我从小就有许许多多喜欢的运动，它们像天上那闪闪发光的小星星，怎么数也数不清。但是，我最喜欢的一项运动就是爬杆。

我之所以喜欢爬杆这项运动，是因为我在上幼儿园的时候，我是我们班女生里最淘气的一个，大家都叫我“淘汽包”。而我爬杆这项运动也是很多女生不敢做的，全班只有两个女生敢和男生比，我就是其中一个，这让我很自豪。

我记得那是一个阳光明媚的早上，我和两个男生比赛爬杆。虽然我是个淘气包什么都敢跟男生比，但是我从小就有点恐高，所以爬着爬着感觉越来越怕，只好灰溜溜地滑了下来。我低着头说：“我……我……我输了!”其实我的心里有一百个的不服气。

放学后，我一回到家，就冲到我家后院那根栏杆前，开始慢慢地练习。不知不觉地，我已经爬到了最高处，我一往下看，“啊……吓死我啦!”我从没有爬过这么高的地方，大豆般的汗珠从我的脸颊直往下流。

怎么才能去掉我恐高的毛病呢?我坐在秋千上闷头苦想着。这时，爸爸过来问我怎么了，我把事情的经过讲给爸爸听，爸爸告诉说：“只要身体保持平衡，不要向下看，你就不会害怕了。”我按爸爸的话一次又地尝试着，可是我每次都会情不自禁地滑下来，我回想爸爸跟我讲的话，把眼睛闭着，身体保持平衡，我又试了几次，哦……我成功了，我从栏杆下来后，好开心!我第一时间把这个好消息告诉爸爸。

第二天，我和那两个男生又在幼儿园展开了一场激烈的爬杆比赛，比赛开始后，我的好朋友都在下面鼓励我，而我的心里却像十五个吊桶打水七上八下。两个男生猴子似的往上爬，可他们都没能爬到最高点。我也不甘示弱，终于我没有辜负好朋友们对我的期望，我赢了，我的好朋友都围着我为我喝彩。两个男生也只好认输。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐，它是我最喜欢的一种运动。

And his novels are put in the best seller bookshelf in the bookstores and some are even out of stock. I like read his books. I also watch the movie rearranged by his novel. Red Sorghum is just an example. In a word, I’m proud of him and hope he can make more progress in the future.

My favorite sport is swimming.

I learn swimming because I think swimming fun. The first class, I also wore a float, kick back plate and twirls, second class, I can not take kick board, but my action is not good, coach sternly said to me: "you how do bad? Is closed, turn over, push, clips, stop, how do you keep?" I was very angry, thinking: this is not meant to pick my fault? 我最喜欢的运动是游泳。

我学习游泳是因为我觉得游泳好玩.第一节课时,我还戴着背浮、打腿板和水袖，第二节课时，我就可以不拿打腿板了，可是我的动作不好了，教练严厉地对我说：“你怎么动作做不好呢?是收、翻、蹬、夹、停，你怎么不停呢?”我非常气愤，心想：这不是存心挑我毛病吗?后来教练又鼓励我，叫我每天睡觉前练一次，我练习了一次又一次，终于练会了。教练先让我只戴背浮，不是我自吹自擂，我游得真的很棒，教练又让我只戴水袖，我游得也不错。我主动提出要什么都不戴自己游一圈，教练竟然八答应了。没想到，我游得很棒，还和教练击掌“耶”了一下，我的努力真是没有白费啊!

我学会了游泳，我好开心啊!
