好!太好了!”

到了第二天，江二狗开着从他爸爸传下的拖拉机，拿起磨了一个晚上的斧子，拿出昨天那个人送的一包软中华中的一根抽了起来，向一棵粗壮的大树砍了下去。

“隆隆，轰轰”一棵大树倒了下去。江二狗还念念有词的唱着：“我有钱了，有钱了，咱就买一套洋房……”

一只啄木鸟飞到了江二狗的头上，左看看，右看看，看到其中有虫，就喊：“这里面一定有虫。”

看到此处，我心中感叹，为了我们人类所谓的金钱而违背了道德的规律，还不反省吗?我们人类的头里一定是贪婪之虫，我们害的多少生物无家可归?

保护环境，应从人人做起。

There is an old Chinese saying: Top students come from strict teachers.

Perhaps affected by this saying for a long time, we believe it right. However,

as time flies, lots of things have changed. Therefore, I am eager to discuss

what relation is the best between teachers and students.A teacher can treat a

student in two ways .One is strict, and the other is friendly. Most teachers

prefer the first way.To start with, we certainly have to admit that strictness

is very effective, especially to the naughty pupils.

As pupils we aren’t able to control ourselves well or fix our attention on

one thing for a long time. We do most things because they are interesting or we

feel like doing. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we

get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

good learning habit, which is of great importance during our whole life .In

other words, it is the first step to success.Still, everything has two sides.

Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class,

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students

always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually

won’t take great effect on them.

Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the

majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a

whole class, teachers couldn’t give order to part of the class, for the majority

would question why they needn’t do such work, but we need? It would be probable

that they think teachers treat them not equally, and will not obey teachers’

orders any more. This is a difficulty for teachers.It also has another

disadvantage——the communication problem .Since teachers are strict, we never

tell teachers our personal affairs or secrets. Mostly we just tell them to our

friends, but as students too, they couldn’t help to solve our problem, such as

puppy love, communication problems or study problems .Not being solved

completely, they always disturb us, influencing our daily life and study. I’m

sure that you think that making friends with teachers can solve the problem, and

you are eager to do so as well. But if we do so, new problems will come out .You

see, an adult couldnt control himself well at times, let alone us students.

However if teachers are our friends, I doubt whether their orders will take

effect any more .You see, have we ever treated our friends’ orders as orders? We

think they’re only jokes. This is another difficulty for teachers.Additionally,

our parents have the same problem. Yes, we need to be friends, but not complete

friends. We need to keep a certain distance, making us communicate well and

willing to take your orders. I remember a story.One day, a lady had her rest

room decorated. And a skilled worker was bricking up the wall. Seeing large

cracks between the bricks, she questioned why. The worker told her after this

summer, the bricks would become bigger, and those cracks would disappear.That is

not only decoration, but also communication. The principle is the same.

人类只有一个地球。他是生命的摇篮，是人类共有的家园。然而，环境污染与生态破坏已经对人类的社会经济发展和人们的正常生活构成了现实威胁。爱护环境，崇尚文明，无疑是人类自身的道义和责任。

There is only one earth. He is the cradle of life, is the homeland of all mankind. However, environmental pollution and ecological destruction of normal life has been on the social and economic development and peoples constitute a real threat. Care for the environment, advocate of civilization, is the humans moral responsibility.

我们渴望干净的地球，渴望健康的地球，渴望环保的家园，渴望绿色，健康，卫生的社区……让我们用爱心去关注环境的变化，用热情去传播环保的观念，用行动肩负起环保的重任。从我做起，从现在做起，从身边的点滴小事做起，把环保承诺变为实际行动。

We desire to clean the earth, to earth for environmental health, home, eager to green, health, the health of the community...... Today the quality of our natural environment has become an

important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the

importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve(保存） our natural resources and recycle（再循环） our products. We are sure that we can have a better and cleaner place in the future.
