你们学习的环境是那么恶劣，书本上写着密密麻麻的小字，写完了再用橡皮擦掉，继续用，小铅笔头用到那么小野伸不的扔掉，看到你们总是那么认真学习的身影，我们很惭愧，因为我们这里的生活优越，不懂得学习，把书本的正面用完后又买新的，这一张还没写完又翻一张，总是铺张浪费，我们以后要改掉这个毛病。

我们的学校很美丽，春天，迎春花吐出了芽，开了花以后就更美了；夏天，我们的校园绿树成阴，葱郁的大树把炎热的太阳遮住了，感觉十分凉爽；秋天，落叶一片一片的飘下来，校园成了金色的地毯；冬天，下着雪花，给大地盖上了大棉被。我们还经常堆雪人呢！下次，我给你发个我们校园的图片，有时间，你也能来我们学校看看。我们的学校不仅景色美，还有很多活动，在春天，有风筝放飞比赛；夏天，有趣味运动会和六一游园；秋天，还有体操比赛。我最喜欢过六一儿童节了，因为在那一天，我们很快乐。当然，我们的学校还很大，有操场、阅览室、五楼报告厅、餐厅……我很喜欢我的学校。

Last year, I went to Guilin for travel. On the train, I felt so bored. A

girl who sat next to me was reading a book, which caught my attention. I asked

her about the book, I found that I had read it before and then we discussed

about the novel. We talked happily, when the train arrived, we got off together.

When we got aparted, we promised to keep in touch. We communicated by the

computer. Now a year has passed, we become good friends and I miss her all the

time. She is a genuine friend. I plan to go to Guilin again and then we will

meet.

Dear Petty,

I hope you didn’t make any plane for this weekend. You know I am moving

into the new house, and I sincerely invite you to come to my new house. I will

hold a celebration party on Saturday night. The scenery here is fantastic that I

am sure you will like it. On Saturday, you can walk around my house after you

get here. The party will begin at 7:00. You can live in my house that night. On

Sunday, we can go fishing or play table tennis. So please do some preparation

I always complain about my mother, because she is very strict to me and I

can’t do whatever I want. But some day, when I go home very late, she criticizes

me at first and then asks me whether I get hurt. I explain to her that I just

play with my friends. My mother loves me so much and she does everything for

My school is very beautiful. It is in Guicheng, near the Qiandeng Lake. Do

There is a big playground in my school. We have P.E. class on the

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in

Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University.

After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in

Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a

two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist

entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37

patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital

and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and

advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the

acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field

unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would

therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH

as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study

in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article,

together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.

金华是个历史名城，名人辈出，有诗人李清照、张志和，画家黄宾虹，医学家朱丹溪，文学家宋濂等。

我们金华有许多名胜古迹，例如北山的双龙洞。进入景区，首先映入眼帘的是一个广场，广场边上竖着一块碑，上面写着“金华双龙洞风景区”。再走进里面一看，哇，有个大瀑布。走到双龙洞洞口，就能看见两条龙，好像在说：“欢迎你们来到双龙洞玩”。走进外洞，外洞很宽阔，在外洞深处看见了几条船，只有坐上船才可以进里洞。坐这些船可不能和平时一样坐，你得躺着，只有躺起来才能进去。如果你稍微抬点头，你就会嗷嗷大哭起来，因为你的鼻尖碰到了岩石了。进入里洞，里面有很多形态各异的钟乳石，那可都是经过几万年甚至更久时间积累的呀，再配上人们丰富的想象，赋予这些钟乳石以神秘的色彩。从双龙洞还可以直通冰壶洞，冰壶洞有两个大小不一的子母瀑，洞中之瀑声音震耳，气势更加雄壮。双龙洞附近，还有桃源洞，朝真洞等等，它们是洞连着洞的，很有意思，等你们来体验。

金华的景区除了双龙洞还有诸葛八卦村，地下长河，仙华山等等。现代崛起的还有义乌的国际商贸城，东阳的木雕城，横店的影视拍摄基地，等等。

除了玩的，我们金华还有丰富的地方特产呢，比如香气四溢的佛手，风味独特的火腿，香酥可口的酥饼，十里飘香的红糖等。
