7、盛夏，天热得连蜻蜓都只敢贴着树荫处飞，好像怕阳光伤了自己的翅膀。 空中没有一片云，没有一点风，头顶上一轮烈日，所有的树木都没精打采地、懒洋洋地站在那里。

8、七月盛夏，瓦蓝瓦蓝的天空没有一丝云彩，火热的太阳炙烤着大地，河里的水烫手，地里的土冒烟。

9、烈日当空，道路两旁，成熟的谷物在热得弯下腰，低着头。蚱蜢多得像草叶，再小麦和黑麦地里，在小麦和黑麦地里，在岸边的芦苇丛中，发出微弱而嘈杂的鸣声。

10、太阳像个老大老大的火球，光线灼人，公路被烈日烤得发烫，脚踏下去一步一串白烟。

小鸟不知躲匿到什么地方去了；草木都垂头丧气，像是奄奄等毙；只有那知了，不住地在枝头发出破碎的高叫；真是破锣碎鼓在替烈日呐喊助威！

街上的柳树像病了似的，叶子挂着尘土在枝上打着卷，枝条一动也不动。马路上发着白光，小摊贩不敢吆喝，商店门口的有机玻璃招牌，也似乎给晒化了。

13、初夏的阳光从密密层层的枝叶间透射下来，地上印满铜钱般大小的光斑。

14、当春姑娘还在家乡的小河边散步，观赏着美景时，夏弟弟跳到小河里去喝水，惹得春姑娘生了气，一撩衣裙，飘然而去。

15、初夏的晚风，带着枣花和月季花的幽香，飘进这间简朴而舒适的客厅。

16、青草、芦苇和红的、白的、紫的野花，被高悬在天空的一轮火热的太阳蒸晒着，空气里充满了甜醉的气息。
