上个周未，我们去墨子古街夏令营玩了两天，我感到最快乐的事情就是玩水。

午休过后，我们拿上水枪，排好队伍，被教练带着穿上了教生衣，然后下了水。

下水不久，忽然传来一阵怪异的尖叫声，广播里通知人造海啸马上开始，然后过了几分钟，一个高达三米的浪头向我们打了过来，我赶紧顺势躺了下去，然后屏任了呼吸，全身放松，浪打到我们这边时，已经没什么高度，一两米罢了，当时那场浪一来，很多橙色“物体”都在浪顶闪一下，很快又没了。

刚说玩，又一个浪打了过来，我先退到他们后边，当浪花打到我面前的时候，我跳了一下，竟然跳了过去，可是正当我高兴时，浪打在墙上，又反弹了回来，把我冲到了伙伴们面前。

几分钟后，第二波浪来了，我们就在一起看着浪打过来，到面前时，我先小跳了一下，然后大跳一下，可是我跳晚了一些，鼻子里面进了不少水，那滋味可真难受呀。

这次夏令营活动，让我懂得了照顾自己，我也变得更加坚强了。

七月，透蓝的天空悬着火球般的太阳，云彩好似被太阳吓怕了，都躲得无影无踪。

今天，在我们卓越英语老师的组织下，我们来到了金泉农庄夏令营。

我们先来到休息厅，在一位专业的手工老师的指导下，我们按六人一桌找好自己的位置，然后依照那个手工老师的方法细心地做着。有的构思，有的剪纸，有的画图，终于我们做好了一个小蘑菇。手工老师说：“等过一会儿，大家给它装上一条小链绳，然后等20分钟后就变成了一个小挂饰。”过了一会儿，材料干了以后，就变成了一个小挂饰。看着自己做的小挂饰，觉得挺开心的。

时间如流水一般，又到了午饭时间，我的肚子已经咕咕叫了。我们直奔烧烤区。一进去，大家就兵分两路，一组负责整理东西，一组负责生炭火。等待炉里的木炭明火变成暗火，就可以开始烤鸡翅了，我在鸡翅上加上了少许油，不停地翻来翻去，再加上一些香料。慢慢地，鸡翅冒出香味来。我使劲闻了闻，“啊！真香。”馋得我口水直流。鸡翅散发出诱人的香味，我痛痛快快地大吃起来。“啊！亲手烤的鸡翅真好吃。”

接着，老师带我们来到草坪上，开始寻宝，我特别注意这几点，我可能是紫色、黄色、白色，而且是被订书机订上了纸条。我在草丛的最深处找到了一张含有两张BB卡的纸条，我高兴极了，终于找到了一张。

Summer Camp

On Saturday, we went camping, with our teachers. First we pitched the tent. then our older brothers and older sisters played game with us. At noon, we all had a delicious lunch followed by a barbecue for dinner. At night, we had bonfire and sang and danced. We didn’t sleep until 10:20 at night. But some of the boys were so noisy we couldn＇t fall alseep. I only slept for three hours. the next morning, everybody woke up very early. After exercising in the morning, we all went to see the small pigs. On the way there, we saw a lot of geese. At 10:00, we went back to eat ice cream. It was so cold. then, we all played games together. We ate lunch at 12:00. In the afternoon, we played musical instruments and sang. After that, camp was over. We had a lot of fun at the summer camp. I am looking forward o going to another summer camp soon.

终于到了中午，我们老师带着我们来到了一家烧烤店，我飞快的抢了一个好位子。这时烧烤店的阿姨给我们开起了烧烤的机器，一位叔叔给我们拿来了羊肉，香肠，虾，青菜等等。我拿起一串牛肉烤了起来，过了两三分钟，从我哪里传来了一阵阵的香味扑鼻而来，我急忙拿了出来咬了一口，哪时只有五个字的形容————太太太好吃了。

吃好了午饭，我们一行人来到了节名电影看电影。我心里想：“难道给我们看我梦寐以求的《功夫梦》还是我最喜爱的《玩具总动园3》!”我兴奋的走进了电影院。坐了下来，等待电影的到来。突然灯光一下在没了，眼前一亮，电影开始了。屏幕是出现了金刚葫芦娃，我一呆，大叫一声：“老天对我不薄!”我一步飞跃，向厕所跑去。我一共去了七八次厕所，猜才好不容易电影放完。

总而言之，言而总之，这是一个即充实的一天，也是快乐的一天。

When the summer holiday came, my cousin and I went to Huamei International School and joined the English and Art Camp.

The camp lasted for three weeks. We had many interesting activities. I enjoyed them so much, and I was always happy.

I made more new friends there too. I like studying and playing with them very much and I think they were very friendly.

Our classroom, bedroom and canteen were all very comfortable. They are not only bright, but also tidy and clean. The food in the canteen was also very delicious and healthy. I enjoyed the school food a lot. The teachers loved us very much and they took good care of us.

随着飞机的隆隆声响，我们降落于仁川机场，我校师生十余人到达韩国，前来参加国际中学生夏令营活动，将与韩国、泰国的学生共同体验韩国文化。在机场我们受到了热情的欢迎，随后主办方接送我们去这次活动的目的地——地处韩国中部的抱川市。抱川，顾名思义，拥抱山川，这里是一个重峦叠嶂的小山城，素有“八山一水一分田”的美称，怀着激动而又期待的心情，我们坐上了前往抱川市的大巴。穿越了一条条山脉，跨越了一道道河流，终于来到了这座美丽的城市。

到达目的地时已是晚上，由于纬度高的原因，七点多太阳还没有落山。抱川的建筑以平房为主，配上色彩斑斓的霓虹灯，显得绚丽多彩。此刻的抱川处在夕阳余晖之下，放远望去，它犹如一颗璀璨的明珠，看上去美极了。

Enjoy Yourself While Fulfilling Responsibility

In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus， its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

After the arduous military training， I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

Frankly speaking， at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However， through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers guidance， I made remarkable progress. Now Ive benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

Learning is a long process; Ill keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. This summer I got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. A publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation and revision.

At the beginning I was belittled by my colleagues. But they were really surprised when I translated seven English articles over 5，000 words on only one day. Gradually， they began to look at me with respectful eyes. In their opinion I turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.

今年暑假，我过的非常充实，因为妈妈给我报了阿斯顿英语暑期班。碰巧，阿斯顿夏令营活动就要开始了，于是，在我的请求下，妈妈为我报了为期一天的“食品集结号”活动。

和其他夏令营不同的是，阿斯顿夏令营的整个活动是在阿斯顿校内进行。这到底是一个什么样的活动呢?跟我一起去看看吧!

今天一大早，我们非常兴奋，早早的来到阿斯顿校内，准备活动。正在大家叽叽喳喳的猜测着活动内容时，不知谁大叫一声“老师来了!”吵吵闹闹的教室顿时安静下来。

我们的领队老师姓周，非常年轻，，也很漂亮。洗过手后，周老师对我们说：“想知道我们这次要做什么吗?”

“想!”我们大声喊着。

“我们这次要做果冻和巧克力!”老师微笑着说。

“耶!”欢呼声响彻屋顶，男孩子们忍不住跳了起来!

下面要做果冻啦!三个人一组，我和同班的两个好朋友被分到了第三组。终于轮到我们啦!我们三个迫不及待的把果冻粉和果汁倒入碗中，再把小碗放到电磁路上。我们一人拿着一把小勺，不断地搅拌碗里的果冻粉和果汁。大约搅拌了十分钟，老师就把小碗拿了下来。我们用小勺把融化好的果冻粉和果汁倒进小鱼形状的小碗里，然后一人拿着一条小鱼，小心翼翼的放进冰箱冷藏室里。十分钟过去了，我们的果冻做好了，果冻软软的，橙红色的“小肉”里透着一股浓浓的橙子味，好吃极了!品尝着自己亲手制作的果冻，心里甜滋滋的!

午餐时间到了，我们三个把小椅子上的小板拼到一起，小板变成“小桌”了!我们吃着美味的KFC汉堡和薯条，喝着凉丝丝的可乐，心里想着下午的巧克力制作，短暂的午餐时间就过去了。

期盼已久的巧克力制作时间终于到了!我把一个小碗放在煮开的水上，然后把盆端到电磁炉上，再打开电磁炉，大约煮了三分钟，小碗就热了，再加入可可粉，用小勺搅拌成酱，倒入小青蛙模具中，然后放入冰箱冷藏三十分钟，巧克力就做好了!它粉嘟嘟的，外面硬硬的，里面却软软的，嚼起来特别香甜!虽然不如卖的好吃，但是在我心里，它永远都是最好吃的!因为这是我亲手制作的!

愉快的夏令营结束了，但我们大家还沉浸在甜蜜的笑声中!“食品集结号”使我懂得了，只有自己的劳动果实才是最甜蜜的!

Dear Sir or Madame Im very glad to be invited to the English summer camp. I prefer to go in July because Ill have to prepare myself for the new school term in August. It seems all the activities you offer are attractive and meaningful. But Id like to attend the English lectures from which I can get more information on British and American culture. 这是我的第一次夏令营之旅。

我本以为一切会十分“险峻”，一切都是新的。新的环境，新的同伴，新的教官，未知的伙伴，未知的活动。我有些紧张，也有些害怕，怕不能和大家和睦相处。

一路长途跋涉，我们来到大草坪的时候,教官把我们分成两队,一队为太阳队，另一队是海盗队。作为太阳队，我们的口号是"更高，更快，更强”。另一队的口号是“烧光，杀光，抢光”!热情激荡!而第一个项目就是“攀岩”。

所谓攀岩是一种体育运动，只使用少量器具，主要利用双手和双脚攀登岩石硝壁。但此意非彼意，老师当然不会让我们去做这么危险的事，这个攀岩主要是塑胶做的手柄攀爬上去。教官说，爬过三格才会及格。看着前面的同学的成绩，我不禁自信起来。终于到我，刚开始爬的又快又稳，但是直到第四格有一个陡坡我却怎么也爬不上去。最后冲刺、奋力一跳还是没有成功，我只能遗憾的下来了。虽然失败了我却暗暗的对自己说，下次一定要攀到最顶端。

吃完午饭，我们来到酒店旁边的缅甸桥。水上面只有一根铁丝，两根拉着的线，底下是全是怕我们掉下来接住我们的安全网。前面的同学摇摇晃晃的好像喝醉了酒，我们在后面哄堂大笑，到我的时候我也害怕起来，走在那铁丝上可比独木桥吓人多了，下面都是深不见底的深潭，我现在能深刻体会到前面同学的心情了……终于到了岸边，我如释重负，长长吐了口气，真不好受啊!

紧接着我们又去了皮滑艇俱乐部，我和一个同学一起坐了一只蓝色的皮滑艇。我们很快掌握了滑船的技巧，我往后滑他就往前滑，配合的好像一个人一样。我们还去玩了滑索。但是这个项目对我自己挑战难度很大，所以我没敢上去。现在回想起来觉的滑索地并没有那么可怕，下次我一定会挑战一下我自己。

这就是我夏令营的第一天。这一天我过的很充实，新的环境新的朋友，却仿佛老朋友一般亲近，希望下次还能够再见!

一、活动主题

本期活动将以“诚信、文明、健康、快乐”为主题，在活动中，大力倡导：诚信为人、文明做人、健康成长、快乐生活的理念。引导学生阅读健康刊物、浏览健康网络、观摩健康影视，为孩子营造一个良好的学习、生活空间。

二、活动目的

1、丰富广大师生暑期生活。

2、为孩子营造健康成长的环境。

3、培养孩子的创新精神，提高孩子阅历，感受生活，理解生活。

三、活动内容

开心阅读、语文天地、数学乐园、英语快餐、网络直通车(电脑)、影视大篷车、书法、器乐、棋类、手工、绘画、曲艺、劳技、科学实验。

不定期组织学生外出观光、游玩，亲近大自然，接受爱国主义教育等。

四、活动形式

活动分为校内夏令营和校外夏令营活动两个方面。

这个暑期我参加了一个暑期夏令营活动，这个夏令营叫做“东海小领袖智慧成长营”，名字真的好长，本来想说是去玩的，没想到，还真的是去学习如何当一位小领袖呢!

到了那里的第一天，我就被吓到了，除了被那里美丽的风景吓到之外，也被老师严格的程度吓到。该怎么形容老师的严格呢?其实老师只是很注重“尊重”而已，只要你做到这一点，你就可以无忧无虑了。但是，相反的，如果你做不到的话，下场就会非常“惨”。马上就会被安排到“爱心服务队”，并且接受与大象老师的“特别谈话”，听说，整个晚上都不必睡觉了呢!光用听的就觉得恐怖。

我们每天晚上10：30准时熄灯，隔天早上7：00准时起床，如果被抓到熄灯还没躺在床上的，马上就会被拖出去的;如果7：00没起来的话，铁定会被踹个两脚，总之，就是会让你起来就对了。起床之后，还不能马上吃早餐，还要先打完太极拳，肚子总是会饿的受不了。晚上一回寝室的第一件事就是赶快把衣服拿一拿，先抢浴室再说，要不然，一没有抢到，可就有的等了，所有的女生大概有四、五十个，浴室竟然只有五、六间呢!而且衣服也要自己手洗，所以当然要手脚快一点啰!但是，大家的衣服都晾在一块儿，我的毛巾竟然不见了!而且都找不回来呢!而且，衣架还在那哩，毛巾却不见了，真是奇怪。

在这里，每一个人都要上过台，而且至少要讲三分钟，要不然，通通不能毕业!这还瞒严重的，努力了七天，却没有结业证书，不是很令人沮丧吗?我觉得“挫折的发生与处理”这堂课最令我印象深刻，里头有一句话，困扰我们的不是事件本身，而是我们对于事件的看法，仔细想想，这不是很有道理吗?

我觉得来上这个夏令营让我印象深刻，虽然刚开始会有些不习惯，但是后来习惯了就好。老师们都很认真的安排课程，是真的希望我们以后都能够发光发亮，我认为我不能辜负老师对我们的期待，努力的向前迈进吧!

My school encourages students to take part in out-of-class activities. After a busy day, it can help us to relax and build a healthy body. We usually take part in out-of-class activities on the playground. Some students play basketball, football and badminton. Some play Ping-Pong or swim. Besides, some students read books in the library. They think reading is also a good way to relax. As for me, I like running and reading.

It was the first day of our winter holiday.All of us were very happy.Why?Because we have one months to do things we love to do.We are free.Although we have some homework.But we can finish them in several days.And the rest time we can make good use of.My god!We have been very tired after hard studying.In winter holidays,I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself.Last but not the least,I will have a good rest.

Last weekend, I took part in the school trip and went to HouHai lake. It not only made us relax but also brought happiness to us.
