“道”，本意是客观真理，即自然界的构造、运动、变化等规律，社会的客观发展和变化规律，人的生老病死等规律，是自然存在和发展的规律。它客观存在，左右社会和人类的发展。顺应它去发展，社会才能健康和谐、人才会健康幸福、自然界才会长足存在。“德”，本意为顺应自然。社会和人类需要发展。在不违背自然规律的前提下，去改造自然、发展社会、发展自己的事业。也是遵循不违背“道”去适应自然，改造自然从而使社会，自然界和人类能长久发展、和谐共存。

道德，这是两个神圣的字眼，虽说我们中国是个文明古国，应该充满了道德，但是现在的人却对不起这两个字眼。作为一个中国人，我们也应感到耻辱。

“啊!我不要吃，不要吃嘛!”我大声地嚷着。“我说你怎么能这么浪费呢?这菜难道不好吗?”妈妈指责道。“有什么不对的，我尝过不好吃，所以不吃嘛，这也不行吗?”“我说你呀……哎。”妈妈长长的叹了口气。“你怎么就不懂珍惜食物呢?”爸爸看着满桌子被我吃了又吐出来的食物，无奈地发话了。是啊，这些东西种出来是多么的来之不易，到加工也耗费了父母的心血，你说不吃就不吃，难道没有背对父母的心血?付出这么多，的来的却是责备，良心何存?从这件小事里，可以看出，那个孩子是多么的不道德!

我们应提高自己的思想道德修养，做到“日三省吾身”。首先，应当分清先与后，该先的一马当先，该后的甘居最后。先进性最重要的特点是"先"，即走在前列，一是走在群众的前列，带领群众;二是走在时代的前列，引领时代潮流。要有"先人后己，先公后私"的思想觉悟，始终把集体利益、他人利益置于自己利益之上，好事、喜事首先想着群众，不搞近水楼台先得月。再次，要有"吃苦在先、享受在后"的优良品质，艰巨任务抢在先，危难之际冲在先，做改革创新的先行者，攻关克难的急先锋。生活享受往后靠，物质待遇不与人攀比，以自己的模范行动影响人、带动人。这样才能做一个有道德的人。

只要我们都做一个有道德的人，祖国文明古国这一美称，便不会名存实亡。

作为一名正处于青春期的中学生，我时常在想的我的青春应该是怎样的，是要刻骨铭心，还是要平淡无奇?

回顾我走过的青春历程，最让我记忆犹新的还那次刚上初一时参加的运动会。谁都没有想到一个身弱小，看起来文静腼腆的女生竟然在不犹豫地报女子1500米长跑比赛。没错，我就是那个女生。那时，我想努力奋斗赢得更多人的认可，更想为自己平淡无奇的人生贴上一个惹人注目的好”标签。

比赛开始的时候，我站在雪白的起跑线上，心里也如同脚底的颜色一般干净，空空如也。枪声响起的那刻，我知道我的青春开始了，我更知道，我不能输在起跑线上。就算弄得“头破血流”，遍体鳞伤，我也让每一个人都知道，起码我奋斗过!

那次的比赛我得了整个年级组的第一。但谁也不知道的是，至今我膝盖上的那决“美丽”的伤疤就是在那次的比赛中留下的，那是我永久的记忆，是青春留下的痕迹。

那次之后，大大小小的运动会上都有我奋力奔跑的身影。带着这些我渡过了初二生活，再到了我们现在的初三，我们苦，。我们没有资格说这是人间地狱，因为我们还没有真正经历过高中生活，为了考上理想的高中，再苦再累我们也要忍着，中考考验我们的不仅仅是知识，更是考验我们有没有坚强的意志和足够的勇气坚持下来。

再过一个月，现在并肩作战的“兄弟姐妹们”就会有不同的人生，会踏上不同的道路，各自开启一段不同的征程。我们都在奋斗，都在不断成长，不论结果如何，我们都会骄傲地说一句：起码我奋斗过，青春无悔!

Today, my parents were not at home, they had something to deal with, so

they left me alone. I was so happy because I could be in charge in my own house,

it made me feel like I was a grow-up. I wanted to give my parents a surprise, so

I planned to clean the house. It was not easy to do the house chores, first, I

swept the floor and took notice of every corner. And then I rearranged the

messed things. I just wanted to make sure the room would be very clean at first

sign. When my parents went home, they couldnt believe what I had done, they

were so happy that I could take care of myself.

长大或许是一种成熟。在运动会上，别的班级的同学使诈，让我们犯规而失去一分，不能取得第一时，我们少了一分争吵，多了一分团结。不去在意胜负，只在意中否尽了力。这就是长大了吧!我们不是那个懵懂无知的孩子了，我们因为成长而学会了团结，用成熟的眼光去看待每一件事。

长大或许是一种负担。在面对繁重的学业时，我们每天都要为了自已的“地位”去“赶夜车”变“国宝”，虽然我们在努力，可是却总是不尽如人意，这个“地位”总是不能保持，永远的忽高忽低。这就是长大了吧!学习的重担压在我们的肩头。几乎令人窒息，可却在关键时刻给你注入氧气，因为有了这点氧气，我们便要继续努力，吸取更多。

长大或许是一种考验。在善与恶，美与丑之间，我们必须作出选择，即使我们再痛苦。这痛不会太久，但会刻骨铭心，让我们永生难忘，这就是长大了吧不可以再一味的逃避，只能面对。

长大了!一句长大了，就结束了童年那无忧无虑的生活一句长大了，就必须面对我们的责任。

其实，长大不只是一种幸福，不只是可以自己决定某件事的幸福，更多的是一种无可奈何，因为长大了，我们便要失去那只属于童年的纯真与快乐，只能去拥有抛开那对长大的喜悦的幸福，面对在灰色世界中偶尔出现的一缕红，一缕紫，一缕蓝，仅仅一缕而已……

Today I feel I like Mrs. Tian’s English class more than before. In her

class we can learn knowledge in the game. In her class, she makes an experiment:

在我的印象中，书，应该是除了爸爸妈妈最亲的食物，我没有兄弟姐妹，我只有这个认来的兄弟。

这个亲爱的书，竟是从一次偶遇中碰来的。四岁时，正是活泼灿烂的时候，我有不例外，东边走走，西边瞧瞧，免不了有个碰伤啥的，这不“咚”的一声，撞在一张高大的桌子，您别说，还真不疼，可是接下来，一大块红色的“砖”砸了下来，我二话不说，赛过飞鸟，立刻就哭了起来。可是妈妈出去买菜了，哭给谁听？只不过是浪费口水呦。想到这，立马就不哭了。那时的我，精的可是跟要饭的有一拼！

于是，我就在地上滚圈，滚来滚去，又撞到那红色的砖。疼！气得我以盘古先祖开天辟地的力气，将那砖砸到墙上。

咦！这砖竟翻开了！里面露出色彩鲜艳的图画，画得是一个男人在捕鱼的情景，再翻到下一章，呀，男人掉水里了。呀！不能死！我赶紧又翻到前一面，嘿！男人复活了，下一面，我用手捂着眼，从缝里偷偷看，男人又死了。

哇！我翻到最后一页，男人活得好好的，还有一幢大房子。怎么回事？于是，这本书，我花了一个上午，从最后一页靠看图把这小人书看完。

妈妈一回家：哟哟哟，厉害！四岁小孩能看书！看得那么认真，俨然一博士！妈妈好奇地过来：“儿子，这是什么”？“一头大鱼，把男人给救上来！这个鱼我也认识，叫鱼京（鲸）！”

“傻孩子！这个叫鲸，不能拆开读。”

从此，书就成了我一生的伙伴，没识几个字时，叫妈妈读给我听，嫌妈妈读太慢，又去学拼音，买来注音读物，自己一人在那啃。我最早啃完的书是大名鼎鼎的《格林童话》，以及《史记》。从此，我的肚子里装满了故事及历史，张嘴就说，功臣不就是那块“砖”？

书，有你才成就了我，成就了知识渊博的我！

为了增长我们的知识，今天，我和同学们就来到了位于商城路的书城，开展了一次有趣的读书活动。我们迫不及待地冲了进去，抱起一本自己喜欢的书，一屁股坐了下来，津津有味地阅读起来。崔婷婷拿了一本《福尔摩斯侦探集》，专心致志地阅读起来，怎么都不肯把书放下;崔靖“瞄准”了一本《天空国寻宝记》，百般呵护那本书;万鑫则抱起一本《野小子贾斯丁》，看了起来。“

”书，是人类进步的阶梯“高尔基的这句话一点也没错。在书里，我们能得到知识，更能拾获快乐。

I have stayed in shanghai alone for a week. it’s time for me to go to my

real home—it is in beijing. my parents are waiting for me. although outside is

no matter how beautiful, beijing is still my home. in fact, there is many fresh

things. like red bayberries. in the afternoon, i took a bus to beijing. i was

very unlucky that my mp3 was stolen. i was very sad. i didn’t know why thieves

went to steal other’s things. why don’t they hunt for a job? i don’t why! i hope

there is no thief in our motherland.

In the black sky, I saw that a few stars were like shy girls, looking down

at the land. Among the stars, the moon was there. On her round face, there was a

We are supposed to express our gratitude to others on Thanksgiving Day.

However, we should feel gratitude every day.

God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful

heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we

often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps

it is a little thing, pick up the pen you drop, lift a heavy box for you or

offer you a seat in the bus. We should be thankful to them for whatever they

have done. The more love you give, the more love you receive.

A sense of gratitude can acknowledging our interdependent existence. You

will be ready to help others if you have a thankful heart. Therefore, a thankful

heart is like a magnet. Not only will we attract more things to be grateful for,

but also we will attract gratitude from others. “give thanks alittle and you

will find a lot.”

Gratitude is heaven itself. A sense of gratitude and indebtedness to others

In China, people usually have three meal a day, they are breakfast, lunch

and supper.People usually have breakfast from seven to nine in the morning.

There are many kind of food for them to eat, such as nuddles, eggs, fried dough

sticks and soy milk. They have lunch at about twelve at noon, usually have

vegetables, meats and rice. They have a short rest after lunch. Supper is about

at six in the evening. All the family eat together, they eat the same kind of

food as the lunch. Some people like to have some fruits after the meal.

After morning’s class, we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria. It always

brought us coolness. The food was so-so, but the home-cooking is much delicious.

When we almost finished eating, I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign

teacher Nick. A girl was sitting beside him. They were talking over lunch. I at

once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it. We were so excited. I slowed my

speed of eating to wait for that girl. At the moment, they finished their lunch

and walked by us with the smile on their faces. Nick seemed so different from

how he looked in the class. I guess that is the power of love. Hope they will

I like going to school very much, because I am happy in school. In school,

have many activities after class. We talk to each other, share our lives

together. After class, we often play on the playground. We have many games to

play. After that, we often go home together. Some of us live nearly.

前几天，外婆叫我爸爸到楼下的仓库拿黄豆。这让我突然想起了什么，我跟外婆说：“我想种黄豆芽。”外婆微笑着给了我一颗黄豆。

第二天一早，我就起来了。我正想把小黄豆放进水里，不知为什么，我换了温水。我把黄豆放进水里，那黄豆似乎要发芽了。我问外婆黄豆什么时候会发芽。可外婆只是笑了笑，走了。

从那以后，我和小豆芽一起成长。

在不知不觉中，我长大了。在成长的过程中，有成功的喜悦，有失败后的伤心。但是有这样一件事情一直让我记忆犹新的——那就是在一次假期里，我通过自己的努力学会了自由泳。

一天，我在电视里看到一个游泳运动员的游泳姿势非常优美，就跑去问爸爸，并把刚刚看到的姿势学了一遍给他看。爸爸笑着告诉我：“这个姿势叫‘自由泳’，你想学的话，我来教你吧！”听了爸爸的话，我连声叫道：“好棒啊！好棒啊！”

第二天下午，我跟爸爸来到游泳馆。爸爸先给我表演了一个自由泳的来回，我看了羡慕不已，也就跟着跳了下去。于是，爸爸开始给我讲解自由泳的姿势要领。听了爸爸的讲解，我便开始练习起来。这样半小时后，我的动作便熟练很多。最后练习头部的动作，这次可害得我没少喝水，爸爸看到我这副样子，深深地叹了一口气说：“算了吧，我们还是改天再学吧。”我也很气馁，就垂头丧气地跟着爸爸回家了。

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

I live very happily today! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb

the mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers
