一、要浅化习作入门眼前闪烁

对于语文教师，特别是教启蒙作文的老师来说，切忌一开始就和学生讲述许多作文的理论、技法，这样会让学生感到枯燥而有压力，觉得自己根本写不出那样的作文而厌恶作文，丧失对作文的兴趣。习作入门课上，老师可以这样告诉学生：作文就是写你看到的、听到的、想到的；写你的快乐、你的忧愁；写一盆花、一棵草、一只小蚂蚁；写和同学做的小游戏；写考试得到100分；写你犯的错误??。必要的时候，教师可以现场示范，以自己的实际写作过程引导学生动笔，将自己的的身边时说出来。至于作文是什么，怎样才能写好作文，这些都需学生在长期的作文实践中慢慢去理解、体会。

二、练写观察日记，积累素材

学会观察事物，提高写作能力，从何入门呢？练写“观察日记”就是一种行之有效的方法，也是作文教学重要组成部分和不可缺少的一个重要环节。我们少年儿童热情敏感，充满活力，而丰富多彩的现实生活中，我们每天都能观察到许许多多的东西，如自然景物的状态，气候的千变万化，人物的音容笑貌，社会的各种现象等，而光观察不记录，那么有多少新鲜印象，有趣的事物、生动感人的场面难免会忘记，即便日后能回忆，也是朦胧的。所以，在教导学生养成观察习惯的同时，还要养成练写观察日记的好习惯。正如鲁迅先生所说：“必须如蜜蜂一样，采过许多花，这样才能酿出蜜来。”要提高学生的写作能力，就要提倡“观察教学，”特别是语文教师，在平时，要有意识引导学生去观察.在课堂上要经常指导学生练笔,使每个学生都能练出一双锐利的眼睛，学会观察事物，提高观察能力，养成观察事物的良好习惯。从而使生活周围的人和物烂熟于心，出口成章。

every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too

many people can reject he temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I

have two reasons.

First of all, mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunite. In china, people

regard mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will

come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this

festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by

all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional

In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get

together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal in that day. All the food is

delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interest in

delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration for mid-autumn day. It

tastes good, too. It is the traditional for a long time. How pleased to enjoy

the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love mid-autumn festival so much. It is funny and happy

今天我批了作文《我的第一次……》，批了不到一半的时候就批不下去了，写的不够理想，因为上周五一部分孩子回家写的，可能是没有人指导，出现的问题太多。

一、内容不完整、具体。这跟平时课外读物的积累还有平时的语言积累也有很大的关系。几句话就结束了。我事先还让孩子先列出提纲，然后按提纲写，可很多孩子不会按要求去做。练的还是有点少了。

二、对于做什么，并没有弄清楚，没有生活经验也拿过来就写。比如：第一篇作文《我的课余生活》，其中有一个孩子写怎么养报春花，我当时一看内容非常好，也挺详细的，可仔细一看，问题就来了，报春花从种下种子到开花仅仅用了一个月的时间，并且每天都浇水，这是什么花也够呛啊。于是，回家我上网查了一下，根本不是那么回事，所以，我觉得孩子在没有生活经验的情况下，凭空捏造的东西太多。还有写“我的第一次”，写怎样在家做饭，也是这样，也没做过，也没问过家长，写饭用电饭锅做糊了，我怎么也没想明白，于是问了几个老师，都说既然放了米和水，怎么也做不糊呀，可爱的孩子们却犯了这样的错误，不能不说没有经验，并且连讨教都不讨教，就来一通胡编乱造。

三、明天上一节作文讲评课，把出现的问题都一一罗列

出来，再读一读优秀的作文，对于一下吧。要让他们知道：好的作文不是想出来的，是源自生活而写出来的。

以上的教学设计主要突出在以下几方面：

to my new life in senior school. In senior school, my biggest feeling is busy,

We saw 204 national delegations march into the beautiful new National Stadium in the age-old tradition of the Games. Millions of people around the world were able to experience the thrill of seeing their heroes in a sea of team colours and national flags.

We witnessed athletes from these 204 countries and territories united in peace in one place. And for the next 16 days, they will be a part of one of the most thrilling competitions in history. As an Olympian, I can tell you that they will carry this memory with them forever.

This iconic stadium is one of the worlds new wonders. It was a fitting setting for an amazing Opening Ceremony, I look forward to an equally exciting and unforgettable 16 days.

Chengdu City Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan province in China, has

人总是在衰老的过程中看到自己的成熟，而我，还不衰老，所以不成熟也是应该的，初中作文教学反思。但是，直到现在，我认为，在作文教学中我也许还只是一个门外汉。我对我的同行经常如是说：语文这行当力，颇让人有些手足无措的竟是作文的教学。我那样说着的时候只是一脸的坦诚和无助。

也许，写作就源于一种冲动吧，即是说激情是写作的动力。激情决定了学生能否进行写作，比如很多学生，在学习过程中往往摸索到了一些学习的诀窍，如果把它表述出来与同学们交流，至少能对同学们有所启发，对自己方法的改进也不无裨益，可真正能这样做的仅是少数。又如我们的师父常说，老师在教授完一篇课文之后往往会又一些新的想法，或者探索，如果能把它写下来并坚持这么做的话，一定大又长进。听着他这般述说时，我竟又几分惊奇，因为于我说来，上课之前倒还有着某种激情的话，一节课两节课下来，除了偶尔瞬间的反思，大抵松弛÷懒散，所以一直以来我就如蜗牛的爬行。究其原因，不一定是他们不会写，不一定是我们不会写，而是没有意识倒自己需要去写，应该去写，即没有写作意识。没有意识，谈何写作的激情，写作的冲动呢?

当务之急，是要培养一种写作意识，或者说写作的激情。有写作愿望，但没有具体的生活作依托，这种激情也只是一种毫无现实根据的冲动，只有立足于现实，立足于生活，才可能产生除锦绣文章来。“文生于情，情生于哀乐，哀乐生于治乱”，一个人深入生活的程度究决定了他是否会产生写作激情。如果鲁迅先生没有对旧中国社会生活的实际真切体验，没有对中国社会诸多矛盾÷弊病产生原因的苦苦探索，没有改变这种现状的迫切心情何强烈的社会责任感，他是绝不会拿起笔来改造社会的。一切作家之所以要去深入生活，体验生活，除了可以积累素材外，更主要的原因就是感受生活的脉搏，让生活去碰撞，激发自己的写作激情。

我想倒了已故语文教育家黎锦熙先生提出的作文教学的观点“日札优于作文”，日札就是修养日记和读书札记。我的语文老师历来推崇周记(或者日记)可以理解为是它的一种变式，我们似乎也需要这样的理论支撑。我始终认为周记(或者日记)应该成为学生尝试各种叙述的一个平台：在内容上，可无所不写;形式上，叙述描写抒情议论随意选用。这种没有精神压力和文法顾忌的写作一旦养成习惯，在量的不断积累下，定会有质的飞跃。许多大文学家就都有写日札的习惯，不但增强了笔力，还以此为素材创作了许多文学作品。

哈佛有句名言：思想决定行为，行为形成习惯，习惯形成性格，性格决定命运。在我们的作文教学中，应该大力提倡和督导学生不间断地写周记(或者日记)进行这种自由地写作，学生会养成一种用文字来表情达意的习惯，并将有利于他们去发现和捕捉生活中遇到的一些可能引起思索或争议的事件。有话可说，就有了写作的冲动。刚开始尝试着用文字表情达意时，也许不能很准确地把所想所说都准确地表达出来，这种词不达意的现象只是因为对文字的陌生。坚持下去，待对文字熟悉了，驾轻就熟了，作文实在是一件小事。我们对作家的钦佩，很大以部分源于他们说出了或者说着我们想说的话。当表达成为一种需要，成为一种意识，如果我们学生能用自己的激情去写作，一定也能弹奏出时代的强音。当然，这肯定需要一个艰苦卓绝的过程的蜕变，就像蛹化蝶一样，但我们应该去期盼那些美丽的蝶的出现，那将给我们一个缤纷的世界。

我在从事初中作文教学过程中，发现学生厌烦写作文的现象非常普遍。造成厌烦心理的原因很多，也很复杂。但分析起来，根本原因还在教师身上。教师学是否高，艺是否精，业是否有道，品是否端正，责任心是否强，往往就决定了学生的兴趣和爱好的方向和程度。为此，解决学生的厌烦心理，首先要从教师入手。

(一)敬业精业，授课精彩。要努力认真钻研教材，设计课堂环节，力争每一堂课都是精品。让学生感道听老师讲析作文或课文就是一种享受，以自己全身心地投入来感染和引导学生。精湛的艺术，高尚的品格，本身就具有极强的吸引力。久而久之，学生就会在这种氛围中逐渐萌发对文学，对写作的兴趣。

(二)教师下水，现身说法。身教胜于言教。教师的一举一动，比千言万语还要有说服力和感召力。在这一点上我做的不够好，我准备在以后的教学中弥补这一点。

(三)典型引导，正面鼓励。对学生要多鼓励、多表扬，不说打击和挫伤学生积极性、自信心的话;不做打击和挫伤学生积极性、自信心的事。坚持多从学生的作文中找评析范文，不求完美，但求有独到之处，力争每学期绝大多数学生的作文都有被选做范文的机会。同时，注意在学生中培养写作爱好者。

总之，随着课程改革的深入，对语文老师的要求也更加严格、全面。需要教师具有丰厚的文化底蕴和良好的职业道德，更要有对教育事业、对学生赤城的爱。很难想象，一个对现实生活冷漠、对学生漠不关心的教师会写出情真意切的作品，会培养出品格高尚具有良好素质的人才!

所以，在以后的教学中我要同学生一起练笔，这样才能在思考中进步。

今天就是军训的第二天了，尽管多苦多累也总算熬过去了。今天的教官依然是那么精神抖擞，望着他谁也不敢有半丝松懈，不过我却有着不一样的心情，那就是非常期待今天的训练，因为可以从错误中吸取教训。

今天的军训一开始还是站军姿20分钟，然后就接着训练。今天主要是训练正步走，林教官让我们先看着他做分解动作，“教官不愧是教官啊！无论在做什么动作都能呈现出威风凛凛的姿态，步伐那么有力，把地板都踏响了！”我沉思着。有些同学们开始有些不耐其烦了，林教官那雷鸣般的声音，震痛了我的耳朵，他大声地问我们“会不会”，我们也响亮地回答到：“会。”整理好队行之后，教官就一声令下：“正步走。”我们一边走，教官一边喊口令，可我们之中，不知道为什么总是有些同学没听清楚教官的命令，结果害得整个班的步伐都不一致。乱、乱、乱。教官又给我们做示范了，但我们还是走得不齐，此时此刻我只想骂醒自己，也想骂醒全班，但一想到我们之间还没有产生默契，就打消了这个念头。教官感到无奈了，让我们蹲下来，看别人是怎么练习的。哎！望着教官那烦恼的表情，我真的好想哭，因为我觉得我们太笨了，太对不起教官了。许久，教官才让我们站起来，他又再一次给我们示范了起来，然后让我们一排一排地轮流练，这样的效果起码有进步了，但还不和教官的心意。突然教官把本来第一排第四个的我抽出来，安排到了第一排第一个。也许站在第一位太紧张了，刚开始我还是找不到方向感，走得太快了，有些人跟不上，教官的口令一停，我们就开始乱套子了。我就想：“为什么我的步伐那么不一致呢？真的只是因为紧张吗？不，不要紧张，我一定能行的。”我不断给自己自信。练习了很多遍都不太齐，望着教官目无表情的样子，我真想对全班说：“一定要好好做，不能辜负教官的用心教导。”

军训的效果好与坏，也不是一个人决定的，而是一个集体定的，正所谓团结就是力量嘛！今天错了，不要紧，最重要的是懂得改正错误，吸取了今天的教训，希望明天会更好。

Favorite Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .Its to

celebrate the lunar calendar s new year .

In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a

big meal .In many places people like to set off firecrackers .Dumplings are the

most traditional food .

Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food

and wear new clothes .They can also get some money from their parents. This

money is given to children for good luck .

People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune .

The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and

friends with the words "Have all your wishes ". People enjoy the Spring Festival

,during this time they can have a good rest .

My hometown is beautiful place It stands near a wide river at the foot of low green hills. It has many tall buildings and wide streets. There are trees and flowers everywhere.

But it has not always been like that. In the old days, it was a sad dirty little town. Landlords and merchants lived in the few good houses. For the working people there were only dark, unhealthy rooms in old buildings and huts in narrow muddy streets. Nearly everyone was poor and many had no work.

Everything has changed since liberation. The people, led by the Party, have got rid of the mud and dirt. They have put up schools, theaters, shops and flats. They have an assembly hall and a hospital. Along the river they have built offices, hotels and parks. A lot of factories have sprung up. On the river, streamers and boats come and go busily, day and night. They carry the products of our industries to all parts of the country.

I love my hometown, and I love its people. They also have changed. Healthy and happy, they are going all out to build socialism.

“姐姐，姐姐，跟我玩呀！”哎，弟弟老是玩也不是办法，我要给他来个“幼儿园学前启蒙教育”，当他的启蒙教师，培训一下他的英语。也许他的天资不够高，但只要他“笨鸟先飞”，说不定就会赶上别人的哦！

说起“启蒙教育”，我还真的挺自豪的，因为那些杯子、衣服之类的日常用品都是我教弟弟学会的，也算是“半个老师”。我本想教英语只要像了英语老师教我们那样，老师读一遍，学生跟着读一遍就学会了，没想到……哎，真是一波三折呀！

我拿来一块小黑板和几支彩色笔，让他坐着。“来，跟姐姐念‘A’。”“姐姐，我好渴，我要喝果汁。”“不行，你念会这个字母了，我就让你喝。”“哇……”（哭声）没办法，只好让他先喝个痛快了，喝完果汁他就会乖乖学吧，没想到他又要动我的作业本了，噼里啪啦……哎，太不乖了！

第二天，我又开始不厌其烦地教他，功夫不负有心人，终于有了进度。“来，跟姐姐念‘one’。”“one。”接着便是我的掌声了。在我的鼓励下，他学会“one”，“two”，“three”，“four”。只不过有时念“four”时会念错。（已经很不错了！）

没想到，当老师这么累，我不紧要教他知识，还得管他乖不乖，要不要喝茶。我现在终于知道老师的辛苦了。

这次我可是既教会弟弟英语又懂得老师的艰辛哟。在这里我也要奉劝各位淘气包们：不要再惹老师生气了，收敛一下吧！

There is a library in every university, some schools pay special attention

presentation of a school. We can find all kinds of books in the room, library

provides convenience, but it still has space to improve.

On the one hand, we can check the information and go to the library every

day. It is open all the week, and the time is from 8 o’clock to 10 o’clock. For

students, they can go to the place all the time. What’s more, the book they want

is easy to find, they can check on the computer, and find the number

quickly.

On the other hand, the library needs to improve its equipment. The books on

the library are very old, it is not good for students to do some research paper.

The amount of the computer is not enough, I always find the students wait for

the computer, while some students need to use the computer for a long time. So

there will be better if increase the number of the computer.

Despite these drawbacks, I am generally pleased with the library and hope

that it will continue to make improvement in the future.

初中的第一次考试，是于悬崖上的一次试探。不勇敢往前迈出那一步，谁都不会知道你是逃脱，或是迷失。

从踏进考场的第一步开始，就已经无法回头也不能回头。曾与母亲约定，绝不落泪，绝不放弃。曾与同学约定，五班的人一个都不能落下。直到发下卷来。

紧握着的那根笔，已被汗水打滑；额头上汗珠已经布满；臂下的试卷也已经被压出折痕坚持坚持同学们都在奋笔疾书为了自己，也为了约定与承诺。我不能放弃，至少，我要给我自己一个交代。所幸，没有遇到生僻题，发挥正常。我对自己比较满意，但是我认为，我能做的更好。

在考完几科后，我看见了别的班的同学在哭。所幸，我们五班都很坚强或者换个词：对自己，对班级充满了信心。看向窗外，是朦胧的天。可是一想到尽责的老师，自信的同学，笑吟吟的母亲，我便觉得考试也是如此美好。

成绩如何，暂且放下。过去了就是过去了。但我们要记住这次考试，这次成绩，这次教训。

我将它压在胸前，花刺伤了我。日光渐暗，我发现花儿凋谢了，痛苦却留存着。

玫瑰的刺伤了我，伤口的痛使我铭记。当夜色再次降临，铭记于心的只会是沐浴月光的崖边玫瑰。
