记得有一次期中考试，可能因为我做题时不认真，那次的成绩不太理想。看着那些获奖的同学们高高兴兴的领奖，我心里又羡慕又后悔，后悔当初不认真。如果当时我认真一些，可能站在领奖台上的人就是我了。这时，我猛的想起了“乐观”这俩个字，我就想：其实也没什么，只是一次考试而已，下次努力就行了。于是，我开始发奋学习。终于，在下一次的期中考试中，我获得了第一名。虽然这只是简单的两个字——乐观，但是，有些人就没有选择乐观，因此没有成功。但是有的人选择了乐观，从而获得了成功。就像著名的作家海伦-凯勒一样，她虽然得了小儿麻痹症，下身完全不能动了，但是，她选择了乐观，最后走向了成功。

在悲观人眼里，本来可以成功的事也把它看成做不成功的。但是在乐观者眼里，本来看似不可成功的，他们也能做好。这就是乐观者与悲观者的最大不同。在卓越的人身上，我们不难发现乐观，在失败的人身上，我们很容易发现悲观。因此，我们一定要乐观，乐观会给你带来成功。

Summer holiday is coming. How excited! I havemade a plan for my summer holiday. First of all, I will go to Hong Kong tovisit my aunt. And then I will stay with her for a while. 近期，雾霾天气频频发生，越来越严重，也引起了全国人民的注意和关照。中国不少地方把雾霾作为灾害性天气预报。

雾霾是怎样形成的呢?请听我慢慢道来。它是由pm2.5尘粒、烟粒、盐粒等均匀地浮在空中从而形成霾。不过，雾和霾还有本质上的区别。起雾时空气潮湿，出现霾时空气干燥，并且对人体有害无益，长期吸入会导致死亡。

雾霾又是怎样产生的呢?汽车尾气，工业生产排放废气，和鞭炮等都是雾霾的主要来由。少开一次车，少放一次鞭炮。让我们中国人不要再忽视环保。

不过，相对的自我保护也是要有的。为了避免吸入雾霾，雾霾天气切勿开窗。出去旅游，或者游玩时，请戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶,并且适量补充维生素d。还要多喝水，饮食要清淡。

雾霾还会引发许多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各种危害人体健康的大病。

保护自己，与雾霾做斗争是最重要的，雾霾虽然恐怖，但是人们还是想出许多办法与雾霾决战，如：人工降雨等。但是，这毕竟只能小范围短时间地控制雾霾，不是长久之计。所以，大家应该保护环境。

保护环境吧!让这几年的雾霾天气逐渐减少吧!让人们不用因此而死亡!
