A middle-aged woman asked for a glass of water and was very thankful to the young man. But after a while, two tall and strong men came to charge her 5 yuan for that glass of water. regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong

body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body

to fight disease. Thirdly, making friends, because friendship is an important

I am with friends than when I am alone. Finally, eating properly, having good
