今天，我们学习了一篇课文：《老人与海》。文中的桑提亚哥的“硬汉”形象使我敬佩。

桑提亚哥不管遇到多大的困难，他都不会放弃，他这种不达目的誓不罢休的精神，让我们钦佩不已。面对桑提亚哥的这种性格，我真的是太渺小了，因为我难题想不出来了，就会烦躁，生气、放弃，而不像桑提亚哥那样不放弃，坚持下去。

有一次，我在家里闲得没事做，就想起了缝沙包，我连忙去拿针和线，开始缝了起来。缝着缝着，我的手指突然一痛，我一看，是手指被扎破了，我不耐烦了生气的把针和线扔到一边儿，大声说：“我不做了。”我坐到写字台前，把语文书拿了起来，翻到《老人与海》时，我读了读，我明白了一个道理：人生道路漫长、艰难，充满坎坷，但只要以一颗自信的心去勇敢地迎接挑战，就一定能胜利。我想了想，就把针和线拿了起来，继续缝起来，不一会儿就缝好了，虽然缝的不怎么好，但是也成功了。

这篇课文让我深受启发：不管遇到什么困难、挫折，都不要轻易放弃，要以一颗自信的心面对挑战，就一定能成功！

在诸多习爷爷读过的书里，有一本书令我记忆犹新，深深地打动了我，这本书就是海明威的《老人与海》。老人身上独有的优秀品质激励着我，鼓舞着我，让我争当新时代的好队员。

老人是坚毅的。他独自出海捕鱼，足足84天在海上辛勤地漂泊着，却没有捕到一条鱼，但他并没有轻言放弃，终于功夫不负有心人，他第二次出海时捕到了一条十八英尺大的又肥又厚的马林鱼。因为老人坚信，“人不是为失败而生的，一个人可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败。”每当我遇到数学难题的时候，我也常常想放弃，可是一想到《老人与海》中的老人，就立刻打起了精神，积极开动脑筋思考，常常豁然开朗。

老人是勇敢的。他想方设法地阻止鲨鱼吞噬马林鱼肉。他在船桨上绑了一根铁质的尖刀，再用打金枪鱼的棍子撑住鲨鱼的嘴巴，还用船柄狠狠地砸鲨鱼。就这样，他在茫茫大海中，凭借一己之力奋斗了三天三夜，虽然老人的船桨断了，手抽筋了，尖刀也沉入了海底，但是终于取得了优异的战绩，赶跑了鲨鱼群，并平安无事地拖着马林鱼骨架回到了港湾，令人刮目相看。每次在学习和生活中面临挑战的时候，我也应该学习老人不畏艰难的品质，勇敢地去尝试，积极地去应对，努力争取一个又一个成功。

老人是乐观的。海上形势凶险，有一次他在捕金枪鱼的时候，眼看着就要成功了，可惜突然左手抽了筋。他没有责怪自己在关键时候掉链子，而是风趣幽默地甩了甩手说：“手，你怎么在该工作的时候休息了呢？”正是这种自信而乐观的品质，鼓舞着老人勇往直前，在茫茫大海中搏斗着。每当我感到自责的时候，我也应该向老人学习，凡是往积极的一面去想，或许就可以克服困难。

读完这本有意义的书，我被老人的魅力所深深折服。细细品味这位不向命运低头的老人，他的精神是多么值得称赞啊！相信只要你用心去读，就会深深爱上这本书，并且受益匪浅。

这个寒假，我读完了《老人与海》一书，深有所感悟。

这本书主要讲了一个叫圣地亚哥的老渔夫，已连续八十四天没有捕到鱼了，在进行了一系列自我安慰后，在第八十五天出海捕鱼，他遇到了一条很大的鱼，经过一番搏斗后，又遭到鲨鱼群的攻击，终于把那条大鱼的一部分拖上了岸，人们纷纷称赞圣地亚哥老人。

在老人和鱼搏斗时，他为什么自始至终没有放弃要抓到它的信念？因为它已经八十四天没有捕到鱼了，而他在年轻的时候，各方面生活技能都很熟练，他想证明自己宝刀未老，能捕到大鱼。

在现实中，也有人类似于圣地亚哥老人，我国著名作家史铁生双腿残疾，只能靠轮椅前进，但他没有因为残疾而放弃生活，没有因为残疾而自卑，而是勇往直前，参考其他著名作家的作品，感悟生活，写出一篇又一篇的名作，然后不断获奖，成为一个文学界的奇迹！

通过圣地亚哥老人和著名作家史铁生的故事，我明白了做任何事情都要坚持到底不放弃，认真对待每一场挑战，并发挥出自己的最佳水平，告诉你自己：“我能行！”，输了不气馁，赢了不骄傲，就算有一点挫折，不要害怕它们，那只是暂时的，你还有精神上的力量。阳光总在风雨后，如果你坚持下去，那么胜利者一定会是你。

Parents feel happy because of our simple greeting cards in their birthday,because of a few words of blessing.These gifts,simple but true.It cant be compared with those which built with a lot of money, outlined by luxuriance. Yes,in this materialistic society,some people think money is everything,the one who owns money,who owns all.No wonder a great amount of girls became mammonists,and want to marry richers;no wonder more and more men think that there is no true love,what girls love is their money. 在生活中，我们作为学生也会面对很多困难，其实这些困难比起圣地亚哥、海伦凯勒和那些残障儿童，还是要容易一些。所以，我们更应该珍惜我们的生活，积极面对困难和挑战，不要消沉。长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海，相信我们总会成功的。
