本次英语命题是八年级备课组命题，以考查基础知识为主，在此基础上考查学生综合运用语言的能力。命题材料贴近学生生活，难度适中。期中听力题，短文首字母填空和书面表达失分较多。我所教两个班级在均分，及格率和优秀率上都比较接近，均分60分左右，八(1)班19个及格、高分9个，八(2)班21个及格、11个高分。

从本次考试所反映的现状来看，今后的教学中应注意：

1、加强听力训练，营造语言环境。课堂上一定要加强对学生的听力训练，坚持用英语组织教学，尽可能利用多种教学资源让学生接触地道的语音、语调，多听英、美人士的录音材料。

2、狠抓基础知识，加强写作训练。书面表达能客观地反映学生英语基础知识掌握情况，并且一直是学生的薄弱环节。

3、继续注重英语阅读教学。阅读理解在我们的各种测试中所占分值越来越大，而且选材也更趋广泛化。因此课堂教学中要侧重“篇章”，强调“含义”，将语篇教学贯穿于课文教学和阅读理解教学中，利用语篇教学扩大学生词汇量，增强语感，丰富文化知识，提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

4、注重兴趣培养，慎防两极分化。从试卷分析中可以看出，两个班级都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。一定要注意激发、培养学生的学习兴趣，关注学生的情感，营造宽松，民主、和谐的教学氛围，保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。只有这样，掉队的学生才会减少，也才可能大面积提高均分。

“写”在学生所必需要掌握的听、说、读、写、译五项基本技能中作为一项产出技能，不仅反映了学生所掌握的语言知识，也反映了他们的语言技能，可见其在中学英语教学中起到十分重要的作用。

第一，营造良好的英语写作氛围，培养学生的英语写作兴趣，使学生拥有一个良好的写作动机。在指导学生进行英文写作时，我没有很好的解决学生写作的动机。学习动机与学习兴趣是相辅相成的，只有不断地激发学生的学习兴趣，才能引导他们将兴趣转化为良好而稳定的学习动机。根据第一篇作文中所得到的反馈信息，我在第二次的写作任务中，将全班学生分为五个写作小组，让小组的成员在写作前进行交流，讨论作文的主题以及需要表达的主要内容等等，并且过后让小组成员阅读其他组员的作文，如此一来，不仅加强了同学们之间的合作与交流，也培养了学生们的写作热情及兴趣，学生们的写作动机也越来越明确。

第二，在课堂内外帮助学生丰富他们的知识。从反馈信息中可以看出学生的知识水平相当有限，这一问题主要表现在学生无法根据作文题目给出具体的信息，例如，题目为：Do you have a cold? Write about what you should and shouldn’t do.由于对生活的观察程度不同，一些学生在写作时，无法就题目所提出的问题给出具体的建议，而另外一些同学若是已经掌握了相关的主题知识则会感到有内容可写。可见，学生对于写作的主题知识的不熟悉，会导致了写作过程受到了影响，内容也难免显得空洞。为了提高学生的知识水平，在课内，我依据教材内容，对教材所涉及到的文化知识进行补充及拓展，在课外，我鼓励学生仔细观察生活中的点点滴滴，并且勤于阅读课外书籍，勤于实践，从书本中、社会生活中获得种种经验，用以指导以后的英语写作。

第三，在教学中实抓学生的写作基本技能。英语写作基本技能主要包括能正确使用标点符号，能够正确运用语法知识使文章语句通顺，能在文章中表达自己的观点和态度等。在学生们所写的作文中，写作技能较差主要表现在词汇较为缺乏、语法不正确、标点符号运用不正确等。其中，标点符号是英语写作中最基本的技能，但学生们却将中英文标点符号的用法弄混淆。许多学生喜欢用逗号来连接两个句子，而不是分号或连接词，这在汉语中是可行的，在英语中却违法了规则。

我认为在平时的教学中应该多加强调标点符号的用法，对于学生常出错的用法可以在课堂上为学生们进行分析并给予纠正。并且，学生在遣词造句中经常会按照汉语的方式去进行，这就是所谓的“中式英语”。老师在写作教学中，应当鼓励学生加强训练，练习造句，练习汉英互译，并且要勤于模范优秀的范文，这样才能加强学生的英语写作基本技能。

总之，我们在英语写作教学中应按照《英语课程标准》的要求，并结合学生的具体情况，在教学思路上求实创新，帮助学生养成良好的写作习惯和掌握有效的写作方法;培养学生的学习能力、观察能力以及想象能力;拓展学生的文化视野，不断提高学生的写作能力。

考试后反思：虽然我的学习成绩不怎么样，但是我知道父母、老师对我还有着很大的期望。这次考试我却又考砸了，而且考得特别糟(数学倒数第二)，老师把试卷发了下来，我仔细地浏览了一遍，考砸的主要原因是：粗心、马虎。既然犯了错误就要改正。所以，通过这次考试，我也想了很多，以后一定要端正我的学习态度、养成良好的学习习惯。首先我要改掉做题不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往就看题目的前半段，就开始解答题目了，结果是答非所问。这也许和其他一些学习技巧有关系。总之，以后一定会在做题的过程中认真审题，细心读题，把题目看准、看清楚。做完题目后要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯相似的错误。其次，我最主要的是要加强语文、数学、英语三门主科的学习。平日大家都聚在一起做同样的题目，我都觉得会做。可是一旦题目稍作变动，我就不会做了。

the industry in China。 The pany is said to have known of the problem for months，

Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk

scandal? On one hand， plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part

duties.We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive， and the

government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and

often ambiguous duties。 On the other， food producers and suppliers lack deserved

responsibility for consumers! What they cares is only their own interest and

profit maximization.

学习《滥竽充数》，让学生读课文，边听边想：南郭先生从来不会吹竽，为什么也得到了和别人一样的傣禄?引导他们理解句子：“战国时，齐宣王喜欢听吹竽，他总是叫许多人一齐吹给他听。”通过比较三个句子：（★战国时，齐宣王喜欢听吹竽，他叫许多人一齐吹给他听。★战国时，齐宣王喜欢听吹竽，他常常叫许多人一齐吹给他听。★战国时，齐宣王喜欢听吹竽，他总是叫许多人一齐吹给他听。）从而知道南郭先生能够混的原因，再读“可是他不要许多人一齐吹，而要一个一个地单独吹。” 所以最后南郭先生只好逃走。再次基础上，谈谈读了这个故事知道了什么。

学习《画龙点睛》，则从题目入手，引导学生自主提问：(l)张僧繇画的龙为什么不“点睛”?(2)后来为什么又给龙画上眼睛?(3)“点睛”的结果怎样? 逐题讨论，指导朗读；启发想象，领悟寓意。

《语文课程标准》对三年级习作提出这样的基本要求：乐于表达，对习作有兴趣；留心周围的事物，不拘形式地写下见闻、感受和想象，内容要有趣、有益；课前可以引导学生看看有关写自己的，以启发思路。在习作中尝试运用平时积累的语言，特别优美的词句；学习修改习作中有明显错误的词句、标点。教师要鼓励学生大胆向大家介绍一个真实的自己，不要胡编乱造。指导学生注意选取合适的角度来表现自己。

《说说我自己》是人教版教材三年级下册第三单元的习作题，本次作文的内容是向别人介绍自己。本次习作和口语交际的训练可以紧密结合。在口语交际课学生听、说、评的一系列活动的基础上，引导学生交流课前搜集的一两篇写自己的佳作，从读中学写。然后选择最能反映自己特点的某一方面，将它们写下来。

基于此，我在作文教学指导时，首先作了三方面的习作要求：一、介绍的是自己而不是别人；二、介绍要抓住特点来讲述；三、要说真话，写完后加个题目。为了激发学生作文的兴趣，我还设计了一个&ldqu;题目套餐&rdqu;打开学生的思路，让他们有话可说，有话可写，感受到作文不是一件困难的事。

然后要求学生们按下面的习作提示进行习作：1.选择合适的角度来表现自己,可以突出个人的某一方面的特点,如>．>，也可以是多角度介绍自己，如>。2．怎样写自己？介绍自己的方法有很多，可以先向读者问好，可以描写自己的外貌．身材．性格．爱好等作自我介绍。 3．写自己只要你能有条理的把自己的各方面情况介绍清楚就可以了。

最后为了让学生更好的把握的结构和重点，我通过出示了一篇习作范文，让孩子们看看别人是怎样介绍自己的，帮助学生打开写作的思路，起到了非常好的效果。这样指导，大部分的学生作文兴趣高，基本上把自己的相貌介绍给别人，还写得很形象，自己的特点方面写得更好。尤其是有一部分学生将发生在自己身上的一些有趣的、难忘的、与众不同的事情，与自己的性格特点结合起来写，更是生动有趣、别具一格！

从课堂上学生的表现看，孩子们对于自己的性格、优缺点以及发生在自己身上的有趣的、难忘的事还是讲得相当有条理的，这说明他们确实很了解自己。虽然有时候表达的语句不是很清晰，但意思很明确，课堂上我们班的孩子给了我很多的收获！

一、让学生从范文中学“仿”作文，鼓励学生的自信心，从而消除畏难情绪

学生的模仿性很强，先仿写范文对逐步提高他们的写作水平是非常有益的。老师在指导学生作文时，便可训练学生从仿写句子、仿写片段到仿写范文，让学生从范文体会各种写作方法的技巧和语言。

“仿”不能机械的模仿，不能照范文生搬硬套，例如，在练习对人物外貌进行写作时，很多同学写出的人物面部特征都是“有一双水汪汪的大眼睛、高高的鼻梁、樱桃小嘴、弯弯的柳叶眉、红红的脸蛋”等。难道这世界上真有这么多容貌如此相仿的人物吗？答案是否定的。这就不是“仿”，而是“抄”。这是我们老师在作文教学时不希望看到的现象，但它确实存在。像这样的例子数不胜数。因此，老师在教学生写作的过程中不能使学生的思维受到约束，而要让他们有自己的思维特点。例如，学习了《春》一课后，让学生学习了文章是怎样通过细心观察来描写大自然优美景色的，让他们仿写了《夏》。实际上学生进行模范性写作训练时，创造思维之光就在其中闪耀。他们的习作，正是张开的创造性思维的双翅，慢慢地他们就能搏击长空。

二、精心设计作文题目，激发学生写作兴趣

培养学生的写作兴趣，激发学生的创作热情应成为作文教学的重要原则。语文老师的主要职责就是要善于运用各种方法使学生对写作产生兴趣，消除害怕作文的心理，努力实现由“要我写”向“我要写”的转变。实现这一转变的基本前提是教师必须对学生的生活实际、心理特点、思想状况、写作水平有一个深刻全面的认识和把握。在具体的写作训练中，给出适合学生的作文材料，精心设计作文题目。好的文题能让学生感到兴致盎然，只要贴近学生实际，标新立异，就能调动他们的写作热情。如“初中生活形象设计”、“给心灵下场雪”、“阳光灿烂的日子”等。在我们现在的日常作文教学中，许多老师并不重视作文的命题选择，表现在对学生作文的训练缺乏通盘考虑，作文布置往往兴之所至，信手拈来，题目陈旧，内容重复，致使学生了无兴趣，丝毫没有创作激情。其实作文题目命得怎样，集中体现了一个语文老师自身的素质水平，也关系到写作训练的成败。所以本人极为重视作文的命题。命题要贴近学生生活，善于捕捉他们生活中闪光的情景。

三、指导学生广泛阅读，获取大量信息。从而提高学生写作能力

要提高学生写的能力，必须先提高学生的阅读能力。阅读是写作的基础，是获取写作范例的重要途径。“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”、“劳于读书，逸于作文”这是前人在读写实践中总结出来的经验。读书是吸收、积累的过程，思想、素材、感受以至语言的表达方法都在不知不觉中储存起来。一旦需要，这些储存就会蜂拥而至，跳出来供你应用；你可以很自然地随手拈来，不费思索而顺理成章，进而推陈出新，把自己的情意表达得生动、完美。多读的确是一条通向学好写作的成功之路。

当今社会是信息的社会，每时每刻都有很多信息通过各种媒介在流动着。而当代中学生的生活阅历较浅，因而就须每天阅读，获愁和博贮信息，造成一种势能，使胸中有故事。把阅读获得的信息转化为创造能力，从而产生不吐不快的写作欲望。我们向学生推荐《语文报》、《中学语文》、《读者文摘》、《故事会》等杂志，从而使学生增加了阅读量，积累了丰富的写作素材，因而有了写文章的积极性。

自然，多读还要多写，任何技能技巧，都需要反复历练，写作也一样，训练达不到一定强度或熟练程度，就难奏效。写作更是一种创新，必须在反复实践中体味、揣摩才能悟出其中的规律。要养成勤动笔的习惯。滴水穿石，熟能生巧，写作能力是在不断实践中提高的。多读多写文，只有多写了，作起文章来才能得心应手。连大文豪鲁迅先生说起自己的写作体会，也是这样强调的：“文章应该怎样做，我说不出来，因为自己的作文，是由于多看和练习，此外并无心得或方法。”（鲁迅《致赖少麟信》）因此，初学写作者应勤练笔，只有坚持练笔，才能以“量”来促进“质”的飞跃。所以平时让学生坚持写日记。从刚接一个班开始就让他们每天都去记自己看到的、听到的一些人、事、景、物，感受到的周围的变化以及从一天的学习生活中得到的一些感悟。一步一个脚印，一步一步慢慢来。“用我眼看世界，用我手写我心”，作文自然能够学得扎扎实实，循序渐进，写作水平也就不断提高。

四、开放作文评改方式，师评、自评、互评相结合

在传统教学模式中，语文教师是学生作文的唯一阅读者和评价者，教师个人主观性特别强，而且往往很不及时，不利于学生对自己作文的正确认识。新《课标》指出：“实施评价，应注意教师的评价、学生的自我评价与学生间互相评价相结合”。新《课标》还强调：“重视引导学生在自我修改和相互修改的过程中提高写作能力。”我们在习作评改教学实践中将师评、自评、互评相结合，使全体学生参与了评价别人、评价自己和被别人评价的活动，使每一位学生既是评价者，又是被评价者。他们在学习活动中始终处于主动的地位。如把自己的作文读给全班同学或组内同学或同桌同学听，请同学打分或评级，并谈谈为什么得分又为什么扣分。在班内举行作文展览，让学生阅读自己的，欣赏他人的等等。并且让学生人人办了自己的文学小报，把自己的作文发在上面，完了以后全班进行交流，实现了更加充分共赏互评的效果。这样，学生通过自我诊断、共赏互评，清楚地看到了自己的不足，学习别人的长处，使写作能力不断进步。

总之，良好的作文教学效果应该是学生优秀的禀赋、主体意识的强化与写作规律的有效渗透的结晶。而作文教学又是一项长期的艰苦细致的系统工程。在这项工程中，我们要做的工作还很多。今后，我们要勇于开拓，继续探索作文教学的新路子，为增强学生的写作能力，提高学生的写作水平而不懈地努力奋斗。
