今天，我当了做清洁的志愿者，同以往有些不同，有了新的感受。

星期五，我们班决定做一次大扫除。轮值的只有6个人，中午时间短，想要彻底做清洁，能够做得完吗？

人手不够，肯定需要志愿者。我吃完午饭呆在教室里，帮着把桌子移到了门外。过了一会，陈相宜、林思延等5个人也先后来了，我们都是志愿者。我们连同轮值的同学共12个人，大家互相默契，有着一个共同的想法，一定要把清洁做好、做彻底。

教室的地板是仿实木地板，地板上凹陷的木纹容易藏污纳垢，半年来没有得到彻底清洗过，现已污渍斑斑，是该好好清洁一下了！赵老师预先做了准备，带来洗衣粉和泡沫，给我们一人一个海绵，教我们怎样擦地、清除污渍。偌大的一个教室，我们化整为零，分片逐个清洗。老师把洗衣粉均匀地洒在地板上的各处，我们每个同学都蹲下来，用海绵擦地板。

这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

昨天，青岛大学自动化工程学院青年志愿者协会携手青岛微尘发起了一场名为“做微尘，献爱心”的公益活动，我作为一名青协义工有幸参与了这场募捐活动。此次募捐活动主要是以义卖物品的方式来募集善款，活动在青岛大学中心校区进行。我们青协义工共分为6个小组，每组一般10人，青大校园内随处可见义工们募集善款的身影。说实话，当我穿上市南义工工作服的时候，我感到无比的骄傲和自豪，那时的我突然觉得自己多了一份使命，觉得自己也可以为社会，为他人贡献自己的一份力量了。

走在青大的校园中，好心的师哥师姐随处可见，每当我们说明白活动后，师哥师姐们都会献出自己的一份爱心。其实在我看来钱多钱少都无所谓，只要有那份心就足够了。涓涓细流般的小爱同样可以汇聚成汪洋恣肆般的大爱。正如歌曲中唱的那样：“只要人人都献出一份爱，世界将变成美好的人间

我认为其实并不是一定压迫成为义工群里的成员才是义工，而不是成员就不义工了。在我看来，义工只是一个称谓，我们每个人日常生活中随时随地都可以去做义工。比如：帮助老人过马路，为别人捡起掉下的东西，再比如在公交车上为老人让座，等等等等，只要你在做这些东西了，你就是一名义工了。

做义工最重要的是一份心，一份愿意为别人服务，帮助别人解决困难的心。做义工没有大事小事之分，古人云：勿以善小而不为。而我们做义工就是要向小事看齐，做到小事时时为，大事集体为。

如果我们不断地通过自己在任何时候的任何行为去尽自己力所能及的力量去帮助别人，去影响身边的人，是他们参加进来，去帮助需要帮助的t他人，我们做义工的目的就要到达了。

最后祝青岛大学义工队伍越来越壮大。

There are many memorable things， I have had a particularly memorable things， that is my primary school graduation party. Although it is a party， but we are held during the day， may be called "white".

"The day before the white"， we are ready to do the work， prepared a cake， tea， sound...... There are many wonderful programs. The night before， I cant sleep a night， excitedly waiting for the arrival of"white".

The second day， I went to school early. To the classroom， I saw the classroom four corners of asound and the walls are connected with lights， window adhesive beautiful balloon......

When all the students came to the classroom， the teacher in charge announced the graduation party officially began. Some students take the curtains closed， lights are open， as in the balloon is more beautiful in the classroom， sound floated out of the soft songs. I drink a cup of milk tea， quietlywatching the students performances. Have a classmate in front of the blackboard， with white lightappeared in the students who， like in a concert. The classmates performance is very wonderful，suddenly the lights， "bang" sound. I dont know what was happening at the time， until you feel a littlepaper shredder body， I know just the students put pieces of fireworks.

"White" slowly is close to the end， the students sang Li Shutongs "farewell" "pavilion， the trail edgegrass， sky......" The song. Later， everyone is very sad， because some of the students in junior high school when they are not together， also after all， this is the last day in his alma mater.

Primary school I is how naive， is a naive child. Junior high school I know at that time were sad. A classmate， a friendship.

In our English Class, we often have group activities. There are usually three or four students in one group. In my opinion, the group activities help us study English better. First of all, we should know what the task is all about and how we will do it. Second, we have to make ourselves understood that what we try to conevy.

We should know that each group member should play a different role and students should work together.

If we have any questions, we should turn to our teacher for help.

At the same time, we should have communicate with our group members. Last but not least, we must preform our activities in front of the whole class. It helps us to learn English better.

在英语课堂中,我们经常组织集体活动。一般来说,每个组都有3、4名学生。在我看来,小组活动能帮助我们更好的学习英语。首先,我们得知道小组的任务是什么,我们应该怎么做。其次,我们要让他人明白自己所表达的东西。每个组员都扮演着不同的角色,学生们要相互合作。如果我们有任何问题,可以向老师求教。与此同时,我们应该与其他的组员进行交流。最后一点,我们必须要在全部同学的面前表演所接受的任务。做表演让我们的英语学得更好。

[初中英语作文：小组活动能帮助我们更好的学习英语

“儿子，快过来，小记者又有活动了。”爸爸大声叫道。我怀着一颗兴奋不已的心来看小记者活动表：周六上午，赵虎镇冷村，植树。“太棒了！”我欢呼道。

3月9号，星期六，我们准备好锄头和小记者必备物品便出发了。爸爸开车已经50多分钟了，还没到，此时此刻，韩志嘉焦急地打来了电话：“到哪里了，怎么还不来？”我也无奈地说：“开了好长时间车了，应该马上就到。”“快点啊！”我感觉到韩志嘉说这句话时，急得都蹦了起来，迫不及待想让我来。5分钟后，韩志嘉等得不耐烦了，又打来电话：“怎么还没到？”此时，我真想让老天赐我一双急速翅膀，1分钟就飞到那，“到了，到了！我尖叫道。刚一见面，我俩便激情似火地聊了起来。

“植树活动现在开始！”老师一声令下。人如潮流的小记者群一拥而上。

我们班的小记者队先找到了自己的位置和树苗，然后齐心协力挖了一个深深的大坑，又将小树抬起，放到坑中，开始埋土，“兄弟们呀，起干劲啊……”赵世豪起兴哼着歌，我们也士气鼓舞，一锄锄土有时也扑在了同学的身上，这样形成了一场激烈的战争场面……一会儿，一颗小树笔直地站在了我们面前。我们又向另一棵小树奔去，挖呀挖，挖呀挖，我们齐心一起挖，不一会，大坑便挖好了，我们放好树，又固定好，培好土，然后做了个改进——在树的周围围了沿，韩志嘉又从另一个地方挖了一个通道指向水渠，如地洞一般。第三颗树，我们不但围了土沿，还在树上挂上了自己的心愿卡，并同小树合影留念。这时我们衣服已经被汗水浸透了，脸上挂着天真的微笑和一道道水印，再看看别人，个个也都干的热火朝天，汗流满面，气氛很壮观。

“集合了……”老师扩大嗓喊道，对！还有捐款的活动呢！你5元我10元，大家纷纷拿出了压岁钱的一部分向福利院的朋友献了自己爱心，然后我们依依不舍的离开了。

回头望去，一排排小树整齐的排列着，心愿卡迎风飘扬，好像小树的笑脸，这笑脸中包含我们的汗水、欢笑和期望。地球绿化，人人有责！

3月12日是植树节，我们聊城晚报小记者组织了一次有意义的植树活动。

14日下午，我、哥哥和樊祥宇一块儿去朱老庄植树。到了那里，带队的郭老师先告诉我们要求：“树坑要挖成正方形，长度大约30---40厘米，深大约20---30厘米。”大家开始挖坑，我拿着铁锨使劲地挖呀，挖呀，费了九牛二虎之力终于挖好了一个坑，由于是大姑娘坐花轿-------头一回，老师说挖的有点浅，后来，在当地农民的帮助下，我的树坑终于挖成功了。我走过去看了看哥哥和樊祥宇的，也都挖好了，现在就等树苗了，趁机会我赶紧休息一会儿。

过了没多久，树苗送来了，上面还有一张纸，我们都很纳闷，这时郭老师说：“这些就是我们要种的樱桃树苗，而且树上都有一张纸，把你们对小树苗想说的话写在纸上，然后把它系在树苗上。”我领了一棵树苗赶紧轻轻地栽在树坑里，有培好土，然后写道：祝小树苗健康成长，日后长成参天大树，为民造福，结出丰硕的果子。王在宇实验小学四年级四班。写完后，我就把它小心的系在了树苗上，还浇了四盆水。

临走时，我依依不舍地望了望树苗，心想：小树苗，你一定要快快成长呀!我会回来看你的，再见!
