星期六的上午，爸爸带我去参加了晚报小记者组织的亲子植树活动。

不一会儿功夫，我们乘车便来到了朱老庄，这儿的人可真多呀!我高高兴兴地跑在爸爸前面，等老师分任务。小记者老师先给我们讲解了植树的要领，同学们个个听得都很认真。当然，我也掌握了植树的步骤。老师讲解完之后，我们就开始植树喽!

该浇水了，我拿着水桶去接水，没想到溅了我一身，可把我气坏了。但一想到是给小树苗浇水，我也就顾不上这么多了。我给小树苗浇了两桶水，这下小树苗应该喝饱了吧!我领来许愿卡，写上我的名字，再写上我的祝福，愿小树苗茁壮成长。

植树活动就这样结束了，我依依不舍地离开了这里。一路上，我在心里默默地为小树苗祈祷，有时间，我还会来看你的。

“一年之计在于春”，春天是万物复苏的季节，春天更是播种的季节！植树节快到了，为了增强我们少先队员美化家园、绿化祖国的意识，小主人报新闻学校组织我们去风景优美的凤凰岛进行植树活动。

我们怀着激动的心情乘车来到凤凰岛景区，老师带领我们来到一片空旷的地方，给我们发了铁锹等植树工具和小树苗，然后让我们自由组合，自己动手植树。于是，我和张诗妍、安沁文组成了一组。

一开始，我觉得植树很简单，不就是挖个坑，把树苗放进去，再把坑填满吗！所以没把植树当回事，可事实并没有我想象的那么简单。

植树开始了，我和张诗妍合作挖坑，我们把铁锹插进土里，两个人同时使劲往下踩，然后抓住铁锹往上翘，可是因为踩得太深了，我们居然扳不动，于是我们又把铁锹往上提起一半，这次两人一使劲终于挖出了一块泥土，地上出现了一个小的坑。如此反复，我们又挖了几次，挖出了一个不大不小的坑。安沁文赶忙把小树苗放进坑里，我和张诗妍就用铁锹把土一点一点往坑里填，填满土后三双小脚把泥土踩实，再浇上水，一棵小树就算栽好了。顾不上擦去额头的汗水，我们继续努力又栽好了两棵小树。最后，我们还在小树的脖子上挂上了我们亲手做的“护绿认领牌”。

在老师那“集合”的话语中，我们依依不舍地离开了凤凰岛。

今天的植树活动不仅有趣，还让我体会到了植树的艰辛。同学们，争做绿色文明小使者，为我们的城市出一份微薄之力吧！

疫情期间，社区党委迅速响应以社区防控为主的综合防控措施，充分发挥社区动员能力，实施网格化、地毯式管理，群防群控、稳防稳控，防止疫情输入、蔓延、输出，形成建立一个组织体系

社区党委成立疫情防控领导小组，负责整体统筹、调度社区疫情防控工作。领导小组由街道包片领导牵头，社区党委书记、居委会主任任组长，统筹社区卫生服务中心、物业公司、包片民警等专业力量，整合社区全体居干、街道包片科室人员、区职能部门下沉社区人员、党员志愿者等力量，根据工作重点成立四个工作小组，即摸排防控组、入口管理组、重点人跟进组、数据统计组。

管住四个重点环节

一是管住“门”，严防死守。社区共有25个出入口，协同物业严格执行出入登记管理制度，综合考虑居民出行及值守人力情况，对13个出入口封闭，对8个出入口24小时开放，对4个出入口白天开放、夜间关闭，开放出入口保安及志愿者全时段在岗。出入登记重点核查返(来)京人员，并及时反馈社区，由社区建立台账跟进工作。为减少对常住户的反复询问，降低人员交流，同步设计制作小区出入证1000张，随着人员出入小区口登记下发。

二是管住“人”，全面摸排。社区摸排防控组以包楼为单位，逐楼入户，开展地毯式摸排，详细建立台账，在电话、微信联络基础上，开展敲门行动，对电话联系不上、敲门无人的住户，张贴一封信，并对其中租户通过联系房主方式进行宣传，要求租户入住前登记，特别是对湖北返(来)京人员进行标注，并要求他们严格按照要求进行居家观察，观察期间，由社区工作人员负责保障他们的日常生活。对社会、社区、社会单位拉网式逐一摸排，下发疫情防控《工作指南》，对尚未营业的进行电话联系，指导社会单位做好员工报备等疫情防控工作。

三是管住“事”，统筹协调。社区协调辖区物业单位，对小区单元门、电梯间、公园设施设备等公共区域，垃圾桶、绿地、自行车库等重点区域，每日定时定点消毒并张贴消毒告示。社区配合卫生服务中心做好居家隔离观察人员的服务保障工作，由专人负责联系，每日对其身体情况进行回访并记录在册，提示其落实好居家隔离观察要求，帮其采购生活必须品，确保日常生活不受影响，同时协调物业对其居住外围环境进行重点消毒。

四是管住“地”，有序疏导。社区有两处人员密集场所，分别为二区小公园和旺柜生鲜超市。社区协调物业和商家分别开展人员疏导措施，张贴宣传图册，进行人员出入体温测量，对未戴口罩居民劝返。社区由安排专人负责，携同街道包片科室人员、区城管执法局下沉社区队员和社区民警，在高峰时段全力开展限流、测量体温和人员疏导工作。特别是超市原为传统散卖蔬菜，居民挑选、称重停留时间长，社区指导商家及时改变传统售卖模式，将菜品事先称重标价，方便居民尽快取货尽快离开。

紧扣三个工作标准

为打赢这场疫情防控战，劲北社区紧扣“快、细、实”三个工作标准。

一是快。“战疫”就是同时间赛跑。在“敲门行动”中，社区全部力量投入入户工作，居委会大门紧锁，仅张贴联系电话，利用两天时间完成43栋居民楼摸排;在小区出入口登记管理任务下达后，社区挂图作战，结合居民楼分布实际情况，分析研判关闭点位，同步研究制定出入卡标识，第一时间将疫情最大限度封锁在小区外。

二是细。疫情就是命令，执行好命令的前提是底数清、情况明、工作细。社区重点建好特殊人群台账、居民户排查台账和社会单位排查三本筛查台账，详细记录基础信息，特别是从重点地区来京人员台账采取精细化管理，专人跟进，及时更新。此外，指导物业建立各居民楼及重点区域消毒记录，确保点位精准、时间有序，不留死角。

三是实。防控就是责任，社区按照街道统一部署，将工作任务逐一落实到人，务求实效。社区领导小组坚持每日早晚两次简短会商碰头，统一指挥、统一行动，分析研判问题并制定切实可行的措施，为社区安全保驾护航。

7月15日上午，我参加了居委组织的“，垃圾不落地”活动，成为了一名小小者。

Overall, it seems that human activity harms the Earth more than it benefits it.

While we cannot do without transportation these days, we cannot ignore the fact that it has an adverse effect on the planet. Furthermore, those advances that benefit people do not benefit al the life on Earth. Deforestation endangers many animals, and mankind’s great thirst for water and other resources leads to the extinction of many plant forms. In addition, accomplishments such as the supply of potable water to a community are only response to problems that mankind created in the past. It was man that made the water unfit to drink in the first place. Finally, the damage that human activity causes will eventually have a negative effect on people. They will also suffer the effects of pollution and diminishing natural resources.

In conclusion, it seems apparent that man’s activity benefits primarily himself, not the Earth. Moreover, those benefits are only short-term advantages, and man will also suffer the negative effects of his activity in the future. The Earth does not have an inexhaustible supply of resources, so every effort should be made to conserve resources and limit the impact of human activity on the planet.
