有一幅意境唯美的画：一条船，一个老人，一片浩瀚的大海。

一艘穿越过世界的尽头，驶向未知的大海。船头上悬挂着一面，虽然饱经风雨的侵蚀却依旧艳丽无比的旗帜。旗帜上，舞动着如龙一般的四个字闪闪发光——永不言败。这是海明威的《老人与海》所带给我的震撼。

《老人与海》描述了古巴老渔夫在连续八十四天都没有捕到一条鱼的情况下，而毅然决定向大海深处航行，钓鱼，而且独自一人。并没有那个小男孩，那双眼睛啊，向大海一样蓝，是愉快的，毫不沮丧的。小男孩是那样充满活力，那样阳光，那样单纯。小男孩带回了老人的青春，为老人找回了自我。

一个老人在汪洋大海里航行，老人的坚持让他钓到了一条比渔船还长两尺，一千多磅的大马林鱼。老渔夫在海上与马林鱼搏斗了整整三天三夜。在这三天三夜中老人多少次给自己鼓劲，多少次给自己安慰。一句“我跟你奉陪到死”夹杂在大海的咆哮声中，回响在我的耳畔；一句“但愿那孩子在这里”又让人觉得这位老人孤身一人与敌人殊死搏斗，能不算是英勇吗？

三天，七十二个小时，老人多么顽强的意志，也正是在那份高贵的自信下，老人终于将马林鱼杀死。

而在归途中又一再遭到鲨鱼的袭击。在茫茫大海中，老人把自己的生命打压了上去与鲨鱼搏斗。尽管马林鱼的鱼肉一次次被鲨鱼带走，但他还是用尽一切反击。无论是鱼叉、小刀，还是短棍、绳索，都足以让老人搏斗一番。“知其不可而为之”的勇气让我佩服，让我的心震动。

贝多芬曾说过：“我可以被摧毁，但我不能被征服。”不错的，人性是强大的，人类本身有自己的限度，但正是因为有了老渔夫这样的人一次又一次向极限挑战，超越它们。

老人最后空着双手，幸运地“凯旋”——回港时只剩下鱼头鱼尾和一条脊骨。但是老人却是真正的胜利者。他对于整个大海而言是微乎其微的，渺小的，但对于整个人性来说却是伟大的。老人打赢了这场无硝烟的战争，他打败的不仅仅是那条大马林鱼，那几条大鲨鱼，而是生命中的坎坷与挫折。这位老人都能以顽强自信的心迎接挑战，我们作为年轻人又能说什么呢？那我们何必因为成绩不理想而自怨自艾，因为没找到工作而自暴自弃，因为不被人赏识而自甘堕落呢？那我们应给惭愧了。对于这些我们应该勇敢的面对，从这些困难上跨过去！超越极限！尽力而为还不够！

人的一生无止尽的追求，漫长而又艰难。对于人生的困难，我们应该向老人那样：永不言败！不断挑战。奇迹总会产生，因为上天总是眷顾敢于奋斗的人。无谓的超越，积极的奋斗。

老人带回了一条又粗又长的白色脊骨，一端有条巨大的尾巴，当东风在港外不断掀起大浪的时候，这尾巴随着潮水起落、摇摆。那个男孩相信老人捕到了大鱼，事实也是如此。在大路另一头老人的窝棚里，他又睡着了。他依旧脸朝下躺着，孩子坐在他身边，守着他。老人正梦见狮子。狮子，百兽之王，老人正如那只梦中在海滩上的狮子，有着旺盛的生命力，还有孩子帮他带来的青春。老渔夫的最伟大的胜利者。

合上书，闭上眼，心灵感到轻盈，灵魂有一种升华，脑海里一幅辽阔而又壮美的画面，天地间只有一条船，一个老人，一片浩瀚的大海……

“一个人可以被毁灭，却不能被打败”，每当我遇到困难时，这句话总会浮现在我的脑海，给予我继续前进的勇气。这个叫桑提亚哥的老人深深地震撼了我，他在连续8天没捕到鱼的情况下，坚持着自己的信念，终于独自钓上了一条大马林鱼，但这条鱼实在大，老人用他的小帆船在海上拖了3天才把鱼杀死，绑在小船的一边。但在归程中这条大马林鱼一再遭到鲨鱼的袭击，最后回港时只剩下鱼头鱼尾和一条鱼骨。

老人桑提亚哥，尽管一开头就处于不利地位——8天没捕到鱼，认为“倒了血霉”，而且别的渔夫把他看作失败者。然而他的英勇正在于知其不可为而为之，老人明知对方力量比他强，还是决心战斗到底，尽管结果鱼肉都被鲨鱼咬去了，但什么也无法摧残他的英勇意志。

在生活中的我们，又何尝不是。当被巨大的挫折接连不断的打击时；当那蜂拥而来的灾难来临时；当你那饱受摧残的心已无力抵抗时，你可以来学习一下这位老人，一位硬汉的人生，一种奋斗的人生观。作为销售，我们需要学习这样的人生观，面对困难，需要有无畏的一种精神，绝对不能被打败！

他说：“一个人可以被毁灭，但不能被打败。”我轻轻地合上书本，细细地咀嚼着这句话，内心犹如汹涌澎湃的大海，久久不能平静。

初读海明威先生写的《老人与海》，故事主要讲了一个名叫圣地亚哥的古巴老渔夫，接连出海八十四天没有捕到一条鱼，终于在第八十五天钓到了一条他有生以来见到的最大的马林鱼——它足足大过自己的渔船数倍。他竭尽全力，经过两天两夜的奋战，终于将大鱼捕获，绑在船边。但是在归途中，因大马林鱼伤口上的鱼腥味，遭到鲨鱼群的疯狂袭击，老人在疲惫不堪中却仍然不愿放弃，在缺水、少食、受伤的情况下与鲨鱼群展开了殊死搏斗，硬是击退了鲨鱼群，即使最后回到海港时，绑在船边的大马林鱼只剩下一副光秃秃的空骨架。海明威的这篇小说，塑造的就是这样一个“硬汉”形象。

再品小说：在茫茫大海上，一个年迈的老人苦等八十四天无鱼上钩却仍然不放弃，这是一种坚持到底的相信;面对比自己渔船大数倍的大马林鱼不妥协，这是明知不可为而为之的勇气;面对为了抢食疯狂进攻的鲨鱼群毫不胆怯，奋起斗争，这是一种决不退缩、永不屈服的精神。小说中的老渔夫是精神世界里的强者，是真正的胜利者，是一个英雄!

回想起自己初学游泳时，我一直只敢在浅水区游，对于深水区不敢尝试，总是畏难而怯，没有信心和勇气去迎接挑战。对比《老人与海》中的老人，我惭愧不已，他的这种自信、自强的精神正是我所缺少的。困难和挫折每个人都会遇到，面对困难，我们要鼓起勇气，坚定信念，百折不挠。我想这就是这本书带给我们的启发意义。

I knew Mark Twain when i was a middle school student. In my memory, there is an article in my English textbook that written by him. At that time, I pay no attention to Mark Twain. However, i knew more about him after I learned the History and Anthology of American Literature, he appeals to me dearly and deeply. As a result, I read a part of his novels in part time. Here I will introduce Million Pounds to you. Before that, I will give some information about Mark Twain to you. And last, it comes my though.

Samuel Langhorne Clemens (November 30, 1835 – April 21, 1910) was an American humorist, satirist, lecturer and writer, better known by the pen name Mark Twain. He was born in Florida, Missouri and brought up in Hannibal, Missouri. After his fathers death in 1847, he was apprenticed to a printer and wrote for his brothers newspaper. He later worked as a licensed Mississippi river-boat pilot. The Civil War put an end to the steamboat traffic and Clemens moved to Virginia City, where he edited the Territorial Enterprise. On February 3, 1863, Mark Twain was born when Clemens signed a humorous travel account with that pseudonym. He often uses exaggerated ways to show his irony.

Mark Twain is most noted for his novels Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. He is also known for his quotations. During his life, Clemens became a friend to presidents, artists, leading industrialists and European royalty. For I love the One Million Pounds Note best, I would introduce it to you.

Is there real free-lunch in the world? Maybe there is! And such kind of “free lunch” strikes the poor and honest young man Henry Adams who has surprisingly got a one-million bank note from the brothers (Roderick & Oliver)。 As a matter of fact, the brothers had made a bet, if a poor, honest and clever people who come knocking on the door received the one million pounds, what will be happening to his life? The elder brother think that he would starve to death because he could not prove that the money belongs to him, will be arousing others’ suspicion, and even the banks do not let him deposit the money. On the contrary, the younger brother believes that he would live in a very good life. So the brothers lend the one million pounds to Henry Adams, and spent 30 days abroad.

From then on, Henry Adams becomes a bright focus of the money-priority society. Later, the lucky young man experiences two sharply different treatments in the tailor shop. In the ball, people from every social class try every chance to show their friendship and flattery to the new millionaire. Adams never has the chance to spend a penny because no one can change the million and he is soon living in a luxurious hotel suite, wearing expensive suits. No one asks him to pay bill, these are forwarded for later payment. He even gets the chance to go to the Party that held by Duke. Fortunately, Henry meets Jane Griffiths and fall in love with this beautiful woman. He also comes across his good friend. The man gives him some advice to earn money. 30 days has passed, Henry Adams asks his girlfriend company him to meet the brothers. Out of his expectation, his girlfriend is the daughter of one of the brothers. And finally he got a very good job from the brother. And he lived a very happy life.

Mark Twains short story of "one million pounds note" is a very good work. The article satires the thoughts of "money is everything," "money is omnipotent," and expose the ugly face of capitalist society. As we all know, the root of the story was the bet of the brothers. What is the bet actually? Where does the attraction of the bank note lie in?

As far as i am concerned, the One Million Pounds Note takes an interesting, satirical look at the hypocrisy stemming from class distinction in England. England is a country where class and wealth are given extreme significance, especially among the rich. The novel shows the hypocrisy that existed among these people, how the rich are quick to change face when they find out that youre a man of wealth and how within the next moment they revert back to their condescending selves when all wealth is lost. The story was based on the main theme by emphasizing on the hypocrisy of the upper class society but at the same time it also creates a balance that prevents the novel from being a mockery of the British society. The love story appears at the right time and there is plenty of comedy to keep one entertained. The ending is a little predictable but the director does an overall good job by rounding it up and presenting his points.

In my heart, Herry was so luckily, not everyone can get the chance to use the million. I am so envious of the "lucky" of the heroine, but at the same time I would like to think that the reason why people carry favor with him is just that they attract too much important to money, isn’t it? Money worship is shameful and should not be reaping more! Money is not omnipotent, and in the world, there are many things that more important than money .

在寒假里，我阅读了好几本书，但我最喜欢对我影响最大的是《老人与海》这本书，它的作者是美国小说家欧内斯特·米勒尔·海明威，内容主要写了老渔夫圣地亚哥在海上捕鱼的经历：老人曾是一位最棒的渔夫，可是，现在已经八十四天没钓到鱼了，和老人一起捕鱼的男孩的父母不让他再跟老人一起出海了。因为老人老了，别人开始怀疑他的实力，老人想证明一下自己的实力，就出海捕鱼，制服了大马林鱼，又和鲨鱼搏斗，最终败给鲨鱼。书中描写了老人曾想起年轻的事，和现在形成了强烈对比。

读了这本书，老人和鲨鱼搏斗的场景深深印在我的脑海里，这种自强不息的无畏精神多么值得我们学习，尽管老人没捕到更多的鱼，可一个老人能到像狮子一样凶猛的海里捕鱼，已经很厉害了，还制服了大马林鱼，那得有多大的实力呀！

虽然没制服鲨鱼，可那么凶恶的鲨鱼，人人都会被打败，不是吗？老人英勇的精神令我敬佩，再想想我们小学生，应该要认真学习，专心听老师讲，遇到困难也不怕，努力制服它。俗话说：活到老，学到老，也正如老人：坚持捕鱼到老，不怕困难，不服输。

《老人与海》让我理解了老人捕鱼的辛苦和真正捕鱼的苦心，读起来心里充满了勇气，这是一本激励我的好书！

桑提亚哥没能保住马林鱼，使之被咬得只剩了副骨架，他在物质上失败了，却在精神上胜利了。人可以暂时战败，但精神和意志却永远也不能垮。尽管人往往被命运所捉弄，尽管人最终难免失败，但人还是应保持尊严，努力抗争，肉体上可以失败，精神上却不能屈服。

“大海”象征着现实生活，它永远无限，神秘莫测，时而仁慈，给人带来丰厚的收获；时而又残忍，又让人九死一生；“马林鱼”象征着人们想要达到的目标，它总是那么美好却又可望而不可及；“鲨鱼”则象征着人类永远摆脱不了的悲剧因素，它总是在人取得了某些胜利时出现，似乎是命中注定不能完美，不能圆满。

人类在浩瀚的宇宙中总是渺小的，是体能上的弱者，在来自自然、社会和命运的强大的外部压力下，人们总是体能不支地抗争着，但是人类的精神意志可以支撑着自己抗争到底。

因此，人生的目的和意义并不在于真正的获得，而在于获得的过程中不懈的努力和追求。

《老人与海鸥》是邓启耀写的一篇文章，这篇文章给我了非一般的感动。

这篇文章讲了：老人把海鸥当成自己的亲人看待，给他们取名字，并每天给海鸥喂食，是海鸥的好朋友。老人去世后，海鸥们围着老人的遗像前翻飞盘旋，大声鸣叫，像是为老人守灵的白翼天使，不忍心离开这个每天给它们喂食的亲人。他们也许已经知道老人已经去世了，在他们面前的老人其实是一张遗像，真正的老人已经不在了……但他们依然在一声声呼唤着老人，他们一定是认为自己的一声声呼唤能把老人复活。当然这是不可能的事情。

老人为什么要每天走二十余里来给海鸥门喂食呢？向他这样的老人应该在家里靠在摇椅上安享晚年，可他为什么每天来给海鸥们喂食呢？我反复的读了这篇文章，明白了，老人认为海鸥是吉祥鸟、幸福鸟，海鸥在哪，就给哪带来福气。

读了老人与海鸥，我明白了：人与动物之间，要有真挚深厚的情谊。我突然想起了一个博友写的一句话：爱，往往能创造出一个奇迹！

We remember her goodness: for someone who lost arms and blinded in eyes, for someone who despised her for her ordinariness, and even for someone who had hurt her deeply in the past.

We remember her pursuit of justice. It’s like a companion with the goodness. But still, a virtuous person should promote the goodness on one side and must check the badness on the other side.

《老人与海》却是一本能让人了解，什么才是真正的人生，什么才是坚强的书。在现实生活中，我们会不断地受到挫折、失败还有许多负面的情绪，许多人因此而消极、失去对生活的热爱。而《老人与海》却刻画出一个与大海搏斗，在艰难的环境下，奋力生活的老渔夫。老人的渔船上那破旧的帆布，就像是一面失败的旗帜，仿佛在宣告着老人永远都捕不到鱼的倒霉运气。但是，他没有放下，仍然出海捕鱼。而在现实中，某些人却不能坚持，应对挫折就选取了放下，选取了逃避。和那已经生活窘迫的老渔夫相比，那些逃避的人真的是不明白什么才是挫折。我们可能会因为考试的失利，而对自我失去信心。或者因为别人的批评，而自暴自弃。在那时候，想想这个坚强的老渔夫，他是如何应对生活的。自我的心，自然就会释然许多。

我们的手没有老茧，皮肤没有晒出斑点，夏天在家里吹冷气，衣服是父母帮忙洗，每一天放学回家就有热腾腾的饭菜摆在桌上。我们实在是没有生活的压力，我们也真的没有受到过那些能够成为挫折的东西。我们的烦恼、挫折，只能说是少年时代的那小小的不满意而已。我们暂时还没有要为生活而奔劳，也就不明白生活的艰难。我们不了解，在社会中，有许多人像那个老渔夫一样，艰难的活着，他们从来没有放下过。那些农民工、修鞋匠、修车匠……都是在艰苦的环境下活着，他们是那么坚强，对生活充满了热爱。

无论是与书中那个老渔夫相比，还是在现实生活中与那些艰难生活的人相比，我们的生活已经是很好的了，我们更就应热爱生活，并且学会坚强的应对一切的困难与挫折。我相信，只要想起那个老渔夫，他的坚强和对生活的热爱，我们就也会学着坚强，热爱生活。

轻舟一片，在一望无际的大海边缘，一位白发苍苍的老人孤独的身影置身于小轻舟中。这个平凡的老人，就是世界名著《老人与海》的主角。圣地亚哥老人给我的第一眼印象就是“他消瘦憔悴，在勃颈上有很深的皱纹。在腮帮上还有许多的黑斑。”但是，在我读完《老人与海》之后，我不觉得他在是一个平凡的老人了。

圣地亚哥老人，以捕鱼为生，却有一次84天没有捕到任何一条鱼，但是，饥肠辘辘的老人并没有放弃。他凭着自己坚定的信念与高超的技术，在一无所获的84天后，终于钓到了一只巨大无比的马林鱼。老人的船拖着马林鱼，走了很远很远，漂泊了两天两夜，经历了前所未有的奇妙经历。他奋力一搏，刺死了马林鱼，拴在船上，却不料遇到了一头饥饿的鲨鱼，鲨鱼把马林鱼给吃了，留给老人的只有鱼骨……

作者为什么要让老人失败，按书中老人曾经说过的一句话“一个人并不是生来就被打败的，人尽可以被毁灭，却不能被打败。”我想这就是作者想要告诉我们的吧。其实在读书的同时，我更是感受到了什么叫做幸福。一个人在做什么事情的时候，并非到了最后成功的时刻才是幸福。其实有些幸福就藏于追求之中。在老人身上我们发现了一种敢于追求梦想，敢于面对挫折的勇气。这是我们值得学习的。

Abstract: This film Shawshank Redemption describes a man called Andy Dufresne was sent to the prison for he murdered his wife but in fact he was innocent. Then he started fighting against with the wicked prison life. Though he suffered many unfair treatments and ordeals, he never gives up himself. Due to his intelligence and perseverance, he spend 20 years successfully escape from the prison as a redemption. He teaches me that never lose hope.

The story took place in 1940. A man who is a banker called Andy Dufresne, was sent into the Shawshank prison, for he murderer his wife and her lover in bed. However, he was innocent as he said. The new days in the prison were hard to live. It’s violent, heartless and cruel. Nevertheless, A month later, Andy began to make friends with other prisoners. And one of them called Red, who could get anything what he wanted. Andy bought a mallet from him and started his plan to escape. During this time, he did many things: expanding the library, caving stones, helping the corrupt warden to get money or bribe, etc. Then a young prisoner’s coming break his quiet life in jail. But the warden killed the young prisoner the only man that knew Andy was innocent. Then he knew the prison he could not stay any more. It took him 20 years to tunnel secretly and he successfully escaped from the prison. When he got free, Andy sent the evident which could prove the warden corruption, briber and murdering to the policy agency. Before that, Andy had told his best friend Red that his dream---Zihuatanejo, a warm place without memory. After escaping, Andy lived a free life in another identity and made the prison governor arrested. Several years later, Red was approved to leave. for the promise to Andy. Finally, in Zihuyatanejo, they met.

The cruel prison life terrified me and the friendship moved me. The story goes to a happy ending---redemption. This film impressed me a lot. A sentence was said in the film: ’Some birds arent meant to be caged, but most birds will choose to stand it.’

In this film, as we can see, the Shawshank Prison, which enjails lots of people. They have been in the prison form many years ,so they won’t go abroad. Because they won’t and also they can’t. They lived here for years without hope, and they lived just in the small prison, where nobody knows what is their dream and what’s their hope. As I remember, a old man Brooks was released after he had been in the jail for 50 years. But he found that the world became completely different from the world he imagined. For example, he seldom see cars before. He felt very strange and helpless to the outside world He can hardly adapt to the new developed world. He would rather stay in the prison. So unfortunately he chose to commit suicide.

However, on the contrary, Andy said a converse sentence:’ Some birds arent meant to be caged, thats all. Their feathers are just too bright…’ He long for the freedom and strive for it! What I remember very clearly is someone said that “These walls are kind of funny things like that. First, you hate them, then you get used to them. Enough time passed, get so you depend on them. What’s more, another thing I think is friendship. Of course, Andy’s perseverance and endeavor is the main reason that he succeed in escaping. But it can’t be denying that friendship is also a important reason. Without the friends’ help in the prison, especially red’s, He can’t break the prison, too. Even in the jail which is the most evil place that Andy could make it a significance place. He had transformed a storage room smelling of turpentine into the best prison library in New England. Then the prisoners read the books and got knowledge from it. Andy also helped them to pass the high school equivalency. The glitters of him lighted others’ life. That helps him built many sincere friendships in the prison. He just too bright that didn’t belong to the prison .Then he escape and gained the freedom.

Furthermore, the patience, courage and strong willpower are the keys to escape. 20 years, not a short ordeal time, but he endured. He made his plan day by day, week by week and year by year. He never gives up. he took nearly twenty years to dip a tunnel with a little rock hammer which Red said it would take a man 600 years to tunnel under the wall with one of these to fight for his free .And he did it finally. Please imagine, crossing the tunnel he dup, he still should crawled through five hundred yards of shit-smelling foulness. That is the length of five football fields.

Then is the last but not least, I think. He has the bright brain ,the never fading persistent, and the most important thing----hope. Just as Andy said to Red: Hope is a good thing, may be the best of things. In this film, Andy show us that how good thing the hope is. Yes , hope is a good thing. Whatever it is, it can’t lock the hope. We all have dream. We all have hope. We all have it and please never give up, like Andy.

This film, Shawshank Redemption, teaches me a lot. It deserves to be one of the most overwhelming films in the Hollywood.

For You, a Thousand Times over

I am convinced that few books are as good as this one. To be honest, I hadn’t maintained that this book would appeal me before I read it. However, I was absorbed in the book from the first chapter to the last one. Why this book has appealed to me that much? I asked myself. This book is not my type of reading for only romantic books could draw my attention successfully. Then I came into a conclusion that it is the friendship and familyship fascinated me.

To the world you are one person, but to the person who loves you, you are the world. Amir was Hassan’s world. Amir’s name had been the first word Hassan spoke. Hassan threatened brutal Assef for the sake of Amir. Hassan never failed to run the kite to please Amir. Hassan sacrificed himself for Amir’s house. These are more than a friend would do. Only those who loves you so much could challenge himself to do what Hassan did to Amir.To Hassan, Amir was not only a mere friend but a brother. He loved Amir more than anything else. Even after Amir betrayed him, he still told his son proudly“Agan Amir is my best friend”.Maybe for Hassan “for you, a thousand times over” has another meaning, which is not just kite running for Amir but he will do anything for Amir.

If Hassan could be described as an angel, then Amir was just a person. I did hate Amir for he watched Hassan be raped and did nothing, for he made Hassan leave his born-place, for he aimed Hassan with fruit(even though he actually tried to make himself get punished). Amir didn’t deserve what Hassan did to him. I thought his meanness caused Hassan’s tragedy. But after I finished the book, I realized it is not Hassan’s tragedy, it is Amir’s. For what he had done to Hassan, he had led a live with regret and suffered endless sleepless nights. His going back to Afghanistan is not only a journey physically but a journey to atonement. Hassan’s son, his nephew saved, Amir’s sin was finally washed. Like the life of circle, Amir ran kite for his miserable nephew.As Hassan did to him, he said “for you , a thousand times over” to Sohrab.Though the book doesn’t give us an accurate ending whether Sohrab came into life again. I am sure love can cure everything. Only when Sohrab lives a happy life as Hassan hoped can Amir’s sin washed up.

The friendship between Hassan and Amir moved me. I believe All the people who read it is going to be touched just as I am. This book does make me think the good and the bad ,what’s wrong and what’s right, the cruelty of war . Few books can exert an influence on people nowadays, this book sure does.

他，近3个月没捕到一只鱼了，却一直坚持着——终于，在第八十五天，他发现了一只无比巨大的马林鱼。鱼，大力地挣扎着，他知道自己不是大鱼的对手，可他就是不放手，两天两夜，他总算征服了马林鱼，却引来了许多抢夺他胜利果实的鲨鱼，老人又迎来了一场斗争——但最后他还是输了——大鱼被吃光了，只剩下一副鱼骨……

这是一个多么让人伤心，又多么真实的故事啊!老人这么努力，这么坚强，可还是以悲剧告终。但是细想，这本书似乎并不仅仅给予我们伤心、失望那些消极的东西，更多的还是一种不服输，不放弃的顽强精神。

还记得那段时间，我的心情非常低落，似乎一切都在与我作对。我以为自己已经很努力了，可考试还是连连失利，于是我变得闷闷不乐了，总会搞砸一些事情——不是走路时摔跤，就是不小心打翻水杯。我无数次想过放弃我那不可能的目标，就在这时，我读了《老人与海》。一时间，我被这书中的老人给深深地感动了，他是多么的勇敢——在疯狂的马林鱼面前，他没认输;在恐怖的鲨鱼面前，他没认输;在厄运面前，他也没认输。而我只是遇到这么一点点小挫折，我怎么能认输呢?于是我又一次振作起来，朝着我的目标不断前进着。

虽然，老人没能取得最后的胜利，但是他没有低头认输，一直坚持到了最后，他已经是一个伟大的胜利者。他已经战胜了大海，战胜了马林鱼、鲨鱼，更战胜了他自己。

这让我不由想到了老舍写的《骆驼祥子》中的主人公祥子，他与老人是多么的像啊，同样有梦想，同样有坚定的信念，却都遭遇了种.种不幸，但他们在命运面前都不曾放弃过，不曾认输过。

虽然，老人和祥子都只是在作家笔下构造出来的人物，可是想想：人类不一直在和自己的命运做着斗争，他们不愿只听从上天的安排，于是他们不断地创新、发展，不断探索大自然，走出了非洲大陆。

他们也不愿轻易向命运妥协，他们可能是家境贫寒，甚至有身体上的缺陷，但他们都用永不言败的拼搏精神，创造了一个个传奇故事：瞎子阿炳创作了《二泉映月》，海伦凯勒写了《假如给我三天光明》，霍金提出了黑洞这一说法……他们不都有像老人和祥子那样在命运面前永不低头的精神吗?

Recently,I read Helen Kellers autobiography "If I give a bright day," I am emotionally.

"If I give a bright day," a book in between the lines,all filled with Helen.Qin Kais passion for life,shes warm attitude towards the people of the world should value the present exhortation to all.She has three days to the bright hope to experience this world,so that all who are familiar with her,Helen.Qin Kai would like to see is too many things too much,but this is just a beautiful beautiful dream.

"Suffering is a stepping stone for the genius……" is the suffering created by Helen.Qin Kai strong character.She as a blind deaf people with disabilities has a more than ordinary peoples psychological health.She can feel with their own,can imagine the scene,expressing their desire for knowledge and sincere love for humanity.She warned his personal feelings of others,the psychological health of human beings is the most basic conditions for success,a healthy physical and psychological health of the people did not,is not a cause of achievement.Mental health of the people,although physical disability is not complaining about fate,and the desire not to accept other peoples mercy,they will with a strong self-determination at the other side of the ideal.

A philosopher once said:"courageous resides in the soul,rather than a strong body." This is the true portrayal of Helen.Helen with a strong heart,eventually rising in the face of adversity,is physically disabled-no residue.The sound of my medical students,it has good conditions for learning,but not for lack of perseverance and resilience.Therefore,the article gave me the biggest inspiration is:

First,to complete every thing.A celebrity once said:"What is not easy?the daily is not easy to do things every day,do persist.What is not simple is not simple to have done everything the best."

Second,there must be optimistic and uplifting good mentality.Helen and the huge blow to the face of difficulties,not Yuantianyouren,but with an optimistic attitude to face up to get their confidence.Below is a story,illustrates this point.Two results of a scholar,Beijing Gankao,Ganlu the middle of the night,the team event of mourning,and the coffin Cajianerguo,the former very worried,that this is not a good sign.The latter would like to:coffin coffin,another official earnings.Therefore the latter examinations of the champion.While the former is Bangshangwuming,this story can be more optimistic that the upward good mentality,is an important factor in the success.

I have this good book to do my mentor,I believe I will live beyond the day more colorful.

上周三，我听了夏老师的一节语文课，深受触动。课堂开头伴随着音乐流淌，一张张人与动物的和谐画面闪现，巧妙地把学生带入到人与自然和谐相处、互相关爱的情境中去。本课的主题“爱”也在此时埋下伏笔。

课文以老人对海鸥的爱还有海鸥对老人那种难以言表的爱为主线，慢慢、而精细地表现出本课的主题“爱”。其中，给我印象最深的不是老师那巧妙的引导、启发，而是音乐响起的那一刻，学生在这音乐声中读出了老人

的羸弱、以及心底的悲伤，更读出了海鸥对老人的不舍与思念！也就在这时，我的眼泪悄然落下，抑制不住的泪水润湿了我的面庞。

读完之后，我深有感触：一对并不富有的夫妇，却能在平凡的一天做出这样一件不平凡的事情：为对方着想，完全不顾自己。正是因为他们互相爱着对方，所以才会做出这样不平凡的事情。相比之下，我为别人付出的又有多少呢?在生活中，我总是为了一点小纠纷，与别人针锋相对，斤斤计较，最后得不偿失，反而坏了信誉，我何不学学他们，互相关心，又有什么不好呢?我应该认真反思自己。

“爱人者人恒爱之”，只有互相关心、互相关爱，为他人着想，世界才不会这么冷漠、无情了。

近日重读海明威的经典名作《老人与海》，掩卷之后不禁感叹经典的力量永恒，书中那位老渔夫——圣地亚哥，一位常常梦见非洲狮子的老人，在遭遇连续八十四天没打到一条鱼的厄运打击，纵然他坚强不屈，克服了常人难以承受的巨大苦难，历经千辛万苦，却依然没有把那条“比他的船还长两英尺”的大鱼完整地带回家。如果仅仅从结果上看，他似乎是个失败者，但是从整个过程来看，老人却无疑是一个精神上的强者，一个不折不扣的“硬汉”，他的那句“人可以被消灭，但不能被打败!”的誓言宣告了与命运抗争到底的伟大人性的光辉!

如果说结果决定一切，那么无疑老人没有实现他的梦想;如果人生仅仅只是以成败论英雄，那么;老人也算不上好汉豪杰;可是纵观全篇作品，我们感受到这样一个道理：结果固然重要，但是过程更加精彩!

是的，人的一生会经历许许多多，有欢笑，有泪水，有成功，有失利，如果我们能够像老人一样拥有强大的自信和不屈服的信念，那么生活中的磨折无疑就会成为未来成功的磨刀石。老人在经历了大海的挑战、命运的嘲弄、大鱼的搏斗这些令人筋疲力竭折磨后，本想否极泰来，却随即又陷入了鲨鱼的再次挑战，这时候大多数人应该都会无奈地选择放弃，那么他们就会以失败者为标志告终;可是我们的勇敢的老渔夫选择了不向命运屈服，勇于面对挑战的大无畏精神，再次鼓足勇气以桨为兵，战斗到最后一刻，虽然大鱼只是剩下了巨大的骨头，老人却永远成为大家心目中的胜利者，他也成为了自己命运的胜利者，他战胜了自己!

孩子你现在努力学习不断付出辛勤的汗水，无疑我们都希望你能够考上心仪的好学校，可是，这个结果难道是你学习的目标吗?显然不是。你更加需要珍惜的是：在实现你的理想目标的过程中所得到的成功经验和失败教训，好好享受学习的快乐，感悟人类知识文化的美好，如果能够做到这一点，付出了自己的努力，那么即使最初的目标没能完全达成，也无需悔恨难过，其实你已经收获了很多的意外之喜，就像一句广告词说的：“人生就像一段旅程，旅程的终点并不是目标，更值得注意的是沿途的风景和我们看风景时候的心情!”

“永不言败”这也许就是《老人与海》给予我们的的人生感悟;“享受过程”慢慢体会生活带给我们的痛苦与快乐吧!

在五年级的时候，我读了一本书，名叫《老人与海》。对于这本书，我真的是爱不释手，百读不厌。

《老人与海》主要讲一个名为桑提亚哥的老渔夫，独自一个人出海打鱼，在一无所获的8天后钓到一条硕大无比的马林鱼。这是老人从没有见过也没有听过的大鱼，这条鱼长约8英尺，体重约一千五百磅。鱼大劲儿也大，拖着小船游荡了两天两夜，但最终还是被老人刺死了，大马林鱼的血腥味引来了四条大鲨鱼。老人与它们展开了搏斗，最终四条鲨鱼被杀死。谁知，老人还没喘回了气，一大群鲨鱼出现了。老渔夫与鲨鱼殊死拼搏，但最终大马林还是被鲨鱼吃掉了肉，带回家的只剩下一架光秃秃的鱼骨。

也许书中的老渔夫并不是最后的胜利者，因为虽然先前老人战胜了大马林鱼，但最后大马林鱼还是被鲨鱼吃掉了，他只带着鱼骨上岸，可是他并没有向大海，向大马林鱼，向鲨鱼妥协。他其实是一个敢于向自信和勇气挑战的胜利者。

读了《老人与海》我若有所思。主人公为自己的理想，拼搏过，奋斗过，努力过，难道他不算胜利者吗？老人那种坚持不懈、永不放弃的精神令我惭愧，因为我是一个知难而退、轻易放弃的人。只要遇到我不会做的题目我总是空在那儿，不去管了。当我读完这本书，我被震撼了，立志要改掉半途而废的缺点。

人生的道路非常漫长、艰难，而且充满坎坷，但只要自己永不言弃地以一颗自信的心去面对挑战，那么你就是胜者。我坚信自己将来，只要坚持不懈，永不言弃的去面对挑战，我也是一定是生活的强者。
