一、指导思想。

四、教学目标。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

我们在层出不穷的新闻犯罪事件中，不难发现时下一些血气方刚、叛逆荒唐的年轻人，以这句话为口号，做任何事情从不考虑前因后果，整天爱惹是生非，而这其中，也包含了年轻人对青涩感情的不负责任，甚至让有些人对感情一辈子都抱着游戏人间不在乎的轻浮心态，不仅仅造成个人的困扰、家庭的问题，更导致严重的社会问题，而“只要我喜欢，什么都可以”这句话，顺理成章成了冠冕堂皇的理由，罪恶因此渐渐滋长，也让社会秩序如脱?野马般瓦解殆尽。

其实，“只要我喜欢，确实可以!”只要大家在高喊这口号的同时，能以不将快乐建筑在他人的痛苦上为优先考量，并能确实遵守现实社会中的种种规范，建立应有的社会秩序，相信，朝着此方向努力之下，不仅道德沦丧的情况会有所改善，我们年轻人也可以尽情发挥创意，展现自我!这不是狠美好吗?

身为初中生的我，虽然集父母的宠爱于一身，也偶有叛逆想法闪过脑海，但是我知道，我不能成为一个自私又目光短浅的人，唯有时时自我警惕，处处为他人设想，才能创造一个美好和谐的生存环境，让“只要我喜欢，有什么不可以”这句话，成为年轻人活出生命色彩的最强后盾!
