二、勇于改革，丰富课堂内容形式。

一、尊重新教材，建构新的知识体系，这一点对于在规定学时不能完成教学任务的教师来说非常重要。根据课标，新的高中历史课程，与初中课程有“衔接”，但“避免简单重复”，强调“遵循高中历史教学规律”和内容选择上的“基础性、时代性”。无视于此，想在新教材中融入旧教材的知识体系，势必完不成教学任务，而且还会违背新课程的基本理念。本课的课标要求是，“简述辛亥革命的主要过程，认识推翻君主专制制度，建立中华民国的历史意义”。据此，我确定的知识体系也分为两部分即“过程”与“认识”。

二、尊重历史，求真求善，合理组织使用课程资源。历史会因教材转述而部分失真，如本课下面一句：“以孙中山为首的资产阶级革命党人成立兴中会等革命团体，决心推翻清王朝的统治，建立资产阶级共和国。”对此，一，孙中山最初并不追求共和;二、革命团体光复会只反清并不追求共和;三、反清与狭隘反满思想结合在一起的。这里，我引入了孙杨之争，兴中会，光复会的入会誓词，还原了历史本来面目，并在比较中让学生感受到共和革命的复杂性。教材不是全部，教师才是最重要的课程资源，教师对资源的整合水平才是真正的课程质量标志。

三、尊重学生，正确处理课堂教学中预设与生成的关系。新教学观认为，对于给定的内容，师生都有其自身的理解，教学就是这种“个性化理解”的交流及其后对给定内容的再理解。对教师来说，首先要界定“给定的内容”并加以整合，然后呈现给学生(此点上文已述);其次，关注课堂上学生的反应，并不失时机地进行调整，以促成课堂上精彩的生成!本课教学中，我对教材文本的独特理解在于：辛亥革命的过程，其实是共和从理想到现实，从少数人的追求到“深入人心”的过程，同时此过程又是革命与立宪，反清与共和交互作用的过程。据此我把整合的资源呈现给学生，这就是预设。从学生的角度看，面临的“给定内容”包括教材和教师出示的相关资料。用教材解析资料，或用资料加深对教材，甚至是课标的深层理解。是学生课堂学习必须注意的两方面，这就是生成。本课教学中，学生正确比较兴中会，光复会，同盟会宗旨等的过程，即是生成过程的重要方面。

以上三点，是我个人认为较成功之处，也可能是同事们一致肯定的“符合课改方向”的体现。以下再谈几点不足。

一是知识体系的板书要更具体些。

二是要进一步转变史学观念，加强历史学科修养。

三是要把握知识与能力的深浅度。

在今后指导学生写景时，一定要再细一些，真正让学生学会习作的方法。在讲解作文时多从他们的身上找一些闪光点，让学生把自己想说的话都说出来，再让他们用上一些修辞书法把句子说的形象、生动，并且发挥出他们的想象能力，把我们身边的景色写的比现实中更美。让他们把写作文当成一种期待，让快乐的情感体验伴随他们的写作。

在教学过程中，有的孩子非常好问，提出了与课文相关的一些问题，比如，冰心的父亲是谁？文中提到的三个姊妹分别叫什么？由于课堂时间有限和本人储备不足等原因，没直接回答这些问题，而是告诉他们，课下利用多媒体网络搜集相关资资料，看谁搜集的准确，引发他们浓厚的兴趣，培养他们自己搜集资料的习惯。

纵观这节课，大体完成了教学目标，但有些地方完成得还不是很到位，比如，本文是篇散文诗，最好通过学生有感情的朗读来体会课文、品味课文，在引导学生读上我还做得不够；课堂气氛不是很活跃，有待提高；在情感升华这个环节中，时间仓促，没给更多学生发言的机会，情感教育还不是很到位。在今后的教学中，我要不断加地以改进，提高自己的教育教学水平！

杜威曾说:”教肓原来就是生活的另一种呈现方式。”我们的语文课程不是外在于人的一种存在。语文的发生本就是因着人们表白的需要渗透着生活的感悟，生活中时时处处都蕴含语文资源，语文学习也应植根于现实，向着生活世界回归。在这次写话中，我在课内课外之间架起一座桥梁，让孩子们扑进大自然的怀抱中，他们用眼去看、用心去感受、用自己的语言介绍所看到的情景，让孩子们有充盁的情感和表达的欲望。水，满则自溢，人，情动而辞发。为了降低写话难度，我营造多种说话情景，让孩子进行语言训练。首先，让孩子通过看、听、想认识老师，教给他们认识事物的方法，再用儿歌创设情景，让他们说说看到的，听到的，对秋天有一个总的认识，然后交流学生收集到的图片、实物进行说话训练，最后观察图画，按顺序说说图上秋天的景物，把他写下来。在说话的同时，引导学生展开想象力，乐于运用学到的词语。孩子们轻松表达，在愉快的状态下想说、愿说、会写。

[美丽的秋天作文教学

Everybody has his or her interest， and interests differ widely from person

to person because of age， sex health and education. To some extent， interest

also reflects ones ability or wish. Interest plays an important part in our

daily life. As a middle school student interest is of great importance in study.

If you want to learn something well， you have to show interest in it， which is

quite possible. Once you have found your way into the subject， you may have also

found a world of curiosities.

In our times， interest may not only result in skill and knowledge but also

lead to great inventions and discoveries. To be a successful person in the world

one should develop ones interest.

My hometown is beautiful place It stands near a wide river at the foot of low green hills. It has many tall buildings and wide streets. There are trees and flowers everywhere.

But it has not always been like that. In the old days, it was a sad dirty little town. Landlords and merchants lived in the few good houses. For the working people there were only dark, unhealthy rooms in old buildings and huts in narrow muddy streets. Nearly everyone was poor and many had no work.

Everything has changed since liberation. The people, led by the Party, have got rid of the mud and dirt. They have put up schools, theaters, shops and flats. They have an assembly hall and a hospital. Along the river they have built offices, hotels and parks. A lot of factories have sprung up. On the river, streamers and boats come and go busily, day and night. They carry the products of our industries to all parts of the country.

I love my hometown, and I love its people. They also have changed. Healthy and happy, they are going all out to build socialism.

高中生“一怕文言文，二怕周树人，三怕写作文”，而我们作为高中语文教师不也一样在这三个方面存有太多的困惑吗？穷则思变。《易?系辞下》：“穷则变，变则通，通则久。”我们作为语文教师要想有所突破，这三座大山是绕不过的。它们就在那里，就在我们的面前。想让我们的学生爬过山，我们自己首先要翻山越岭。

关于作文，我们让我们的学生做了什么。

我们有阅读摘抄本，里面有学生平时的阅读摘除，来源有《名家散文》《读者》《青年文摘》《意林》《高考满分作文选》等，其他还有他们自己的书籍，老师们给引发的阅读材料，试卷中讲评过的文章等。作文怎么写，老师说多读，多做摘抄，写好感悟。

作文写作训练。

两节作文课，我们布置好题目，学生开始写。上交后，我们开始漫长的批改。而后是讲评。选出几篇优秀的作文当堂朗读。主要是鼓励，表扬，为大家作文树立一个学习的榜样。指出其中可取可学之处，主要有审题、立意、语言、结构、修辞、表达、材料等。老师很是苦于批改作文，集中批改难免粗糙，易于疲倦。学生互相批阅，一看老师引导，而看学生程度。好则相互促进，激发兴趣；坏则流于形式，一片喧哗。因为作文出成绩慢，不能立竿见影，因为成绩评比，作文课又靠后站了。两节作文课，有的放羊上阅读，有的做题考试，有的继续讲课赶进度。

除了作文课，就是我们考试试卷中作文的写作以及讲评课中作文讲解。一篇作文，一个分数。老师做好统计，看看学生作文分数如何，有问题的单独找学生谈作文。作文出现的失误：有的审题偏了，跑了题，有的作文“四不像”，有的结构层次不清晰，有的表达不畅有语病，有的罗列材料不知所云，有的开篇老长还未入题，有的引文错误闹笑话，有的错别字连篇，有的标点单一，有的字数不够。总之，作文水平亟待提高。

审题立意怎么办。老师一遍遍讲作文之前先审题。可是，考后还是跑了题。如何审题，领会命题人的写作意图，确定自己的写作突破口，这就要“立纲起草”。关于立纲起草，我已经写了一篇作业，大的方面就是生活、阅读、自然，小的方面就是根据作文题写提纲，打草稿，胸有成竹。比如作文题目、中心主题（关键词）、切入点、结构层次、材料筛选、文体特征、语言风格等。

老师讲得头头是道，有板有眼，学生依旧如故，困惑不已。最后，困惑的还是我们老师自己。功利之心，人皆有之吧。面对作文教学，几多忙碌困苦，几多忧愁烦恼。“穷则变，变则通，通则久”，久了，还要穷。穷则思变。

读了我第一位高中语文老师陈洪昌老师的《写作教学：系统规划创新机制激发热情》，很受启发，此文对写作教学从宏观和微观两方面做了系统阐释，在作文机制上进行创新，在激发学生写作兴趣上努力践行，操作性很强。

我们语文教师在作文教学上，除了备课、批改、讲评外，我们都做了些什么。

为了快速有效地提高语文成绩，有的老师让学生坚持背诵优秀语段，大多出自高考满分作文，短时间内效果明显，成绩显著，但是也存在死记硬背，生硬抄搬，侥幸得高分者；有的老师坚持让学生做摘抄，及时督责，为学生做长远计，但是也存在学生简单抄录，疲于应付，学生直接抄学生的，根本不读书；有的老师进行一句话作文，多是围绕一个主题、一个话题、一个名言展开，课下准备，课前三五分钟展示，同时也是为了督责，一段时间还可以，时间一长，学生就没了兴趣；有的老师带领学生去体验生活，但是安全第一，没谁敢冒风险；有的老师写下水作文，很是令人敬佩，偶尔为之，可以激发学生兴趣，不是真正热爱，坚持下来太难了。

[高中作文教学：反思篇

当我第一次见张老师时，她给我的是一副严肃的面孔，我的心里很不安，做什么都是小心翼翼的。生怕做错了什么。后来我们和张老师相处的时间久了，我才知道张老师其实是一个和谒可亲，平易近人的好老师。她关心着每一位同学，给我们支持和鼓励，平时张老师总是细心的教导我们，犯了错误，她把我们叫到办公室严肃的跟我们讲道理，在考试前，张老师又总是会三番两次的提醒我们要细心的做题、检查。因为我的粗心大意，张老师经常找我谈心，让我信心十足的去答题。老师是您诲了我从学习中品尝乐趣，在乐趣中吸取知识。

老师啊!你那么辛苦，像一根蜡烛，慢慢地燃烧着自己。直到把自己的知识全部交给我们，她才放下心来。这时让我想到一首歌，《每当我走过老师的窗前》“静静的深夜群星在闪耀，老师的窗前彻夜明亮……”
