坐了两个多小时的大巴车，我们来到了金顶山拓展训练基地，未来的三天中，我们就要在这里度过。首先，总教官把我们分成两队，两队各由一名教官带领训练，下午验收时两队进行PK。第一天的训练非常简单，也非常枯燥。站军姿，打军体拳，唱军歌，训练动作要领。太阳火辣辣地照射着大地，头上密密麻麻的汗珠浸湿了帽子，甚至还有蚊子在飞来飞去，可是却不敢动，一但被教官盯上，滋味可不是好受的。可是，我却咬牙挺过来了――尽管身上被蚊子咬了一些包。现在想来也很佩服自己。下午的验收中，我们队团结一致，每个人都展现出自己最好的一面，结果自然是不言而喻，我们队赢了。在晚上的总结当中，我写下这样一段话：“我们队胜利了，我想，这带给我的不仅仅是成功的喜悦，更有对‘团结’二字更深刻的认识。在验收中，不是个人战，我们每个人都在为团队争光，我很庆幸，我有一个团结的队伍……”

与第一天的枯燥相比，第二天就显得很有趣了。我们进行了“真人CS”和“丛林探险”两项活动。以前，只在游戏中打过枪战，这次却要真正的拿起枪和对方队战斗，我们心里都很激动。比赛为三局两胜制。第一局，我们由于缺乏经验，手忙脚乱的，没有一点布局。结果被敌队杀得片甲不留。在中途休息的过程中，我们总结了失败的原因，并进行了一些“排兵布局”，同学们互相鼓励的话语令我感动。于是在第二局中我们主动出击，齐心协力，大获全胜。第三局是遗憾的一局，我们是防守方，可是意图与第二局一样主动进攻，最终被判犯规，对方获胜。

尽管输了，我们并不气馁，因为我们明白了什么是“勇敢”，而不是像对方队一样躲在阵地中。“丛林探险”活动更是锻炼了我们的胆量。在五米多高的器材上要通过各种项目。光站在上面就不由地发抖，还要完成走“独木桥”、走“绳索”、过天梯等等这样具有挑战性的关卡。有一个女同学过到一半就被吓哭了，最后在同学们的鼓励下顺利过关。而我，根本不敢看底下，几乎是咬着牙过完全程。

最后一天是重头戏――漂流。这是我第一次漂流，心里感到很刺激。尤其是在急水处，从高处向下流去有一些很小的“瀑布”，这些小“瀑布”平时看着不以为然，却不承想漂流时它们成为我们的噩梦，每次经过时，都要被淋透全身。而在静水处的打水仗更是有趣极了。我们合伙攻击教官，欢笑声此起彼伏。

三天的时光是短暂的，转眼间我们就要和教官说再见，离开这个“噩梦”与欢笑并存的地方。团结、勇敢、坚持……这些优秀的品质我们在平时很难感受到，可是这三天，却实实在在经历了一番。我想，这定会成为我未来道路上一笔宝贵的财富。

“耶!”欢呼声响彻屋顶，男孩子们忍不住跳了起来!

下面要做果冻啦!三个人一组，我和同班的两个好朋友被分到了第三组。终于轮到我们啦!我们三个迫不及待的把果冻粉和果汁倒入碗中，再把小碗放到电磁路上。我们一人拿着一把小勺，不断地搅拌碗里的果冻粉和果汁。大约搅拌了十分钟，老师就把小碗拿了下来。我们用小勺把融化好的果冻粉和果汁倒进小鱼形状的小碗里，然后一人拿着一条小鱼，小心翼翼的放进冰箱冷藏室里。十分钟过去了，我们的果冻做好了，果冻软软的，橙红色的“小肉”里透着一股浓浓的橙子味，好吃极了!品尝着自己亲手制作的果冻，心里甜滋滋的!

午餐时间到了，我们三个把小椅子上的小板拼到一起，小板变成“小桌”了!我们吃着美味的KFC汉堡和薯条，喝着凉丝丝的可乐，心里想着下午的巧克力制作，短暂的午餐时间就过去了。

期盼已久的巧克力制作时间终于到了!我把一个小碗放在煮开的水上，然后把盆端到电磁炉上，再打开电磁炉，大约煮了三分钟，小碗就热了，再加入可可粉，用小勺搅拌成酱，倒入小青蛙模具中，然后放入冰箱冷藏三十分钟，巧克力就做好了!它粉嘟嘟的，外面硬硬的，里面却软软的，嚼起来特别香甜!虽然不如卖的好吃，但是在我心里，它永远都是最好吃的!因为这是我亲手制作的!

愉快的夏令营结束了，但我们大家还沉浸在甜蜜的笑声中!“食品集结号”使我懂得了，只有自己的劳动果实才是最甜蜜的!

现在正是七八月最热的时候，我们放了暑假，妈妈帮我报名了夏令营活动班，目的是为了让我增加锻炼，多参加一些户外的活动，不仅仅可以增强体质，还可以帮助我学习更多的东西。

这一次夏令营活动班，是到我们市外的郊区举行的，这一次的主题是“集体作战能力强”，大概意思就是说要培养我们，大家在一起团结的力量，用做游戏的方法，来让我们体会到，团结起来力量是非常大的。

出门的时候，妈妈担心我，给我带上了许许多多的户外用品，运动鞋，运动衣，防晒霜，创可贴，等等，一起参加这次夏令营活动班的，还有我最好的朋友蓝科，我们一起开开心心的，坐上夏令营活动班的班车，来，到了市外的郊区，准备体验这一次夏令营活动。

这次参加夏令营活动的，共有50多个小朋友，他们都是来自不同的学校，这一次，我们认识了更加多的小朋友，不仅仅是我们学校的，让我们的人缘又增加了不少。

夏令营活动班的老师，开始为我们讲解这次活动的目的与意义，然后对我们分成4组，每两个组团结在一起进行拔河比赛，之后还有，以多对少的拔河比赛，这些比赛的目的都是为了让我们体验到，人多力量大的意义。

我们通过激烈的比赛，最终都让我们体验到了，大家团结起来才能够获得胜利，团结起来的力量是我们不可想象的。

这一次夏令营活动，我们虽然流了很多汗，连衣服也弄得脏兮兮的，可是我们却明白了不少的道理，结交了不少的朋友，我觉得这一次夏令营活动是值得的。

期待着明年的夏令营我还会继续参加。

今年暑假一开始妈妈就给我报名参加了雨艺夏令营。这个夏令营不像我想象的那样带我们出去玩，而是以学习为主的。在夏令营里有来自各个学校的同学，有低年级的也有高年级的。

每天爸爸妈妈7点半就把我送去了，直到下班才能来接我。在夏令营里我们可以把暑假作业做好，而且老师还会帮我们检查。有时候我们做游戏;有时候我们学习;还有的时候我们做手工;每天我们过得很丰富。

在夏令营里我还认识了新的朋友。我们很喜欢在一起玩，我们还交换了自己很喜欢的玩具。

时间过得很快，我们的夏令营也结束了。在结束前我们在老师的带领下举办了一个很隆重的联欢会，邀请了家长们参加。我也参加了好几个节目，我在童话剧《白雪公主》里演了白马王子，虽然只有几句台词不过那可是要说英语的。我才不紧张呢，我可是雨花外国语小学的学生。我还和同学和说了相声《大拇指和食指》还得到了一致好评呢。

我的夏令营生活真是五彩缤纷啊!

在这个暑假我去了李阳疯狂英语第二十九界夏令营，我在那里愉快的度过了这短短的十二天。

这是我第三次去了，但是，这次的效果有明显的不一样!这次我没有浪费时间，不象以前，为了不想上课，骗老师说我肚子疼，要去校医室休息一下。

后来，被校医说成了十二指肠，真的很气人!不过，如果我不总是装肚子疼的话，我想，就不会把我说成十二指肠了吧!

总之呢，这事儿啊，都怨我，都是我的不好，我想，我不应该去怪罪于医生。

在夏令营，我尽然发烧了，真是没有想到啊，我竟然发烧了呀!自从我上初中以来，我就没有再发过烧了，本打算直到初中毕业都不发烧的，不发烧的事儿啊，就这样打破了，真的是好不甘心啊!!!

在这十二天里，我交了许多朋友——陈献丹、宋世琳、度新怡、徐玉洁、石婧、兰婷俞(都是宿舍里的)、肖明芳(我的干姐姐)!!!这些朋友，我这一生都不会忘记她们的!在这十二天里，他们给予了我很多的帮助呢!真希望能够再见到她们啊，我想，我们一定会再见面的。

我们班有五位老师——孔德强老师(主讲)、李雨蒙老师、辜玉璇老师、郑婧老师、陈果老师(助教老师)。但是，其中有一位老师不知道是什么原因走了(陈果老师)，好舍不得他啊!我们在班上分四个小组，李雨蒙老师就是教我们这个组的助教老师呢!我最喜欢李雨蒙老师了呢!

在夏令营，我跟班主任老师和三位同学组成了一个小家庭，我们有一个保姆(林保浩)但是因为想回家，就提前走了。在我们这个小家庭的成员有：班主任老师刘书颖(干妈)、陈鑫强(大哥，简称“小强”)、钟乔(二哥)、肖明芳(三姐)、剩下的就是我了(小妹)!!!我们可是一个幸福的小家庭呢!!!

在这十二天里，我认认真真你的学习，没有辜负爸爸妈妈的期望!谢谢爸爸妈妈给我这次机会让我再次参加李阳疯狂英语集训营!!!

暑假来，学校来要来一次夏令营只不过是去爬山，看电影，烧烤。但是我还是很兴奋，一个晚上都没睡着。

我们一群人，想猴子似的爬向塔山，一个个越爬越有劲，直冲山顶。我还个其他人比赛，看谁先到山顶，我和同学们一个个像一把箭一样，但是他们咋么跑的过我呢?个个被我拉在了后面。在塔山我们度过了一个快乐的上午。

终于到了中午，我们老师带着我们来到了一家烧烤店，我飞快的抢了一个好位子。这时烧烤店的阿姨给我们开起了烧烤的机器，一位叔叔给我们拿来了羊肉，香肠，虾，青菜等等。我拿起一串牛肉烤了起来，过了两三分钟，从我哪里传来了一阵阵的香味扑鼻而来，我急忙拿了出来咬了一口，哪时只有五个字的形容————太太太好吃了。

吃好了午饭，我们一行人来到了节名电影看电影。我心里想：“难道给我们看我梦寐以求的《功夫梦》还是我最喜爱的《玩具总动园3》!”我兴奋的走进了电影院。坐了下来，等待电影的到来。突然灯光一下在没了，眼前一亮，电影开始了。屏幕是出现了金刚葫芦娃，我一呆，大叫一声：“老天对我不薄!”我一步飞跃，向厕所跑去。我一共去了七八次厕所，猜才好不容易电影放完。

总而言之，言而总之，这是一个即充实的一天，也是快乐的一天。

今年暑假，我参加了暑期夏令营活动。7月6日，我们兴高采烈地随着老师，踏上了旅程......

北京，我们的首都，一个繁华的大都市，面积168平方千米，人口1300多万。我，一个农村的孩子，能有幸来到这里，真是一桩即使人兴奋又使人感到新鲜的事。

北京，是一座历史文化名城，同时，又是一处旅游圣地。金碧辉煌的宫殿、气势雄伟的庙坛、荟萃天下的宗教建筑、巧夺天工的皇家园林，同那棋盘式的街道、古老的四合院交相辉映，构成了别具一格的古城风貌。这一切，都令我向往，想着，想着，我不禁激动万分。

第二天凌晨，我们早早地起床，在老师的带领下，来到了天安门广场，来观看庄严的升旗仪式。广场布局宏伟、气势磅礴，充分体现了中国悠久的历史文化和大国风范。天还没有大亮，蒙蒙胧胧的。可观看升旗仪式的人却早早地到了，人群黑压压的一大片。五星红旗是中华人民共和国的国旗，鲜艳的国旗要同太阳一起升起。

庄严的时刻终于来到了!4：53分，升旗仪式开始了。只见解放军叔叔迈着整齐的步伐从天安门城楼走出，来到旗杆下，一缕金色的阳光洒向大地，“刷——”鲜艳的五星红旗伴着第一缕阳光冉冉升起。我抬头望着五星红旗，心中有说不出的激动。想到1949年10月1日，毛主席在天安门城楼上宣布：“中华人民共和国、中央人民政府已于今天成立了!”这庄严的宣布，这雄伟的声音，想到全场三十万人翻江倒海的欢呼声……如今，中华人民共和国成立了52周年了，想想这些年的变化 ，真叫人欣慰。短短几分钟的升旗仪式结束了，可它永远是我最美好的回忆。

这次北京夏令营不仅让我领略到了祖国的大好河山，还学到了一些历史知识，真是两全齐美。

今天早晨，我起得很早，因为我今天要去小记者协会举办的“去日照捡贝壳，捉螃蟹”夏令营活动。

早上五点半，我们踏上了去有“蓝天，碧海，金沙滩”之美誉的日照的路程。

到了日照，这里的景色真是把我惊呆了：绿树成荫、鲜花遍地，湛蓝湛蓝的天空，海水清澈见底。远望海和天相交在一起，水天一色。看到这景色，就仿佛来到了人间仙境。

吃过午饭，我们就开始游览了“灯塔风景区”我国第二大煤炭输出港“日照港”，2008年奥运会“世界帆船锦标赛基地”，然后去了李家台赶海园和桃花岛赶海！

到了李家台赶海园，我提着小桶，去寻找贝壳和螃蟹的踪迹。

来到海边，我看到了一块一块的大石头，我把这些大石头翻开一看，里面有好多小螃蟹！可一时我不知该从何下手，这些螃蟹竟都在我的眼皮底下遛了！可“失败乃成功之母”，我是不会因这而气馁的。我又翻开了一块大石头，这块石头下面有三、四只小螃蟹。我一翻开石头，它们就跑。我逮住了它们中跑得最慢的小螃蟹，我翻了十几块石头，几乎每翻一次都能逮到一只。现在，我的小桶里已“沉甸甸”的了。这小桶里装的不只是螃蟹，还有逮到螃蟹时的欢笑声和愉快的心情。

捉完螃蟹，就该去捡贝壳了。在这里捡贝壳如大海捞针，我捞了半天，才捞到了两个，可“功夫不负有心人”，我找了一块礁石，这个礁石的缝里有很多贝壳，而且这些贝壳都形态各异、色彩斑斓。形状有的像扇子，有的像冰激凌，还有的像一座凹凸不平的山的缩小版……要说贝壳的颜色，那可多了：有棕色、白色、灰色、紫色、蓝色、红色、彩色、淡蓝……我把这些贝壳放进了小桶里。小桶里的螃蟹看见这贝壳顿时活跃起来了。

在李家台赶海园捉完螃蟹、捡完贝壳，我们就乘快艇登上了桃花岛。

在这里我看到了海岸上有一大片贝壳，海边还有一堆礁石。我想：这里一定是个捡贝壳的好地方。

我来到贝壳堆里，挑拣我喜欢的贝壳。这里的贝壳和李家台赶海园的贝壳不一样：李家台赶海园的贝壳很大很厚，看起来像个盔甲。这里的贝壳很小很精致，手感滑滑的，摸上去很舒服。我把这些小巧玲珑的贝壳放进桶里，可能是螃蟹们也喜欢上了这些贝壳，就一个劲的往上爬，看螃蟹们找到了自己的乐园，我不由得笑了。

今天来到日照，感受到了捉螃蟹、捡贝壳的乐趣，今后我还会再来！
