Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. 进入衡中第二天，早就有所耳闻的的军训便开始了。

下课后，我经常去英语角。在那里我可以通过与外国人或我的同学聊天来练习我的英语口语。现在我可以很好的和外国人交流了。有时候我也可以参加一些社交活动。例如，上周我参加了一个有趣的表演。因为是我第一次表演，所以一开始的时候我觉得有点紧张。但当我出现在舞台上时，我让每一个观众都开心的笑了。在那一刻，我为我自己感到骄傲，因为这是我的第一个收获。

今天有雨，爸爸妈妈和我出去玩的计划被彻底打消了。于是，我也只好在家里写作业，做家务。

写完作业，我就来到我的工作岗位上——厨房。我看了看四周，墙上，地上，桌子上倒没有什么污点。可是，地上，桌子上到处都扔着用品和垃圾。菜板架在水池上，菜刀扔在桌子上，烂菜叶丢在地上。

等我打扫完厨房，我早已累得汗流满面。于是，我就去冰箱那儿取水。可是，冰箱里没有水，只有二根黄瓜和四个西红柿。我想：怎么办呀，我很渴，爸爸妈妈一定也很渴。干脆把黄瓜切了吃吧!于是，我就认真地切了起来。

黄瓜切好了，我把它端了上来，爸爸妈妈可高兴了，立刻狼吞虎咽地吃了起来，还夸我切得好。

我听了心里美滋滋的。
