The bell declares the end of the last lesson and the beginning of a new journey. Tired as I am, at the sight of the bench, I go straight to it. industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside。 The pollution

Now environmental protection is more pressing than ever before。 As we know，

massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even

有些红薯圆圆的，有些红薯扁扁的，还有的红薯即不圆也不扁，奇形异状。

红薯还有一个名字叫“地瓜”。可能是因为它生长在地里，所以叫地瓜吧!我又听妈妈给我讲的故事说：在明朝的时候，百姓们的生活很苦，辛辛苦苦种的粮食都被地主们收去了，剩下的粮食不够百姓们吃，老闹饥荒。红薯原产于美洲，通过欧洲西洋传教士传进中国，被试种以后，发现它的适应性很强，耐旱耐瘠耐风雨，病虫害少，山地坡地都可栽培。红薯生长的快，可以一年三季种植，是高产农作物。当时解救了不少老百姓。又因为是欧洲传进来的，所以又叫蕃地瓜。

红薯几乎各个地方都有卖，可是哪里买的最多最好呢?那当然是我的老家——北方。

我在妈妈肚子里的时候，妈妈几乎每天都会吃些红薯，她喜欢吃红薯，因为红薯又经济又实惠，还对身体有营养，她把我也给传染了，所以我也爱吃红薯。

下面就让我跟大家讲讲红薯的吃法吧!第一种煮着吃：就是把红薯削皮洗净，切小块，放入锅内，加上适量的水煮至八成熟，然后放入面糊，就成了甜甜的红薯稀饭了。也可以把洗净的红薯和大米，红枣一起煮成红薯大米粥来吃。第二种蒸着吃：选一些个头小一点的红薯带皮洗净，放入蒸锅蒸熟，就可以直接吃了，简单又好做。第三种烤着吃：把红薯带皮洗净，放入烤箱或者自制的烤炉内，隔一段时间把红薯来回翻一翻，以确保他全身都被烤软烤熟，这就是烤红薯了。
