《毛诗序》中即言明;“诗者，志之所之也，在心为志，发言为诗，情动于中而形于言，言之不足，故嗟叹之，嗟叹之不足，故咏歌之，咏歌之不足，不知手之舞之足之蹈之。”诗歌本来就是表达人生志向、抒发思想感悟、宣泄内心情绪的产物，是故并无雅俗之分，王孙贵族吟得，咱普通老百姓自然也歌得，你吟你的阳春白雪，于宫廷殿堂之上，我歌我的下里巴人，游走于乡村山野，各享其乐，理所当然是无可厚非的。马路上的车夫，禾田里的农妇，落榜归乡的穷酸秀才，待字闺中心内怀春的纯情少女，皆可随心所欲，信手拈来，将现实的小事。身边的人儿变成曲调，悠悠吟唱，非但不俗，甚至可能因生动有趣富有意义反映生活而被传颂千古。所以《诗经》中广为应用的“饥者歌其食，劳者歌其事”的现实主义，自是别有一番滋味。接下来便以其个中典型——《七月》谈起。

纵观下来，《七月》全诗分为八章，其内容涵盖了授衣、寻桑、采繁、养蚕、剪枝、织麻等，最后又回到春播。日复一日，年复一年，辛勤的男女农人们也逐日逐月重复这些工作，虽然劳动成果常常被贵族阶级所剥削，虽然年月常常无衣无褐难以卒岁，生活艰难苦不堪言，可是往里层看，往最深处看，可以看到他们充实的日子满是情趣，可以看到他们带着精神的追求来享受生活，还可以看到他们是为了衣食而勤勤俭俭不断劳作，人们起居生活所离不开的“衣食”与“劳作”在本诗中体现得淋漓尽致。

“四月秀葽”“五月鸣蜩”“七月鸣鸲”等动静结合之景之物铺展开来，成为一切劳作活动的背景，极富画面感，令人观之即在脑海仿佛身临其境;“无衣无褐，何以卒岁”“女心伤悲，殆及公子归”等被贵族阶级剥削的内心不满直白，体现了奴隶阶级的无可奈何、怨恨而不敢言，愤懑却只能在心中哀叹悲泣，同时也真实反映了当时奴隶阶层生活的社会状态;“一之日觱发”“二之日栗烈”等恶劣天气的描写，于现实中烘托了农人们劳动过程的凄苦;而“七月食瓜”“八月断葫”等生活小乐的叙述，瞬间升华了整个篇章的意义内涵，表达出了低阶层农民的苦中作乐，苦中有乐。

既然没有楼阁，就在自己的精神家园中创造一个空中楼阁，也不乏是一种大情趣。就是《诗经》这样的作品向百姓们杂乱的现实生活中注入了精神追求。

总结来说，《诗经》里很多作品都是在老百姓中产生的，故非常贴近劳动人民的日常生活，具有很高的人民性，这也符合当初的实际。因而其现实主义风格十分突出，现实主义色彩亦十分浓烈。

He also found that even other food researchers ate more than half as much ice cream if they served themselves with big bowls and big scoops versus smaller bowls and scoops.

《风》是记载了民间的风土之音，总有深深的民意在其中。《雅》像有一种美妙的音乐在我的耳边轻轻拂过，仿佛置身在那时的周朝一样。《颂》是一种有德行的礼仪的声音，十分严重庄重。

《风》共一百六十篇，数量最多，其次就是《雅》共有一百零五篇，《颂》是最少的，共四十篇。其中我最喜欢的就是《风》，因为它深表民情，百姓生活的好与坏，一目了然。

《风》中，我最喜欢的一首诗是《卫风·木瓜》。此诗写的是男女互赠礼物，表现出感情在礼尚往来中不断加深的过程。表达了情谊交流重于礼物赠答的淳朴爱情观。在全诗中“琼琚、琼瑶、琼玖”与“木瓜、木桃、木李”变化莫测，可在最后一句以“匪报也，永以为好也”来结尾，却别有一番意趣。全诗语言优美，声律和谐，也是我喜欢的一个方面。也因此，我对诗经的喜爱，又近了一步。

《风》中，我印象最深的一首诗《秦风·无衣》，它写出了将士们磨刀擦枪，舞戈挥戟，奔赴前线共同杀敌的英雄主义气概。

我爱《诗经》，爱其中斑斓多彩的历史，爱其中灿若繁星的故事，更爱它的声律和文采，充实了我的文思，为我的写作奠定了坚实的基础。

As soon as we got there, we began to clean the rooms and wash clothes for the old people. Some of us talked with them. After that we gave them some performances.
