Spring festival is the most important festival to Chinese people.

It always lasts for 15 days.Before this day,all the family members eat dinner together.Last spring festival,my parents and I had a wonderful time. We had the most delicious dinner. After dinner, my parents watched the Spring Festival Gala on CCTV together.But my cousins and I went outside and set off fireworks.

今天，我和夏令营的同学们一起学做馒头，我们做了许多各式各样的馒头。

第一步是揉面。老师已经提前帮我们和好面团了，我们直接开始揉面。我先在盆底撒上面粉，再将面团放进盆里，往前一推，再往回一拉，再往前一推，再往回一拉，面团像胶水一样粘住我的手，我费了好大的劲，面团才“离开”了我的手。我想：哎呀，揉面团可真费劲啊！紧接着，同学们也一个一个地揉面团。不一会儿，面团就变得白白的、软软的，像个白白胖胖的小娃娃。

第二步就是做馒头了。我从盆里拿出一点面团，揉了揉，准备做五角星。我先将面团搓成圆，再往下一拍，弄出五个角，再来回翻动，最后就放进蒸笼。我看看旁边的同学们，做馒头时，有的坐在位置上，专心地在做馒头造型；有的一边在跟旁边的同学说话，一边在做馒头，；还有的在教室里走来走去，将自己的作品给同学们欣赏。大家做得馒头的形状各种各样：有刺猬形的、有甜甜圈形的、有五角星形的、有花朵形的、有老鼠形的、有飞机形的等等。

大约过了20分钟，馒头煮好了。一股香喷喷的味道飘了过来，钻进了我的鼻子。我拿起一块馒头细嚼慢咽的吃起来，甜中带着一点点酸，酸中带着甜，好吃极了！我心里想：哎呀！我自己做得竟然比妈妈做得还好吃呢！

这次做馒头，我不仅学会了做馒头，而且我发现自己做得比妈妈做得好吃。

在暑假里，我感受了第一次夏令营，那就是我参加了“蓝图*我到北京上大学”夏令营活动。虽然要离开家八天，但是我认为这是一次锻炼自己的机会。

到达北京第一站是世界公园。在那儿有许多国家的名胜古迹微缩建筑，如：埃菲尔铁塔、凯旋门、英国大本钟、美国白宫、埃及金字塔……

第二天，我迈着自豪的脚步走进了北大。在北京大学百年讲堂里，我聆听了著名教授周士渊讲课。这堂课，让我懂得了在课堂上学不到的知识，真是受益匪浅啊!后来导游又带我们参观了北大的校园。古朴的教学楼和时代感十足的图书馆相互呼应，加上博雅塔和未名湖的点缀，简直是世外桃源。假如我能在这充满书香的大学念书，那该多好!

到了第三天，我们要爬八达岭长城了，我就要成好汉了，因为我知道有一句：“不到长城非好汉!”我抬头仰望，长城就像一条巨龙在崇山峻岭之中蜿蜒盘旋。辅导员老师告诉我们，爬万里长城需要毅力，不能半途而废的。听了老师的话，我怀着激动的心情与随行的伙伴和副班长开始登长城。我们一步一步地往上爬，不时还拍上几张照。很快，我们就一连把几个烽火台抛于身后。路越来越险了，我们不得不抓紧护栏了。这时，我们想起了当时红军也是在这长城上奔波，我们顿时充满了力量，全速前进。皇天不负有心人，我们终于登完了长城，我们的衣服也被汗水湿透了。

八天，是短暂的，又是永久的。这八天带来的是在教室里八年都难以领悟的真谛：独立、自强、自尊、感恩、合作。

[英语作文：人类活动破坏了环境

这个暑期我参加了一个暑期夏令营活动，这个夏令营叫做“东海小领袖智慧成长营”，名字真的好长，本来想说是去玩的，没想到，还真的是去学习如何当一位小领袖呢!

到了那里的第一天，我就被吓到了，除了被那里美丽的风景吓到之外，也被老师严格的程度吓到。该怎么形容老师的严格呢?其实老师只是很注重“尊重”而已，只要你做到这一点，你就可以无忧无虑了。但是，相反的，如果你做不到的话，下场就会非常“惨”。马上就会被安排到“爱心服务队”，并且接受与大象老师的“特别谈话”，听说，整个晚上都不必睡觉了呢!光用听的就觉得恐怖。

我们每天晚上10：30准时熄灯，隔天早上7：00准时起床，如果被抓到熄灯还没躺在床上的，马上就会被拖出去的;如果7：00没起来的话，铁定会被踹个两脚，总之，就是会让你起来就对了。起床之后，还不能马上吃早餐，还要先打完太极拳，肚子总是会饿的受不了。晚上一回寝室的第一件事就是赶快把衣服拿一拿，先抢浴室再说，要不然，一没有抢到，可就有的等了，所有的女生大概有四、五十个，浴室竟然只有五、六间呢!而且衣服也要自己手洗，所以当然要手脚快一点啰!但是，大家的衣服都晾在一块儿，我的毛巾竟然不见了!而且都找不回来呢!而且，衣架还在那哩，毛巾却不见了，真是奇怪。

在这里，每一个人都要上过台，而且至少要讲三分钟，要不然，通通不能毕业!这还瞒严重的，努力了七天，却没有结业证书，不是很令人沮丧吗?我觉得“挫折的发生与处理”这堂课最令我印象深刻，里头有一句话，困扰我们的不是事件本身，而是我们对于事件的看法，仔细想想，这不是很有道理吗?

我觉得来上这个夏令营让我印象深刻，虽然刚开始会有些不习惯，但是后来习惯了就好。老师们都很认真的安排课程，是真的希望我们以后都能够发光发亮，我认为我不能辜负老师对我们的期待，努力的向前迈进吧!

张海迪，1955年秋天在济南出生。5岁患脊髓病，胸以下全部瘫痪。从那时起，张海迪开始了她独到的人生。她无法上学，便在在家自学完中学课程。15岁时，海迪跟随父母，下放(山东)聊城农村，给孩子当起教书先生。她还自学针灸医术，为乡亲们无偿治疗。后来，张海迪自学多门外语，还当过无线电修理工。

在残酷的命运挑战面前，张海迪没有沮丧和沉沦，她以顽强的毅力和恒心与疾病做斗争，经受了严峻的考验，对人生充满了信心。她虽然没有机会走进校门，却发愤学习，学完了小学、中学全部课程，自学了大学英语、日语、德语和世界语，并攻读了大学和硕士研究生的课程。1983年张海迪开始从事文学创作，先后翻译了《海边诊所》等数十万字的英语小说，编著了《向天空敞开的窗口》、《生命的追问》、《轮椅上的梦》等书籍。其中《轮椅上的梦》在日本和韩国出版，而《生命的追问》出版不到半年，已重印3次，获得了全国“五个一工程”图书奖。在《生命的追问》之前，这个奖项还从没颁发给散文作品。最近，一部长达30万字的长篇小说《绝顶》，即将问世。从1983年开始，张海迪创作和翻译的作品超过100万字。

1983年，《中国青年报》发表《是颗流星，就要把光留给人间》，张海迪名噪中华，获得两个美誉，一个是“八十年代新雷锋”，一个是"“当代保尔”。

张海迪怀着“活着就要做个对社会有益的人”的信念，以保尔为榜样，勇于把自己的光和热献给人民。她以自己的言行，回答了亿万青年非常关心的人生观、价值观问题。邓小平亲笔题词：“学习张海迪，做有理想、有道德、有文化、守纪律的共产主义新人!”

随后，使张海迪成为道德力量。

张海迪现为全国政协委员，供职在山东作家协会，从事创作和翻译。
