高中作文的教学反思

在华附这段时间里,可以说时时感受到华附教学的有序性和系统性,尤其是作文教学更是如此。反观我们自己的作文教学,可以说问题多多,主要是一下几个方面:

不足之一:作文教学缺乏目的性

在平时的作文训练中,大多带有明显的随意性。先从作文题目的拟定说起,大多情况下,作文题目的拟定比较随意和盲目——要写作文了,才去找题目。而题目又往往从网上搜索或从往年做过的题目找,找到什么就写什么。这样的作文命题方式就造成了作文教学的盲目性。学校规定每两周要做一次作文,所以往往每周连堂的语文课就用来写作文,这样,只满足于作文的次数,根本不去管学生的作文水平提高多少或是会造成什么样的后果等等。一句话,作文教学没有方向性,没有设定明确又科学的目标。

不足之二:作文教学缺乏系统性

与作文教学的随意性相伴而生的,是作文教学缺乏有序性和系统性。大多教师没有作文教学计划,作文教学无序化无系统性。这样,上作文课也没有具体的教案,只是布置一篇作文让学生去写,然后批改然后讲评,至于效果如何则另当别论。试想一想,作文教学没有明确的目的和明确的难点、重点,不是循序渐进,而是随心所欲,这样进行作文教学只能使学生成为完成作文任务的机器,很难明白自己作文的长处与缺点,很难有针对性地进行作文能力训练使自己的写作能力有所提高从而激起自己写作的动力。

limited , and it will make you forget all of you have studied it .

亿以内数的改写和省略,是在学习了亿以内数的读写的基础上进行的。这节课的教学重点是改写和省略,难点是亿以内数的省略。通过本课的学习,使学生掌握大数的改写方法和省略万位后面的尾数求近似数的方法。

数学知识于生活。亿以内数的改写和省略的知识在生活中的运用非常多。在复习铺垫时,由于学生已经学过亿以内数的读法和写法,我出示了一些整万数和一些非整万数,让学生先通过读数和写数发现整万数和非整万数的特点引出本节课的课题,效果很好。生活中处处有数学,激发了学生的学习兴趣。

我认为课前预习是非常好的一种学习方法,通过预习可以使好学生在学习时更有自信,不好的学生先预习如果不懂经过第二天老师的点拨会豁然开朗。所以本节课我让学生在课前自己预习了本节课的内容。在教学改写成用万作单位的时候教学效果非常好。我以身体里流淌着很多血液,在血液里有很多的白细胞和红细胞,你知道白细胞和红细胞的作用吗?学生由于课前已经预习所以说的非常好。然后我又问你知道一小滴血液里含有多少红细胞和白细胞吗?学生马上就说出了红细胞和白细胞的个数,我自然而然引出万以内数的改写。学生很快得出了把末尾的四个零去掉,在加上一个万字就可以了。这个环节完成的比较顺利,也体现了学生是学习的主人,教师是合作者,引导者这一理念。

本节课的不足之处是例6教学没有体现学生的主体地位。亿以内数的省略是本节课教学的难点,为了突破难点,在这个环节我先出示了课本上的例6,地球的直径大约是多少万千米?太阳的呢?出示地球和太阳的图片让学生观察,我怕学生不会就一步一步的引导,问题是地球的直径是多少万千米就是让省略万位后面的尾数求近似数,省略万位后面的尾数要看哪一位上的数?在我的引导下学生虽然程度好的同学掌握了方法,但是在学习程度不太好的同学却似懂非懂。反思这个环节的教学,我觉得主要是没有发挥学生的主体作用,应让学生先尝试完成,在集体交流订正,这样教师在巡视时可以把错的和正确的都板书在黑板上让学生去判断讲解,虽然有点浪费时间,但是效果会好些。

作为年轻教师,在今后的教学中要多研读教材,多请教组内其他教师,这样才能更好地把握好课堂教学!

这是一次混龄幼儿参与的活动,由于中小班幼儿所处的年龄段不同,能力及目标各不相同,活动之初,不论是目标的制定还是作品的创作形式,都是我纠结的难题。目标难度大,小班幼儿达不到,目标低,中班幼儿得不到良好的发展。最后所选定这三种形式,既发展了中班幼儿,又拔高了小班幼儿。

同一主题,运用不同的创作形式来表现,这一方法,本次参与活动的幼儿第一次参与,他们同大多数的幼儿一样,对新鲜事物充满强烈的好奇心,由于第一次使用刮画纸,所以有一多半的孩子选择了“刮画纸刮烟花”,剩余的孩子选择了“彩色纸屑放烟花”,而“油画棒画烟花”却没人选择。“彩色纸屑放烟花”要剪除大量的碎纸屑,在时间不充足的情况下,对个别小班幼儿有很大的难度,所以,活动进行到一半时,有小班孩子放弃了,改为“油画棒画烟花”。

同一主题下不同形式的创作,对幼儿的技能要求较高,相对于大班幼儿来说,它对中小班的孩子而言,有一定的难度,但通过实践,孩子们的主动性、积极性增强了,表现力和想象力有了新的提高,关键是幼儿的兴趣更加浓厚了。

第二步:自读品味。引导学生围绕“哪写的好,好在哪里?”进行自读品味。要求他们细细地品读课文,读出味道来,读出自己独特的感受,学生在自读和小组合作讨论的基础上按三处景点进行汇报,并根据自己的理解,有感情地朗读。就作者如何具体描绘出天山景物特点这一难点时,我适时地进行了点拨,通过朗读、发现、想象、仿写、比较等,着重品味作者丰富的想象,运用确切的比喻、排比、反问等修辞手法把天山的美景描画的形象、具体,表达情感。同时体会作者的移步写景的写作方法。

第三步:研读积累。课堂上尽可能把时间留给学生,让学生自由朗读喜欢的句段,再次感受天山的美。举行小小的朗读比赛,学生互评,教师及时点拨,指导朗读、背诵自己喜欢的语句,评出最佳选手。课后,我还让学生阅读原文和碧野的其他作品,进行阅读拓展。

一堂课下来,尽管有收获,但还是有许多值得改进的地方,如:学生朗读技巧的指导,还得下大力加以调教。

我对本节课的反思如下:

首先,一节好课层次的高低首先在于教学设计。合理的教学目标,由浅入深的教学思路,合理的材料,讲练结合的做法,都在教学设计中完成,而这些的优劣决定着这一节课能否成为上乘之作。

其次,要充分发挥老师的主导性和学生的主体性。备课的过程中,既要备教材,备教法,还要备学生,尤其是备学生显得更为重要。因为老师一切美妙的设想都要在学生身上实现。讲课的过程更是如此,老师应该是知识的引导者,要充分尊重学生的认知规律和认知能力,而不能越俎代庖,要让学生自己体验由不会到会,由模糊到清晰,由浅显到深刻的认知过程。

再次,一堂好课应该是具有生成性的课。课堂上,学生被调动起来以后,思维非常活跃,会有一些新奇,甚至奇怪的想法,这些想法很有可 能超越老师的预设,在这种情况下,()老师应当允许不同想法的存在,鼓励大家进行创新思维,对于学生的想法进行合理的引导,这样才能保证学生思维的鲜活,灵动。否则,如果完全按照老师的想法,对不同意见采取打击压制的方式,学生会最终丧失对语文的兴趣。

。学生怕写,老师怕教,而传统的作文教学,却只能在低谷中呻吟、徘徊。对于农村小学来说,作文更是语文教师的一大难题,为了写好作文,师生都必须付出许多努力,但常常收效不大。所以,结合自己的教学实际,我认为小学作文教学应注重以下几点:

一、注重平时的积累

作文也像语文基础知识、阅读一样需要积累,比如好词、佳句、精彩片段等。

1、根据课文内容来积累。“重视文本”也是新课标的要求,而且很多课文的思考练习中都出现“背诵自己喜欢的自然段,摘抄好词、佳句”这样的练习,让学生在背诵时感受语言文字的优美,摘抄中积累材料。如果学生能掌握一些好词佳句就为写作做好了铺垫,能够让他们有词可用、有话可说。

2、通过写日记来积累。坚持写日记是积累材料的最好方式,也是练笔的最佳途径。由于日记的内容很广,可写听到的、可写看到的、也可写想到的。总之,自己的喜怒哀乐都可无拘无束地表现出来,这样就让学生有一个自由表达的空间,也能够写真实的事情。比如:每搞完一次大扫除,都可让学生把当时的情景和感受用日记的形式写出来。

二、形式多样,及时有效

作文评价与批改结果的呈现形式多种多样,可以是书面的,也可以是口头的;可以采用分数、等级来表示,也可以用评语来表示;还可以采用多种评价形式进行综合评价。平时我们常说的精批细改只是作文批改中的一种重要方法而已,但不是惟一的方法。那种认为老师把学生的作文改得越细越好的看法是片面的,如果教师在所有作文批改中均采用精批细改这一方法,要把每一篇小学生作文均改成小学生优秀作文的想法和做法那是不太现实的。因为好的作文是很难一次成功的,学生的能力提高也是循序渐进的,教师绝不能急功近利,揠苗助长。

三、注重作文的评价

教师的评价对学生十分重要。评价得当,能激励学生敢于作文、乐于作文,因而对学生的文章不能千篇一律,也不能一棒打死。应根据不同水平的学生给予不同要求的评价,对基础好的学生要有较高的要求,基础差的哪怕是用了一个好词、一个佳句也应该及时表扬。记得有一次,我发现一个平时作文很差的学生在文章中准确地用了一个表示时间过得很快的词“刹那间”,于是我在批语中这样写道:今后能多看点书,认真作好记录,教师相信你的作文会更上一层楼!这样做,能让一些差生得到鼓励,看到希望。

总之,作文教学不是件容易的事,教师必须在教学理论中不断探索,在教学实践中获得。

今天,我又研读了一遍苏轼的《题西林壁》,心中颇有一番感触。

“横看成岭侧成峰,远近高低各不同。不识庐山真面目,只缘身在此山中”。这首妇孺皆知的诗,我在今天,又读出了他新的内涵,新的韵味。

东坡先生身处庐山之中,四周层峦叠嶂,已辨别不出此刻究竟身处何处。四周的山峦变幻莫测,从各个方向呈现不同的景色。置身于造物者那无尽的艺术构思中,想那造物者定是把这世界幻化成他笔下的各种神造,波澜壮阔,气韵迭起。而人,在这其中,就如沧海一粟,或许功成名就,或许一文不名。但是,身陷苍茫的人间,个人,究竟是多么渺小!

东坡先生一生风云跌宕,但他的文学成就宛如一座丰碑。他那飘逸洒脱的文风,一如他的处世风格,为后人留下了许多值得深思的理念。他有如一名哲学家,看穿世事变迁。他说人对世界,应该是这样的人生态度“自其变者而观之,则天地曾不能以一瞬;自其不变者而观之,则物与我皆无尽也”。这是何等的胸襟与气度!他已经忘却了自身,完全地把自己抽离于宇宙之外,站在了一个新的高度来观察这世间。

这不禁让我想到了自己。每天,学习压力,生活压力,与心之向往将我苦苦的缠绕,沉重的压制着我那颗年轻飞扬的心。心一旦被世俗所累,人难免心情惆怅。但是,我也可以把自己抽离出来啊。东坡先生说,不识庐山真面目,只缘身在此山中。他是要告诉我们,面对纷繁复杂的世间,我们一定不能仅仅禁锢于眼前,要把眼光放的长远。要站在超脱的角度想想自己。如果我想到了以后,想到自己的这番磨砺必将是为以后奠定更加坚实的基础。那么也许我看到的就不是“远近高低各不同”了吧。也许,我看到的就会是:殊途同归。
