Xian is the capital of Shaanxi Province and also the political, economic and cultural center of the Northwest China. With the development of travel industry and the implementation of the open policy, it has become one of the nations key tourist cities and tourism has become the mainstay in Shaanxis economy.

Xian lies at longitude 103? east by latitude 34?north, and 412 meters above sea level. It has an average annual temperature of 13癈, and an average annual precipitation of 604 mm. The rainy season comes in July, August and September. The city now has under its jurisdiction eight districts -- Xincheng, Beilin, Lianhu, Yanta, Weiyang, Baqiao, Lintong and Yangling, and five counties -- Changan, Lantian, Huxian, Zhouzhi and Gaoling. With an elevation of 500 metres, the Weihe Plain extends between Baoji in the west and Tongguan in the east and borders the Qinling Mountains in the south and the Huangtu Plateau in the north. Lying in the warm zone, the plain has a temperate climate with four distinct seasons. Chequered with the Weihe, Jinghe, Luohe, and Bahe rivers as well as the Jinghui, Weihui and Luohui canals, the fertile land on the plain has easy access to irrigation facilities and an abundant yield of farm produce. 昨天晚上来到了西安，因为今年的世界园艺博览会在西安举行，所以当然要抓紧时间好好看看了，

为了能看到精彩的场馆，我们一大早就起床开始准备，叔叔开车把我们送到了世园会的门口。

我们乘缆车先上了西峰。刚从缆车行下来，就感觉到凉风习习。我们先登上了西峰——海拔2092。3米的山峰。那里有一块“斧劈石”，传说当年沉香就是在这里找到母亲的。然后我们又出发去了南峰——海拔2154。9米的华山最高峰。那里有一个景点叫“南天门”，它的后面有一个挑战极限的地方叫“长空栈道”，就是贴着陡峭的悬崖壁横着脚下有两块木板，行走的人用保险带串着铁链才能通行的地方。我们在那里没有多做停留，一方面没有时间一方面我没胆儿去玩。接着我们去了东峰，东峰有个可以玩的景点叫“鹞子翻身”，就是山峰当中很笔直的一条道延伸到“下棋亭”，也必须借助保险带过去。最后我们去了北峰，途中经过了“金锁关”，那里有很多很多的锁锁在铁链上。最终我们抵达了北峰，又名云台峰，海拔1643。5米，我还在峰顶上牌照留念。

华山之旅结束了，真是意犹未尽。虽然我的脚很酸痛，但是还是觉得很值得。它锻炼了我的意志和毅力。

Im going to Beijing tomorrow,so now I feel very happy.I will go there by plane and stay there for 10 days.This is my first time to go to Beijing,not only the Olympic Games is coming,but also I can learn more knowledges about the Olympic Games.And it is a great chance for me to communicate with foreigners,so I wont miit.Therefore,now I want to say:Beijing,Im coming!

On July 23rd my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at YuTingqiao hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.

We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! I visited the Palace Museum and felt excited. If you want to know more about the Palace Museum, you can go to Beijing and have a look.

The following days, we went to the Summer Palace, , North Lake and Xiang Hill. I know more about the history of China. I also like modern Beijing. The 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing. www.oh100.com

Later, I went back with my parents by plane. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing.

Nowadays,the unprecedented surge of Chinese tourists gives rise to high visibility for them,and the misbehaviors and bad manners of them abroad are even making headlines around the world.Spitting,cutting in lines,arguing,scribbling on historical buildings,and even fighting after minor accidents have all been attributed to Chinese tourists,causing much embarrassment and soul-searching in China.

Last summer vacation,my family and I went to Qingdao by train. There was always sunshine and fresh air,which made us so comfortable. We went to the seaside,the sea was as blue as the sky, and bathing in the sunshine on the beach, was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister. There we bought many interesting souvenirs, I was planing to send them to my friends. We ate many tings there,such as fish,prawn, and so on. They are very delicious. Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel, and the price was not so expensive. I like Qingdao very much, and if I got a chance, I hope to come here again, it is such a beautiful and interesting place.

在今年暑假即将结束之际，我们一家三口和大姑、大姑父一行五人去了一趟西安。我们一去六天时间，23日晚上6点半的飞机，10点半到达了西安。到了西安，我们住在了西安的亲戚家里，第二天开始了西安的旅游。

西安是千年古都，其中西周、秦、西汉、唐朝是西安历史上的鼎盛时期。西安拥有大量的历史人文景观。有“世界第八大奇迹”——秦兵马俑博物馆。

先说说秦始皇陵吧!听导游介绍，秦始皇陵是秦始皇征集了七十多万名工匠建造的，时间长达三十八年，是我国最大的帝王陵，并列入世界遗产清单，是世界人民共同的文化遗产。这位伟大的始皇帝在位十二年，病死后葬于秦始皇陵，是经一位统一六国的皇帝，所以称为始皇。

兵马俑是始皇陵的从葬坑，位秦始皇陵东侧约1公里半处，发现于1974年，是当代最重要的考古发现之一。我们先来到了博物馆，在里面，首先映入眼帘的是一对像鹅不是鹅，似鸟不是鸟的动物，导游说这叫凫雁，是秦始皇的宠物，秦王很喜欢它们，便叫人用铜刻了一对，放在陵墓里，其次是两匹马车，第一匹马车是专供开道用的，第二匹马车是供秦始皇和那些贵妃和大臣们娱乐用的。有陶俑、兵器，还介绍了当时的体育项目，其它的虽不是很罕见，但也是多彩缤纷了。

随后我们参观的是挖出来的兵马俑坑墓，一号坑是当地农民打井时发现的，后经钻探又先后发现二、三号坑，其中一号坑最大，面积达14260达平方米。里面有陶俑，身高在1米8左右，分为将军俑、武士俑、车士俑。还有四号坑，但里面什么都没有。

参观完兵马俑后，下午我们参观的是华清池。华清池位于西安市临潼区骊山北侧，东距西安三十公里。因为有唐玄宗和杨贵妃的传说而名声远播，其实华清池的历史也非常悠久，早在西周时期周幽王就曾在此骊宫，秦始皇、汉武帝也在这里建立行宫，唐代更是大兴土木，特别是唐玄宗天宝年间修建的宫殿楼阁更为豪华，并正式改名为“华清宫”。华清池里有还有几个温泉口，温泉的温度有40多度，有一个洞里有专门为游客烫脚的地方，我们参观累了，在那里烫脚进行休息，烫完后很舒服。没参观完华清池就已经晚上6点了，我们只好往车站走，结束了一天的参观。

这两个景点参观后，让我了解了中国历史的伟大。休息了一天后，我又去了黄帝陵。在四千多年前，我们的祖先就在黄河、长江流域进行农耕。传说中的黄帝是那个时候的一位部落首领。据说黄帝是有熊氏的后裔，刚一出生就会说话，几岁后便能明辨是非，国人认为这个孩子是天神下凡，于是，就给他起名叫黄帝。进入黄帝陵，首先看到的是一棵大柏树，很高大，旁边有一个长方形的石板，上面刻着：黄帝手植柏。我不禁严然失语;天;手植柏!真不知是怎么种的!随后，我们来到了一座庙前，看上面的牌子上写着：“人文初祖”四个大字。进去一看，中间的一个平板大青石上面刻着一个人，就是黄帝，四边还刻着青龙、白虎、朱雀、玄武，还有刀、叉、剑等青铜器。继续往庙的后面走，有一个楼阁，楼顶上面有一个在圆顶漏天，地上是方的，照像的人说这叫天圆地方。我们在这照了一些照片，了解了一些关于黄帝的故事，便匆匆离开了黄陵，回到了西安。

在西安我们参观了陕西历史博物馆，去了法门寺，还去了大雁塔，虽然天天坐车很累，可我还是很兴奋，因为我了解了中国的历史，也知道了许多历史文物。

该走了，我恋恋不舍的离开了西安。坐在飞机上我不停想着这些天的事情，真是让我高兴呀，这次旅游让我感受到祖国的美好，历史文化的悠久。
