今年暑假，我过的非常充实，因为妈妈给我报了阿斯顿英语暑期班。碰巧，阿斯顿夏令营活动就要开始了，于是，在我的请求下，妈妈为我报了为期一天的食品集结号活动。

和其他夏令营不同的是，阿斯顿夏令营的整个活动是在阿斯顿校内进行。这到底是一个什么样的活动呢?跟我一起去看看吧!

今天一大早，我们非常兴奋，早早的来到阿斯顿校内，准备活动。正在大家叽叽喳喳的猜测着活动内容时，不知谁大叫一声老师来了!吵吵闹闹的教室顿时安静下来。

我们的领队老师姓周，非常年轻，，也很漂亮。洗过手后，周老师对我们说：想知道我们这次要做什么吗?

想!我们大声喊着。

我们这次要做果冻和巧克力!老师微笑着说。

耶!欢呼声响彻屋顶，男孩子们忍不住跳了起来!

下面要做果冻啦!三个人一组，我和同班的两个好朋友被分到了第三组。终于轮到我们啦!我们三个迫不及待的把果冻粉和果汁倒入碗中，再把小碗放到电磁路上。我们一人拿着一把小勺，不断地搅拌碗里的果冻粉和果汁。大约搅拌了十分钟，老师就把小碗拿了下来。我们用小勺把融化好的果冻粉和果汁倒进小鱼形状的小碗里，然后一人拿着一条小鱼，小心翼翼的放进冰箱冷藏室里。十分钟过去了，我们的果冻做好了，果冻软软的，橙红色的小肉里透着一股浓浓的橙子味，好吃极了!品尝着自己亲手制作的果冻，心里甜滋滋的!

午餐时间到了，我们三个把小椅子上的小板拼到一起，小板变成小桌了!我们吃着美味的KFC汉堡和薯条，喝着凉丝丝的可乐，心里想着下午的巧克力制作，短暂的午餐时间就过去了。

期盼已久的巧克力制作时间终于到了!我把一个小碗放在煮开的水上，然后把盆端到电磁炉上，再打开电磁炉，大约煮了三分钟，小碗就热了，再加入可可粉，用小勺搅拌成酱，倒入小青蛙模具中，然后放入冰箱冷藏三十分钟，巧克力就做好了!它粉嘟嘟的，外面硬硬的，里面却软软的，嚼起来特别香甜!虽然不如卖的好吃，但是在我心里，它永远都是最好吃的!因为这是我亲手制作的!

愉快的夏令营结束了，但我们大家还沉浸在甜蜜的笑声中!食品集结号使我懂得了，只有自己的劳动果实才是最甜蜜的!

Some students like to participate actively in after class activities.

They think after class activities are an integral part of school life. By going in for such activities, they can learn what they cant learn from books, which will be beneficial to them in the future.

出门的时候，妈妈担心我，给我带上了许许多多的户外用品，运动鞋，运动衣，防晒霜，创可贴，等等，一起参加这次夏令营活动班的，还有我最好的朋友蓝科，我们一起开开心心的，坐上夏令营活动班的班车，来，到了市外的郊区，准备体验这一次夏令营活动。

这次参加夏令营活动的，共有50多个小朋友，他们都是来自不同的学校，这一次，我们认识了更加多的小朋友，不仅仅是我们学校的，让我们的人缘又增加了不少。

夏令营活动班的老师，开始为我们讲解这次活动的目的与意义，然后对我们分成4组，每两个组团结在一起进行拔河比赛，之后还有，以多对少的拔河比赛，这些比赛的目的都是为了让我们体验到，人多力量大的意义。

我们通过激烈的比赛，最终都让我们体验到了，大家团结起来才能够获得胜利，团结起来的力量是我们不可想象的。

这一次夏令营活动，我们虽然流了很多汗，连衣服也弄得脏兮兮的，可是我们却明白了不少的道理，结交了不少的朋友，我觉得这一次夏令营活动是值得的。

期待着明年的夏令营我还会继续参加。

今天是来到这里的第四天，还有三天就要结束夏令营生活了，还真有点舍不得。

终于到了中午，我们老师带着我们来到了一家烧烤店，我飞快的抢了一个好位子。这时烧烤店的阿姨给我们开起了烧烤的机器，一位叔叔给我们拿来了羊肉，香肠，虾，青菜等等。我拿起一串牛肉烤了起来，过了两三分钟，从我哪里传来了一阵阵的香味扑鼻而来，我急忙拿了出来咬了一口，哪时只有五个字的形容————太太太好吃了。

吃好了午饭，我们一行人来到了节名电影看电影。我心里想：“难道给我们看我梦寐以求的《功夫梦》还是我最喜爱的《玩具总动园3》!”我兴奋的走进了电影院。坐了下来，等待电影的到来。突然灯光一下在没了，眼前一亮，电影开始了。屏幕是出现了金刚葫芦娃，我一呆，大叫一声：“老天对我不薄!”我一步飞跃，向厕所跑去。我一共去了七八次厕所，猜才好不容易电影放完。

总而言之，言而总之，这是一个即充实的一天，也是快乐的一天。

群星璀璨的星星犹如我经历过的事情一样美丽，一样动人。群星多如麻，那就让我在“麻”中精心挑选出一颗最明亮的繁星你我享受吧!

我参加过夏令营活动，那是一场别开生面的夏令营，夏令营的每一个环节都是让我们增长知识的。这不，参加夏令营的最后一个晚上，我们团开展了一次别具一格的夏令营“联欢会”。

悦耳的声音拉开了“联欢会”的帷幕，第一个开场节目开始了，由几个男同学唱《我心飞翔》……你还别说，他们唱得还挺投入的呢!几分钟后，第一个节目结束了。紧接着，拉开了第二个节目《“哑巴”换椅子》你可别小看它，这可是一个精华版豆秀派的节目。一开场，场上就摆放着三把椅子，两把是完好损的，而另一吧却是“成年老椅”(破椅)了。王强首先进场，他毫不犹豫的坐了下去，谁知他坐的是那把“成年老椅”(破椅)，扑腾一声，“哈哈哈……”全场笑得前赴后仰，王强摔了个“狗吃屎”。然后，他用不安的眼神向四周扫视，发现没人。就悄悄的把那张破椅换走了。第二个李明同学来历 ，他哼着小曲一屁股坐在那张破椅上。“嘻嘻嘻，哈哈哈……”全场师生开怀大笑。李明同学也被摔了个“四脚朝天”他用彷徨的延眼神巡视了周围，也轻轻悄悄的换了一把好椅子。接着邻红也背着书包上场了，全场唧唧喳喳，议论纷纷。邻红果然不出所料，一坐就摔到了，可是出乎意料的是，她并没有把椅子换掉，而是找来锤子和钉子把椅子修好。看到这一幕，全场人都非常激动，雷鸣般的掌声顿时间响起……

又一个节目结束了。转眼间，“联欢会”已经到了尾声，随着动听的歌声《友谊地久天长》，我们结束了这次的旅行……

照家乡的老规矩，春节差不多在腊月二十几就开始了，在这段期间，家家户户忙着打扫屋子，洗床单窗帘，买腊肉香肠等吃的东西，准备过年。腊月二十六家家贴红红的对联，可喜庆了。

除夕真热闹。家家赶做年夜菜，到处都是酒肉的香味，男女老少都穿起新衣。一家人围在一张圆桌上开开心心的吃连夜饭，大人们还会给孩子门压岁钱。除夕家家灯火通明，不许间断。天一黑，滨江路上就开始放起了鞭炮，礼花，满天五彩滨纷的礼花，鞭炮声不间断。午夜零时，全城礼花声鞭炮声震耳欲聋，仿佛要把整幢震垮似的。这一夜，除了很上的孩子，没有什么睡得站，都要守岁。我 却在凌晨一点方左右，就呼呼大睡了。

正月一的光景与除夕截然不同;铺户都关门休息，门前堆放着昨夜燃放的爆竹纸皮，全城都在休息。这天，大多数人们都去逛公园，逛庙会，可开心了。

元宵上市，春节的又一个高潮到了。正月十五，家家张灯结彩，红火而美丽。还会在那里赏月，圆圆的月亮，像一个大九的玉盘。家里在电视机面前，看元宵“喜乐会”，一家人你一句我一句的，十分开心。

家乡春节多姿多彩，最快乐的当属我们小朋友了，除了能得到压岁钱以外，最开心的是我们可以轻松自在的玩耍。过年真快乐!

正月十五一过就是春节的末尾了，该工作的工作，该上学的上学，日子恢复了往前的平静。

假日里我参加了夏令营活动，给我影响最深刻的是去武警部队训练。

早上，我们夏令营大的小朋友来到武警叔叔训练的场地上观看武警叔叔们表演打拳、走队列。他们的拳打得虎虎生威，喊声惊天动地、地动山摇。他们的步伐整整齐齐、刚劲有力，使我们看得眼花缭乱。

我们正看得入迷，忽然听见一声哨响，轮到我们开始训练了。我们站成一排，由况康泉叔叔指导我们训练。叔叔教我们敬礼、列队、走步。叔叔教什么我们就学什么，我们学得很认真。太阳晒得我们大汉淋漓，我感觉骨头都快散架了，可我一咬牙挺了过去。我可不想当逃兵！

接下来该参观武警叔叔的营房。我看见被子叠得着整整齐齐，像豆腐块一样。床单雪白雪白的，一尘不染。漱口杯摆成一条线，杯子里的牙刷都朝一个方向，牙膏又朝另一个方向，远远望去，就像列队的士兵。我们都惊呆了。我从来没见过这么整齐的营房！

What can I do for our environment?

Everyone can do something for our environment。 For me， I should try to save electricity in my daily life。 For example， if I am the last person leave the classroom in the evening， I will always remember to turn off the lights。 In order to protect our forests， I will use paper wisely。 I should try to use both sides of paper whenever it is possible。 I will not use things like paper cups and disposable chopsticks because they are made of wood。 I believe that doing all these small things will improve our environment and help make our world a better place to live in。

七月底，三门中学组织了为期七天的英语夏令营，我非常有幸参加了此次活动。这是一次有外教老师任教的夏令营，也是我第一次参加“与美国老师的零距离接触”的夏令营。

本次参加活动的对象有小学、初中及高中的同学，我被分在小学一班，我们班共有15名同学，配有一名外教老师和一名助教。

幽默的外教老师

我按我们名单顺序坐在了座位上，好奇地寻找我的夏令营老师。终于在人群中看到外教老师的庐山真面目。只见他大约一米九的高个，雪白的脸上有着一双蓝色的大眼睛，一张小巧的嘴巴，金黄色的小型爆炸头看起来充满喜感。

我们的外教老师很“皮”，课上到一半，突然一个人先跑出去。再做一个跟上我的手势，大家站起来紧跟着外教老师。老师用食指放在嘴上“嘘”了一声，示意让我们先蹲着轻轻地走，不要发出声音，不要被隔壁班的同学发现。为了脚步一致，老师让我们在心里叫“3，2，1”。隔壁教室的同学只听到一声巨响，一个个吓得鬼哭狼嚎、惊慌失措……哈哈哈，原来是老师带我们去做恶作剧，15个学生一起用手拍隔壁教室的窗户。没想到我们刚回到教室坐下来，刚刚被拍的那个教室的同学也反攻了一次，过来不停地拍我们教室的窗户。

外教老师上课真特别，可是我们的英语水平不高，不能和外教老师很好地沟通。为了减少距离，本次夏令营采用了体演教学法的模式，体就是利用肢体语言让对方体会的意思，演就是表演的意思。我们一边说几个熟悉的英语单词，一边做手势，这样的交流方式虽累，但挺有意思的，特别是有些同学和老师的夸张的动作，让人捧腹大笑。

有趣的橄榄球

那天下午，我们玩了橄榄球，据说是美国很受欢迎的一种球类，长椭圆形，原来是以橄榄的形状命名的。我们玩了有趣的游戏——“猴子捞月”，它的规则就是一个人当猴子，其他人当丢球的人，如果丢的球被猴子接住了，丢球的人则变成猴子。

开始游戏了。首次的猴子由外教老师自告奋勇地扮演，老师还幽默地做了一下孙悟空的招牌动作，我们哄堂大笑。大家都互相丢球，可是出师不利，我们中有个女生抛出去的球被老师接住了，于是她变成了猴子。这让我们更加小心，男生组的几个男生也过来相助，通过男生们的默契配合，把这两只猴子累坏，……同学们情绪高涨，校园里充满了欢声笑语……

外国的教学方法很特别，他们提倡在玩中学，学中乐，而国内的教学相对来说有点枯燥，学习压力也比较大，难怪近些年各种外教夏令营很受人关注。

Another time, my brother asked me to play badminton, I promised to, after a few rounds, I found his brothers strength is very strong, whether I use golf or the earth, he can turn back, like a "iron shield", I take the travel tactics, constantly hits the ball, but my brother can come back, I slowly against her brothers "shelling". Finally, God had eyes, and his brother showed a leak. I seized the chance to shoot the ball, and my brother finally missed. I shouted, "I have won!"

I also understand the truth: perseverance is victory. Badminton brings a lot of happiness to my extracurricular activities.

When I was just a little girl, my relatives all said to me,"You are not a beautiful girl. If you want to be paid attention to, you must work harder than others."These words hurt me. So I wanted to be a beautiful girl, just like the Snow White. That was my illusion when I was five years old.

I grew up. When I was ten years old, I wanted to be a scientist. I believed that if I was a world-famous scientist, I would be noticed by people all over the world. I could do many good things for them.

Now Im fifteen, I have my third illusion: I want to be a singer. Because I love singing. I love music. I even want to produce music myself. I also want to let the entire world hear my voice and my songs, though Im not the best singer.

I know all these are just my illusions. Maybe they will never come true. But Im still very happy because of my illusions.
