今天，天空充满宁静，我在家里津津有味地看着《老人与海》这本书。

这本书的作者是获得诺贝尔文学奖的海明威，小说描写了一位老人渔夫圣地亚哥在海上捕鱼的经历。我最喜欢圣地亚哥，因他虽然很久没有钓到马林鱼，但他勇不放弃，第八十六天，他在零晨两点时出海去钓马林鱼。

他等了很久很久，发现鱼竿在动，忽然水底冲出来了一条马林鱼，他用了九牛二虎之力才把这条马林鱼拖上船，他终于成功了，他战胜了困难，战胜了自己。

这本书真有趣！合上书圣地亚哥的影子在我的脑海里久久挥之不去。

我读了海明威的《老人与海》，它讲述了一个老人（桑提亚哥）连续84天没有捕到一鱼，终于在第85天中午钓到一条大鱼，可是他没有想到那条鱼是多么大，竟比他的小舟还长两英尺（大约60厘米），可是桑提亚哥却不服输，坚持与大鱼搏斗了两天两夜，终于将大鱼杀掉，绑在船弦上，准备带回岸上。这时意想不到的事情发生了，他与大鱼搏斗时流出了许多血，这些血引来了许多鲨鱼，尽管老人奋力抵抗，并杀死了许多条鲨鱼，却依然没有挡住鲨鱼的进攻……当老人回到岸边时，已经精疲力竭了，而那条大鱼却只剩下一颗硕大的鱼头和一条脊柱了。

老人与那条巨大的鱼斗争的情景让我十分着迷，老人沉着冷静，与大鱼周旋。那大鱼就像一个力大无穷的大力士，拖着船还可以不停的游动；可老人呢，好像完全不是他的对手，然而老人用他坚定不移的毅力、智慧的头脑以及多年捕鱼的经验和娴熟的技巧，终于战胜了那个似乎无人可抵的大鱼。故事似乎到这里就可以结束了，也应该结束了（我自认为），其实一个更大的困难才刚刚开始——他与大鱼搏斗时流出的血，吸引来了许多鲨鱼，面对这个前所未有，令人不敢想象的困难，老人没有放弃，依然用那坚定不移的毅力坦然面对，并说出了那句名言：“人不是生来就要给打败的。你尽可以消灭他，可就是打不败他。”这短短的几十个字，却蕴含了一个老人对困难无以畏惧的毅力与信心，这不是一种自我勉励，这时一句在危机来临之际，只有真正的勇者才能说的出的话。

这篇小说写的是人与大自然搏斗的故事，它的寓意是：人与处境，势力斗争会失败，然而他指出人类要勇敢的面对失败，做精神上胜利者——“一个人不是生来就要给打败的，你尽可以消灭他，可就是打不败他。”而人的真正胜利也只能是精神上的胜利。人在物质上无论取得多大成就，都不能赢得我们崇高的敬意；只有精神和气魄的胜利，才使我们感动，使我们为他悲壮落泪。整篇文章其实就是人和自然的决斗，是人战胜自我，征服自我，超越极限的争斗。老人其实就是人类的化身，海是人类征服的一切。人类的不完美，让人类追求，人类的追求又成就着人类的完美，人性的光辉体现在这部巨著中，它诠释了人活着应有的品格，人活着为了什么，那就是：人应该是乐观的，不屈服的对待一切；人应该是有耐心的，一切诸如贫穷、饥饿、战争都会过去，面对困难永不言败；人应该是多情的、情感生爱，对对手的赞美和爱，能增强征服困难的勇气和乐趣；人应该是勇敢的、无畏无惧的、不屈服与困境的，困境就会退却。人生的道路漫长艰难，而且充满坎坷，但只要自己勇敢顽强的以一颗自信的心去迎接挑战，将永远是一个真正的胜利者！人生就像一条小船，旅途不会永远风平浪静，只要我们能战胜巨大的海浪，就一定能使向自己心中的终点。

If Lucie Manette lives with him, he thinks, she would sustain much hardship. At the end of the story, he sacrifices his life for his love willingly.

Many people say that love is selfish and egocentric, but the temperament of Sydney Carton tells us that love can be sublime and pure. Through this, Dickens tells us loving someone doesn’t mean you should live together with him or her. You can help your beloved one silently, even sacrifice for love. This is universal fraternity, I think, which is the sublimation of normal love. And also, Dickens may indicate that true love really exists, regardless of the situation is full of commotion or not.

Charles Darney

He’s born at a family of royal lineage-the son of Marquis. Regret and abomination fill in his mind for the cruelty and the crime his family have done to the poor. He determines to quit the right of inheritance of his family and moves to England to acting as a French teacher. When he comes back to France, his notorious and sadistic uncle who holds the succession of the family doesn’t welcome him. His uncle is doomed to death because of his cruelty. She goes to France with Jarvis Lorry to take her father back, she shows great sympathy to Sydney Carton, and she prayed his husband would get an early deliverance from captivity.

She is a kind-hearted lady made of love and sympathy; she is also the incarnation of elegance.

Dr.Manette

As a victim of the gloom society, he lives a miserable and contradictory life. After releasing from prison, the only thing he does is making shoes, which become worse when he comes across a harsh situation. Dickens here implied that he doesn’t agree the upper class treat the poor badly, meanwhile, he doesn’t agree the lower-class to overthrow the upper class. He hopes that they can live in harmony with each other. Underneath the lines, Dickens wants his readers to be careful that the same sort of revolution that so damaged France wont happen in Britain, which is shown to be nearly as unjust as France. But his warning is addressed not to the British lower classes, but to the aristocracy. He repeatedly uses the metaphor of sowing and reaping; if the aristocracy continues to plant the seeds of a revolution through behaving unjustly, they can be certain of harvesting that revolution in time. The lower classes do not have any agency in this metaphor: they simply react to the behavior of the aristocracy. In this sense it can be said that while Dickens sympathizes with the poor, he identifies with the rich: they are the books audience, its "us" rather than its "them". Crush humanity out of shape once more, under similar hammers, and it will twist itself into the same tortured forms. Sow the same seed of rapacious license and oppression over again and it will surely yield the same fruit according to its kind.

《老人与海》之所以成为海明威的巅峰之作，之所以不同于海明威其他硬汉小说，就在于海明威在《老人与海》中，不但写了硬汉，而且通过这一硬汉讴歌了人类永恒价值。正是这一点使得《老人与海》中的硬汉圣地亚哥与海明威其他小说中的硬汉有了天壤之别。

“人不是为失败而生的，一个人可以被毁灭，但不可以给打败”。孤独的老渔夫圣地亚哥刚毅的性格、精湛的钓鱼术等勾勒出他已不仅仅是条硬汉，而他身上所体现的精神价值，更完全是古希腊悲剧精神的体现，作者海明威在他身上找到了一种灵魂，这灵魂是人类亘古不变的永恒价值。

从他身上看到了各种不同的、让人深思的境界：自信、勇敢、乐观、单纯、孤寂及睿智。而且从他身上可以品味到一种艺术，这种艺术在当今的人群中也是罕有的。

《老人与海》，一个“硬汉”以坚强的意志与凶恶的敌手进行一场孤独的抗争。老渔夫桑地亚歌84天一无所获，就连跟他一起出海的孩子也去了别的船。他真的是“倒了血霉”，失落和孤独此时是他唯一的朋友，也是敌人。但他并不畏惧强敌，不抱怨命运，始终为制服对手而顽强坚持着。第85天老渔夫似乎行了好运，终于钓到了一条1500磅的大鱼。当一个人苦苦等待，终于有机会的时候，他总是非常珍惜这难得的机会，想尽一切办法实现它。因为这是他精神支柱，只有实现了，他才能够继续那孤独难熬的日子。

从与大鱼周旋，到驱赶凶恶的鲨鱼，他的整个奋斗过程都处于个人单独承受外界冲击的状态。在最艰苦时方能见人的最大承受能力。那怕是在他累得精疲力尽的时候，依然把那已经被鲨鱼吃得只剩下骨骼架子的“大鱼”拉回岸边。“他看清它赤露的脊骨象一条白线，看清那带着突出的长嘴的黑糊糊的脑袋，而在这头尾之间却一无所有。”也许老渔夫一无所获，但他却获得战胜强敌的胜利。正是在这个艰苦而孤独的奋斗过程中，才使得老渔夫的形象更加高大，更加感人。

在整个与强大对手斗争的过程中，老渔夫的“硬汉”形象鲜明而突出。这个“硬汉”是海明威人格理想的体现，又是人类与大自然顽强斗争的象征，代表着一种健康、积极向上的精神。他的这种“硬汉”的意志力反衬出那些迷惘彷徨的人的人生境界的狭小。

当我们遇到前所未有的苦难的时候，我们应该想想那在大海上孤独地与强敌战斗的“硬汉”。这样，我们就会发现其实有许多困难并没有想象中的那么不可战胜。

如果我们有“硬汉”的精神，还是可以激发我们的最大潜能，克服我们本不可想象的困难。

"The ugly duckling" the feeling after reading

Mother duck to hatch a very strange eggs, this only "duck" monstrous not only, and looks ugly. Therefore, everybody laughs at it, discrimination against it. The surrounding the animals dont like it, so the mother duck and began to hate it. But the little ugly duck then alone run out and experienced many difficulties, heavy tribulation, the ugly duckling finally become the most beautiful white swan!!!!!

When the little ugly duck into the white swan, by everybodys praise, it said: "when I was an ugly duckling, I never dreamed of so much happiness!" When people see the beautiful white swan, always admire the beauty of it. But when it was the ugly duckling, who put it in the eye?

鸭妈妈孵出了一只十分奇怪的蛋，这只“小鸭子”不仅大得吓人，而且长相丑陋。因此，大家都嘲笑它，歧视它。周围的动物们都不喜欢它，于是鸭妈妈便也开始讨厌它。无奈的丑小鸭便独自跑了出去，经历了重重困难、重重磨难之后，丑小鸭最终变成了最美的白天鹅!

当丑小鸭变成白天鹅，受到了大家的赞美时，它说：“当我还是一只丑小鸭的时候，我做梦也没有想到会有这么多的幸福!” 当人们看到美丽的白天鹅时，都会赞叹它的美丽。可当它还是丑小鸭的时候，谁又把它放在了眼里?

丑小鸭的经历告诉我们一个道理：要实现自己的目标，就必须努力。有的人小时候是“白天鹅”，但是没有努力，最终还是一个平庸的人。很多名人小时候就是“丑小鸭”，他们也和我们一样，拥有自己的理想，虽然总是碰壁，但他们锲而不舍，屡败屡战，终于也成为一只只“白天鹅”，在蓝天上空翱翔!!

你听过老人与海鸥的故事么？这是一个真实的故事。

一位老人每到冬天，每天都会步行二十多里路来到翠湖边，只为了给在这里的海鸥喂食，与它们相伴。十几年下来，老人跟鸥群建立了深厚的感情，他还根据每只海鸥的特点，为它们都起了一个亲昵的名字——独角、老沙、灰头、红嘴、公主……

不幸的是，老人突然去世了，人们为了纪念他，将他生前喂鸥群的照片放大，摆放在翠湖边上，意想不到的事情发生了——一群海鸥突然飞来，围着老人的遗像翻飞盘旋，连声鸣叫，像是意识到了老人发生了意外，再也见不到他了。海鸥们纷纷落地，在老人遗像前站成两排，肃立不动，像是为老人守灵的白翼天使。当人们不得不把遗像收回时，海鸥们像炸了营似的，扑向老人的遗像。

从故事中我体会到，海鸥们是那么舍不得离开老人，他们在用自己特殊的方式表达对老人的留恋。读完这个故事，老人对海鸥浓浓深情触动了我，同时，我也为鸥群对老人的不舍与留恋而震撼！

是啊！动物是有灵性的，它们是我们的亲密的朋友，我们对它们付出的任何一份感情，都能得到它们加倍的回报。让我们行动起来吧，善待、爱护动物，与动物和谐相处，让它们的心和我们一起飞翔！

“一艘船越过世界的尽头，驶向未知的大海，船头上悬挂着一面虽然饱经风雨剥蚀却依旧艳丽无比的旗帜，旗帜上，舞动着云龙一般的四个字闪闪发光——超越极限！”作者海明威是这样评价他的作品《老人与海》的。

《老人与海》塑造了一个经典的硬汉形象。古巴的一个名叫桑地亚哥的老渔夫，独自一个人出海打鱼，在一无所获的48天之后钓到了一条无比巨大的马林鱼。这是老人从来没见过也没听说过的比他的船还长两英尺的一条大鱼。鱼大劲也大，拖着小船漂流了整整两天两夜，老人在这两天两夜中经历了从未经受的艰难考验，终于把大鱼刺死，拴在船头。然而这时却遇上了鲨鱼，老人与鲨鱼进行了殊死搏斗，结果大马林鱼还是被鲨鱼吃光了，老人最后拖回家的只剩下一副光秃秃的鱼骨架。

海明威为什么没有让老人最终胜利呢？用小说中老人的话来说：“一个人并不是生来就要被打败的”，“人尽可以被毁灭，但却不能被打败。”这就是《老人与海》想揭示的哲理。不可否认，只要是人就都会有缺陷。当一个人承认了这个缺陷并努力去战胜它而不是去屈从它的时候，无论最后是捕到一条完整的马林鱼还是一副空骨架，这都已经无所谓了，因为一个人的生命价值已在那追捕马林鱼的过程中充分地体现了。曾经为自己的理想努力追求过、奋斗过，难道他不是一个胜利者吗？老渔夫就是敢于挑战自身缺陷及自己勇气和信心的胜利者。从世俗胜利观的角度看，老渔夫不是最后的胜利者，因为尽管开始他战胜了大马林鱼，但是最终大马林鱼还是让鲨鱼吃了，他只是带着大马林鱼的白骨架子回到了岸上，也就是说，鲨鱼才是胜利者。可是，在理想主义者眼里，老渔夫就是胜利者，因为他始终没有向大海没有向大马林鱼更没有向鲨鱼妥协和投降。就如音乐大师贝多芬所说“我可以被摧毁，但我不能被征服”。

人性是强悍的，人类本身有自己的限度，但正是因为有了老渔夫这样的人一次又一次地向限度挑战，超越它们，这个限度才一次次扩大，一次次把更大的挑战摆在了人类面前。在这个意义上，老渔夫桑地亚哥这样的英雄，不管他们挑战限度是成功还是失败，都是值得我们永远敬重的。因为，他带给我们的是人类最为高贵的自信！

人生本来就是一种无止境的追求。它的道路漫长、艰难，而且充满坎坷，但只要自己勇敢顽强地以一颗自信的心去迎接挑战，他将永远是一个真正的胜利者！

他，一个坚强，不畏困难，不怕失败的人。他虽然屡受打击，却从未放弃过心中的希望。他虽然屡次失败，却从未有灰心丧气的念头。他多次险些丧命，却在无畏中一次又一次点燃胜利的希望之火。他就是海明威笔下的硬汉——圣地亚哥

圣地亚哥是个不走运的老头儿——出海84天一无所获，常跟着他大鱼的小男孩也因此被父母叫回。但是，老人并没有丧失信心，而是在第85天继续出海，终于捕到了一条大马林鱼。但这条比他船还大的大马林鱼力量非常大，它拖着小船漂流了整整两天两夜。在这两天两夜中，老人经历了从未经历过的艰难考验，终于把大鱼刺死，栓在船边上。然而在返航途中却遇上了鲨鱼，老人与鲨鱼进行殊死搏斗，结果大马林鱼还是被鲨鱼吃光了，老人最后拖回家的只是鱼头，鱼尾和一副毫无价值的光秃秃的鱼骨架。

从结局看来，老人似乎是个失败者。但这副近乎用生命换来的鱼骨架，却彰显了老人生命的硬度，老人用顽强演绎了一首生命之歌。老人虽然失败了，但他依然是英雄，是一位敢于与命运进行抗争的硬汉英雄。

面对巨大的大马林鱼，面对强大的鲨鱼，老人没有退缩，没有害怕，他一直不屈不饶地与他们进行殊死搏斗。他是敢于挑战自身缺陷及自己勇气和信心的胜利者。“人不是为失败而生的，一个人可以被毁灭，但不能被打败。”老人的这句话诠释了英雄与硬汉的内涵，诠释了生命的意义。

“我会跟他们战斗，一直战死为止。”这个硬汉面对挑战如是说。像老渔夫圣地亚哥这样的英雄，不管他挑战的结果是成功还是失败，都是值得我们永远敬重的。因为，他带给我们的是人类最为高贵的自信与顽强!

不屈服于困境，不低头于失败，脚踏实地，坚持不懈，把不值得变成值得，把不可能化为可能。像老人一样，永不言弃亦永不言败，成功便在眼前。

一个平凡的大海，一个平凡的老人，一个简单的故事，却给我们一个深刻印象，告诉我们一个深刻的道理。

老渔夫桑地亚年轻时是一位出色的渔夫，到了老年他的精力和反应都远不如以前。妻子死后，他一个人孤单的生活在海边，只有一个小孩亲近他，崇拜他。他已经一连八十四天没有打到鱼了，对于一个渔夫来说这是一个耻辱。但在第八十五天他依然顽强的出海打鱼。这一次，他碰上了一条足有十八英尺长的大鱼，这条鱼激起了老渔夫挑战它的决心。老人与大鱼奋战了两个昼夜，在这个过程中他不断和鱼，和鸟，和大海对话。凭借自己顽强的毅力和坚定的信念，他终于挺了过去，征服了庞大的鱼，但在回来的路上，一大批鲨鱼被吸引过来，老渔夫吃力的与鲨鱼搏斗，但干枯的精力无法阻挡鲨鱼猛烈的进攻。鲨鱼把大鱼吃了，那条大鱼变成了一副空空的骨架，最后，老渔夫把巨大的骨架拖回了岸上。

在老人无力的时候，小孩是老人唯一的亮点，因为这一亮点，老人找回了自我。老人失败了，但，也成功了。他战胜了自身、大鱼，但也输给了鲨鱼。晚上，老人睡着了，小孩在他身边守护着他。那一晚，老人梦见了雄狮，那是力量的象征。

看完这本书，我的心久久不能平静，这位平凡而又可敬的老人，使我深深懂得了：做人不应该被任何困难所吓倒，我们应该尽我们最大的努力与生活中的磨难，做不屈不挠的斗争。

以前的我一遇到困难，往往先畏缩，没有人鼓励，引导，就会失去自我。读完《老人与海》以后，他顽强的毅力，坚定的信念影响了我。今后的我不管遇到什么困难，总会迎难而上，坚持到底。

自信，顽强，坚定，永不言败，这就是老人教给我的.，人可以被打倒，但不能被打败。

“老人与海”读后感看了很多名著，一直都不敢妄加评论，并不完全因为怯懦，更多的是一种尊敬的心理;因为作为名著其实都有他深刻的一面，在看似平淡的书写里，透出的是仁者见仁，智者见智的东西;这就是为什么传世名著以散文和小说居多的原因，诗歌和评论就因为其鲜明地个性和观点，使其成为时势英雄，最后或者被利用成工具，或者因为时间的推移成为花瓶式的摆设。看榕树下作者“远处飘来一朵云”的评论，“一朵云”的年轻(我只是说思想)，使她/他看到“冰山在海上移动之所以显得庄严宏伟，是因为它只有八分之一露出水面”，“一朵云”看到的也只是海明威所写的，露出水面的八分之一，那水下的呢，还有它的八分之七的根基呢;老人桑提亚哥出海挑战大海的时候，那是人类都会引为自豪的象征，勇于挑战和渴望征服浩瀚的大海，渴望和一条真正的鲨鱼面对面的挑战;一条船，一个老人，一片浩瀚的大海;鲨鱼出现了，大海只派了他的小小的鲨鱼出现了，老人和小船，大海派来的小小的鲨鱼，老人是人类的代表，老人眼里是条真正的鲨鱼;于是，老人抖擞精神，和鲨鱼进行着殊死搏斗，一场征服和反征服的搏斗，“大块的鱼肉”和后来的争夺，局部的胜利之后，当老人感觉胜利在握的时候，“鲨鱼忽然……”，老人最后是空着双手，幸运地“凯旋”。

我最初看“老人与海”之后，只感叹了一句，人最终不知道自己需要什么，征服了什么;依然还是这样的感叹，在9.11之后和之前，布什也许从来没看过他故乡的老人，给他的忠告;老人与海的挑战，进行了不屈不饶征服，但是你是不是想过，人是不是在不屈不饶的制造问题，然后再去解决他，到底这世界最后谁征服谁，征服了之后做什么，为什么要征服而不是……中国古代文化的内涵，在与亲和力，而不是征服的力量，海明威参加过美国人的英雄思维，就是强调征服的力量，但是失明后的他，开始思考征服的意义，所以才有老人和海;美国在里的结果，海明威是里的老人，人类的生存意识是海，如果盲目的强调一个生命对另个生命的征服和占有，即使进行着不屈不饶的过程，结果只有海明威所写的，老人空着手回航：“一个人并不是生来要被打败的，你尽可以把他消灭掉，但永远不会打败他”，人如此，其他的生命呢?

这个暑假，我读了一本著名的小说《老人与海》，这本书给了我极大的启示。

书的作者是欧内斯特。海明威，书中的主人公是一个叫亚地圣哥的老渔民，作者采用故事叙述的方式描写了亚地圣哥出海捕鱼的一段经历。

故事以主人公出海84天没有捕到一条鱼为悬念，在茫茫大海中孤立无助，却又信念坚定，随后的第85天却独自钓到一条世所罕见的大鱼，围绕着如何把鱼带回港口，主人公历经千辛万苦，最后只是把大鱼的骨架带了回来，随着故事情节的展开，作者向读者展现了一位捕鱼手艺与自身行为准则及自然法则完美结合的老渔民。

本书的故事情节跌宕起伏，高潮迭起，主人公经常遇到难以克服的困境，却往往又峰回路转，犹如柳暗花明又一村，同时作者又以生动的笔触、细腻的心理描写刻画了一个血肉丰满的主人公，他信念坚定，有所追求，但又有自己的行为准则，作为一生捕鱼的渔民，他技艺高超，经验丰富，却又尊重自然，爱护自然，不因自己的一时得失而患得患失，故事的结局令人深思。

通过本书的阅读，我觉得不仅要学习作者的写作技巧，更要学习主人公的精神。

Read "the old man and the sea" this article, I could not help secretly for Hemingways masterpiece. Image lifelike the story describes how an old man with a firm belief deftly will be a big fish to his humble, and how to get rid of "invasion of the enemy" -- a shark. Although he failed to bring the whole fish back, but his spirit is worth our learning: people must have the self-confidence, he will say to yourself "I can do it!" . You think about it, if the old man caught a fish, 7, 8 times more than himself he saw was afraid, put the fish, he can put the fish back to Hong Kong? No, no, he relies on ordinary people to accept such determination, to catch the big fish.

In our class, there is learning of poor students, they are lack of confidence to oneself, plus others ironic, then, they have no interest in learning, thus make grades decline gradually, falling...

Now the society developed, if can clone the self-confidence, that I must have a clone, send it to lack of confidence friend!

读了《老人与海》这篇文章，我不禁暗暗为海明威的巨作叫好。这个故事形象逼真的描写了一个老人是怎样靠着坚定的信念灵巧地将一头大鱼捕到自己那简陋的船上，又是怎样赶走“来犯之敌”――鲨鱼。虽然他没能将整条鱼运回去，但他的精神值得我们学习：人要有自信心，遇事要对自己说“我能行!”。大家想一想，如果这位老人钓到了一条比自己大上7，8倍的鱼，他见了就害怕，把鱼放了，那他能将鱼运回来为自己争光吗?不，不能，他正是靠着这样常人难以接受决心，才能捕到这条大鱼。

在我们班上，有学习差的同学，他们就是对自己信心不足，再加上旁人的讽刺，这时，他们对学习毫无兴趣，从而使学习成绩逐步下降，下降……

现在的社会发达了，如果能克隆自信心的话，那我一定克隆一份，将它送给信心不足的朋友!
