阳春三月暖，予以泼墨会人间。独坐一隅，隽情吟诵我心中的春天。——题记

桃花满蹊，娇莺恰啼。水墨缘间，燕生呢喃，暖意正浓。次写了凛冽一季余寒未却的隆冬，春景已错落有致地铺陈开来，充盈着明媚美好的光景。于庭前，看花开花落，云卷云舒，奈何熹日不懂我意，亦为生活中的千沟万壑唏嘘不已。确然，生活如酒，愈是浓郁越散发着致命的蛊惑，此时的我已然失了兴致，无心着眼于周遭的此情此景。

沿途的繁华和市井气息缠绕在一起，像是电影布景般朝身后卷去。初春里，光影浮动，似梦似幻般刺痛我的眼眸，滴下的泪浸湿了衣衫，也让我本就彷徨的信念一触即溃。

回想起暮冬时日里的学校生活，充满了焦灼与酸涩。每天在政教处和教室两点一线之间奔走，无助的我已厌倦了枯燥乏味的学习流程，日复一日的煎熬着，那时的我，终究是跌入了懈怠的万丈深渊。盲目地服从着，执行着，本该风华正茂的青春亦颓丧着，像傀儡，像行尸。而后，一场期末检测将我唯一以坚持为底线的稻草连根拔出，瞬间的疼痛却永久的存留着，抨击着我的心，用以警戒我，鞭策我。

春寒料峭，昏黄的日光浅尝辄止，渐隐渐却，像是海浪般倒卷而回，终于漏出尸骨残骸的滩头。

翻阅起旧念的回忆录，泪满心酸，只得扶首叹息。一向至关重要的年底检测却不如以往，它警示着我：学如逆水行舟，不进则退，懈怠是个恶果，咽食它的人终究是要受到打击。接下来的几日里，夜不能寐，食不下咽，辗转反侧之际我决定回外婆家走一走，外婆家深居山里，沿着蜿蜒古旧的青石板路行进着，亦步亦趋。走进了分布着或大或的小平顶屋之间，漫不经心地张望着四周，瞥见了距身旁不远的一处灯光，似豆蔻般的少女翩然起舞于梁间，定向跳跃，翻转。汹涌的波浪亦激起心头拍岸，她是我的发小，有些时日不见再遇旧人心里满是怀念。“众里寻他千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处”她转身看到了我，一颦一笑间皆显现出她青涩的成熟，我俩相视一笑，内心的苦楚与压抑如释重负。

风止于额前，深呼吸，尽情拥揽着夕阳的暖情。于心铭记，信念方支撑起我心中尚且明媚的光景。轻装上阵，挥毫笔墨，收获硕果，我心中的春天已经悄然而至。

携一抹暖阳，执一卷诗书，春意浓，心畅然，因景因人亦得偿所愿，永远铭记那属于我的闪亮的日子。

运动是让人快乐的方法，运动可以让人活力充沛、精神满分!运动不只是我的好朋友，它还是我的救世主，因为有它，我才可以长得很健康、很活泼、很有活力!

运 动有很多种，有打篮球、羽毛球、桌球、、、等，都是有益身心健康的运动，其中，我最喜爱的运动是：”游泳”，游泳不但可以治好气喘，还可以减肥，真是一举 两得。游泳有很多方式，像是：自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、、、等，都很有趣喔!但是，游泳也是要注意一下，像是不要没有做暖身操，就先下水，不然就不能 避免抽筋;下水时先确认水深不深，浅不浅，水深不好，因为你跳水时，有可能水太深，造成溺水;水太浅跳水时，就会受伤，容易发生危险;还有不要在湿滑的地 方追逐嬉戏。我们要快快乐乐的玩，平平安安的回家。

游泳是个很好的运动，连平常都不怎么有精神的弟弟去游泳回来以后，精神都来了。可见游泳真的很棒!我们也可以多多尝试看看喔!
