The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags in stead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

柏舟轻泛，是堂堂男儿怀才不遇的愤懑，耿耿不寐，如有隐忧;文王在上，於昭于天，是借文王的美誉勉励后世君王，愿以商亡为鉴，助周朝昌盛;菅草吐白蕊，慨叹世间痴情女子薄情郎;文人墨客的雅趣，达官贵人的赞歌，黎民苍生的劳作，都于《诗经》中流淌。书页中春有清风，夏有暖阳，秋有硕果，冬有霜雪，品不尽的诗意，绘不出的容颜。花开花败，缘来缘去，《诗经》早已化作情愫蔓延心头。

最喜莫过一篇《桃夭》。“桃之夭夭，灼灼其华”状花之艳丽鲜活，不觉让人联想到面若桃花的少女，鲁迅先生曾说过第一个把花比作女人的是天才，而此诗却是首个把桃花比作少女的，可谓神来之笔。‘桃之夭夭，有蕡其实’’日光透过繁密的枝叶，白里透红的果实被镀上诱人的光泽，伴着漫天芳华，它孕育着生命的灿烂与厚重;“桃之夭夭，其叶蓁蓁”最后落笔于桃叶，看似不合常理，却别有意趣。新妇起红妆，披红袍，坐上大红轿子，之子于归。

人生中大多数告别是悄无声息的，而思念如一壶烈酒，一入肠便疼痛三分。苏东坡梦见爱妻王氏写下“十年生死两茫茫，不思量，自难忘”，天人永隔，梦中回首的思念最为哀婉;元稹《离思》一句“曾经沧海难为水，除却巫山不是云”吐露即使“贫贱夫妻百事哀”你也是我此生唯一;“空床卧听南窗雨，谁复挑灯夜补衣”夜阑听雨，景致依旧，人影不见。相比于唐诗宋词的精雕细琢，一首《绿衣》就姑且算作真情流露。男主人公手捧绿衣，看到衣上密密针线，脱口而出“绿兮衣兮”，思念肆意生长，含泪真情呼唤。我思古人……

《诗经》中的农家生活平添了几分野趣，又染了几分沉重。“七月在野，八月在宇，九月在户，十月蟋蟀入我床下”透过一只小虫的行踪揭示时间的推移，这般细致的描写丝毫不亚于“虫声新透绿窗纱”。田间的一声吆喝，如约而至的一场秋凉，堂前一句万寿无疆，都于文字间娓娓道来，这是一支含泪的蜡烛，尝尽了人间百态，点亮了农家之乐，也燃尽了剥削之苦。时代在农奴身上架上了一道枷锁，《诗经》用其最轻松的口吻，诉说着伤痛，用最钝的刃，划着最深的伤口。
