今天早上，我和姥姥一起去烧元宝。我们起得很早，天刚蒙蒙亮我们就带着元宝和一些烧元宝必备的东西出发了。为的是怕飞奔的汽车把烧好的元宝刮跑。

The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month, usually

in February or March in the Gregorian calendar. As early as the Western Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 25), it had become a festival with great significance.

This days important activity is watching lanterns. Throughout the Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), Buddhism flourished in China. One emperor heard that

Buddhist monks would watch sarira, or remains from the cremation of Buddhas

body, and light lanterns to worship Buddha on the 15th day of the 1st lunar

month, so he ordered to light lanterns in the imperial palace and temples to

show respect to Buddha on this day. Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a

grand festival among common people and its influence expanded from the Central

Plains to the whole of China.

Till today, the lantern festival is still held each year around the

country. Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets,

attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns

to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lantern riddles"is

an essential part of the Festival.

Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the

lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out

and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will

get a little gift. The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in

the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of

wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or rice dumplings, on this day, so it is also

called the "Yuanxiao Festival."Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is

small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals, sesame, bean

paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil as filling.

Tangyuan can be boiled, fried or steamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s

more, tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”, meaning

reunion. So people eat them to denote union, harmony and happiness for the

family.

In the daytime of the Festival, performances such as a dragon lantern

dance, a lion dance, a land boat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and

beating drums while dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificent

lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks

from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival. Some local

governments will even organize a fireworks party. On the night when the first

full moon enters the New Year, people become really intoxicated by the imposing

fireworks and bright moon in the sky.

on that special day, the street will become as bright as daylight in the night

这一天，我随着一大家人，到山上去扫墓。刚走到村口，看到一幅大标语请文明祭拜，让清明更清明。我正疑惑不解，清明节扫墓，怎么文明祭拜?就在这时，一位叔叔给我发了一张宣传单，上面写了几句：倡导低碳文明的祭扫方式!鲜花换纸钱、丝带寄哀思!提倡植树缅怀，惠泽绿水青山!我看看爸爸，又歪着脑袋看看分发传单的叔叔，竟不知所措，茫然地拿着宣传单，跟着家人往前走去。走到一个小山坡前，虽然泥泞路滑，但寂静之山却人潮如涌。远远望去，每一烟雾弥漫之处，都可见人们在庄重地对已逝去的先人焚香祭拜。

此情此景，我想起左河水写过的一首七言绝句《乡村清明日》：年欢未尽又清明，雨燕声咽柳失魂。寂静青山人陡涌，冥钱纸烛祭先陵。怀着沉重的缅怀之情，我们来到我们家祖坟前。大家一齐动手，铲除杂草，放上供品，于坟前上香祷祝，燃烧纸钱金锭，又献上一束鲜花，以寄托对先人的怀念。突然，对面山上燃起一股浓浓的黑烟，随即就腾起一团火焰，不好!有人在焚烧杂草。幸好，附近有个水池，人们很快扑灭大火。这时，爷爷郑重其事地说：这个传统的扫墓方式也真的需要改革了!燃烧纸钱金锭隐藏着非常可怕的安全隐患。爸爸风趣地说：明年我们就鲜花换纸钱、丝带寄哀思!听党的召唤，履行低碳文明的祭扫方式。

我问自己，我尽孝了吗?我不知道父亲的答案，但做为儿子，我尽力了。我没有违背您的意愿，可我切心的苦，切肤的痛，谁人可知。我背负着孝道和责任，在生活中挣扎，心儿不肯设防地一次一次地背刺伤。

父亲，您是否忘记，我还在解放军257医院时您的山城之行，虽您短短的一句话，却让我用漫长的一生来承诺。

我问自己，我幸福吗?在别人眼里，我有一个爱我疼我的妻子，一双听话懂事的儿子。其实现实的我，谁也不会知道，一颗受过伤的心，再次触及伤疤时，那种刺心的痛，没有亲身感受过不会体会。我曾怀疑过命运，难道人的一切，在冥冥中早已有定数吗?

这些年我背负着过去生活，其实我一直知道，过去是我的一个梦，离我愈久愈不真实，我却执著地守护着，其实也是固执的守着自己青春美好理想，守着那段不可重回的岁月，那些年少心动与心痛，纯洁与真诚，不可破碎不可残缺。

近些时候，一位朋友的忠告，使我感觉我的梦已离我那么远，在渐行渐远的时光里。但我知道自己并不曾遗忘，她依然存活在我心灵的某个角落，是我最美丽最单纯的记忆，她永远那么没好，不会虽岁月老去，直到很远很远以后，仍鲜活一如当年，当我想起，心中一片安宁，再没有悲伤和怨愤。

我感到有幸做您的儿子，您给了我生命，养育我成人，教我做人之道，您放心，我已儿立之年，为人之父，我会尽到我的义务和责任，父亲安息!

Go , make others warm with heart of you , g-o , help others with hand of you , go , persuade someone else with your action. This is what you should do . You should learn to pay , learns help, learn to present . So long as everybody can do so both, this world will be a cradle that is full of loving , the earth is that one is full of warm collectives!

Valentine’s Day is on the February 14 each year. It is celebrated in many

countries around the world, although it remains a working day in most of them.

After New Years Day, it is the most celebrated holiday around the world. It’s a

holiday for lovers or couples. This is a festival of love and romance, as well

as flowers, chocolates, greeting cards. On that day, there are many activities

for couples to celebrate, showing their love to mate. Gift exchanging is the

most common. In recent years, February 14 become much more popular than before,

although there is another Valentine’s Day in China. Besides, there are many

people choose that day to propose marriage or get married. In short, it’s a day

of love.

My schoool life is busy and fantastic.

First, we have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. We have to get to school before 7:30 because we have a morning class.

Second, I like my school life because teachers and my classmates are friendly and helpful. We also have lots of after-school activies.

Third, our school environment is very beautiful, the teachers all can make their lesson interesting and instructive. So I like my school life very much.

我的学校生活是忙碌的，神奇的。首先，我们有四节课在上午和下午三。我们到学校7:30之前因为我们早上有课。其次，我喜欢我的学校生活，因为老师和我的同学都很友好，乐于助人。我们也有很多的课外活动。第三、我们的学校环境很漂亮，老师们都能使自己的课有趣又有启发性。所以我非常喜欢我的学校生活。

Computer has considered to be one of the most important inventions in 20

century. It has brought many changes in this world. With the rapid development

of science and technology, more and more people have their own personal

computer. It’s not only can do the calculations at a very high speed, but also

can access to the Internet to get information from the outside world.

Computers play an very vital role in our daily life. They can do a lot of

things. Access to the Internet, you can find the answers to your questions, you

can do on line shopping without going outside. Computer has provided us lots of

convenience. There is no doubt that people can have a better life with

computer.

Some people worry about that someday computers may replace human beings.

Then most people will have no jobs. However, in my opinion, computers are not

replacing us. Even though computers can take over some difficult tasks that we

can not do. They are nothing but machines. They work for us. They will never

take the place of man.
