我爱那春天的雨!

我最喜欢的食物就是薯片。可是，妈妈说它是垃圾食品，小孩子吃了会不健康。其实不健康的是里面的添加剂。今天，我就为大家介绍一种健康薯片。

据说，薯片发源于美国。从前，有个人在一家餐馆里点了一份烤土豆，等厨师端上来时，顾客发现这土豆一点儿都不好吃，建议将土豆片切薄一点，多烤一会儿。第二次的土豆片虽然够薄，但却差了点脆脆的口感。他又建议厨师再将土豆片在火上烤一下，结果在这个挑剔的顾客建议下，流行全世界的香脆薯片就这样被发明了。

所谓健康薯片就是自己做的薯片。首先，在烤盘上铺一层薄金纸，两百度预热。再把土豆皮削掉，切成薄片，平铺在薄金纸上。接着刷上油放进烤箱里烤。等到土豆片的外表变成金黄色时，就可以取出来了。把香喷喷的薯片装盘，倒一点自己喜欢的酱，比如牛油果酱，番茄酱，芝士酱等。即使只是加一点点盐和胡椒，薯片也会非常美味!

健康薯片是没有膨松剂和调味剂的。越是让我们觉得口感好，其实越是不健康。同时，烤的薯片比炸的薯片相对健康。

墨西哥玉米片是薯片的近亲，只是主料从土豆变成了玉米。墨西哥玉米片更健康是因为它是火烤的不是油炸的，也没有什么添加剂。牛油果酱、奶酪酱和酸甜的自制番茄酱都是很健康的蘸料。

所以，凡事不能只看表面，要勇敢地去探索。觉得薯片是垃圾食品的家长可以试着在家里自己做健康薯片给孩子吃，或者去墨西哥餐馆点一份墨西哥玉米片。这样，孩子既可以吃到垂涎已久的薯片，又不会影响健康，真是两全其美啊!

春天是什么颜色的?是绿色的，代表快乐，高兴。周末我和我好朋友一起去森林，那是鸟语花香，树木郁郁葱葱，到处都有绿色。发出来的嫩芽是浅绿色的，老树是深绿色的，小草是棕绿色的，我们俩无比的快乐高兴!森林里的树木和小草，都探出头来迎接这位远道而来的客人。它们像是被撒了生长剂一样，一会儿地面上满是生长出来的嫩芽，让人心情愉悦。这棵桃树桃就像诗里写的“桃之夭夭，灼灼其华。之子于归，宜其室家。桃之夭夭，有?其实。之子于归，宜其家室。桃之夭夭，其叶蓁蓁。之子于归，宜其家人。”

春天是什么颜色?是黄色的，黄色代表神圣，光明。黄色的小花，蜜蜂们最喜欢了，它们就会给我们奉献蜂蜜。小蜜蜂们停在那花上，像是用桶接住蜜一样。然后拿着桶回到了峰巢。用桶把蜜放进去，对大自然做出来很大的贡献。春天真美啊!

春天是什么颜色的?是黑色的，代表恐怖，也会被骂。所以春天有时候是黑色的，我会被打，还会哭。记得一天，我回到家看到我妈妈很生气的看着我，我问怎么了?妈妈说：“你又和同学吵架了?你不能跟别人吵架，我给跟你最后一次机会，不能再犯了。”

这就是春天，彩色春天，美丽的春天。
