今年暑假，我和沈培艺同学结伴参加了双山岛水上拓展夏令营，想要一起体验一下挑战自我的感觉。去夏令营报道的那一天，所有的同学都兴高采烈，士气高涨。教练见我们活灵活现的，笑眯眯地说：“小营员们，希望在3天后，我依然能看见你们灿烂的笑容，好吗?”“好!”，我们的回答清脆响亮!

东方水上步行球

这个活动是这样的：有一个大球，往里面放好气后，然后有3个小孩子进去，滚到水里，往前爬，工作人员叔叔会帮助我们往前滚，我们在里面也会用力往前，使大球滚得快一点。

大球是透明的，很大很大，里面很热，而且不会进水。虽然我们用了很大的力气，但是大球还是滚得很慢。我觉得玩这个活动很开心，同时要我们大家团结合作，往一个方向用力，球才会滚得快。

东方嬉水

我们穿着游泳衣到一个小小的游泳池去泼水。那个游泳池的水很少，只到我们的膝盖，但是我们玩得还是很开心。

东方打水仗就是拿把水枪打别人，工作人员给我们在地上放了一个小毛头充气游泳池，里面放满水，是给我们装水的。

到了那里的第一天，我就被吓到了，除了被那里美丽的风景吓到之外，也被老师严格的程度吓到。该怎么形容老师的严格呢?其实老师只是很注重“尊重”而已，只要你做到这一点，你就可以无忧无虑了。但是，相反的，如果你做不到的话，下场就会非常“惨”。马上就会被安排到“爱心服务队”，并且接受与大象老师的“特别谈话”，听说，整个晚上都不必睡觉了呢!光用听的就觉得恐怖。

我们每天晚上10：30准时熄灯，隔天早上7：00准时起床，如果被抓到熄灯还没躺在床上的，马上就会被拖出去的;如果7：00没起来的话，铁定会被踹个两脚，总之，就是会让你起来就对了。起床之后，还不能马上吃早餐，还要先打完太极拳，肚子总是会饿的受不了。晚上一回寝室的第一件事就是赶快把衣服拿一拿，先抢浴室再说，要不然，一没有抢到，可就有的等了，所有的女生大概有四、五十个，浴室竟然只有五、六间呢!而且衣服也要自己手洗，所以当然要手脚快一点啰!但是，大家的衣服都晾在一块儿，我的毛巾竟然不见了!而且都找不回来呢!而且，衣架还在那哩，毛巾却不见了，真是奇怪。

在这里，每一个人都要上过台，而且至少要讲三分钟，要不然，通通不能毕业!这还瞒严重的，努力了七天，却没有结业证书，不是很令人沮丧吗?我觉得“挫折的发生与处理”这堂课最令我印象深刻，里头有一句话，困扰我们的不是事件本身，而是我们对于事件的看法，仔细想想，这不是很有道理吗?

我觉得来上这个夏令营让我印象深刻，虽然刚开始会有些不习惯，但是后来习惯了就好。老师们都很认真的安排课程，是真的希望我们以后都能够发光发亮，我认为我不能辜负老师对我们的期待，努力的向前迈进吧!

一放假，我就参加了一次开心的夏令营活动。

第一天，我们来到了美丽的百岛城市-珠海，参观了“农业奇观”，那里植物的非常奇特，有奇大的太空品种的南瓜――像两个小朋友般大小，出奇多产的水种樱桃番茄――能长出二万多个果实。

第二天，我们去了“鳄鱼公园”观看了小猪赛跑。圈养的猪门一打开，一只只小猪慢吞吞地从房子里走出来。当饲养员发出命令“一、二、三”时，小猪选手们便一窝蜂似的跑了出来，它们一个个争先恐后一路向前狂奔，不断地拍打着小尾巴。但不久，小选手们开始偷懒了，有的在花丛中左顾右盼在寻觅食物，逗得同学们笑弯了腰，笑掉了泪，“猪”性难改啊!最后二号小猪赢了，奖品是一顿丰盛的午餐。

在2米高台跳水项目比赛中，猪选手们一个个走上跳台，冲在前面的那只小猪首先勇敢地跳了下水，接着，选手们也纷纷跳了下去，只剩下一只小母猪望着下面池中的水，久久不敢动弹一步。但在同学们的呼喊声中，它似乎得到了勇气和胆量，终于勇敢地跳了下去，只见水花向四面八方溅开，它赢得了同学们的掌声。

这一次夏令营的种种动植物真是令人难忘啊!

今天，我和同学们一起去河边钓龙虾。

我们到了小河边，找到鱼竿，绑上了诱饵——肉，于是就耐心地等待龙虾上钩。

我蹲在河边，脚踩在鱼竿下，目不转晴地盯着线。突然，我发现鱼竿动了一下，我“瞪”地一下站起来，把鱼竿往上一提，可是龙虾没抓紧肉，掉到了水里，龙虾躲过了一劫。我重新又将线放进水里，过了一会，感觉竿子被一股力量拉着，我心里一阵惊喜。我往上一拉，哇，好大一只！我急忙拉住线，将它提到岸上。刚准备将它放进盆里，它的爪子一松，掉到了地上，挥挥钳子爬走了，好像在跟我说：“再见”。我想踩住它的头，可它还是溜走了。我看了看旁边同学的盆子里早已有三、四只龙虾了，心里有点着急，思考着龙虾为什么总钓不着。

经过仔细思考，我找到了原因。龙虾还没有吃诱饵，而我太心急拉线。我吸取了前两次的教训，再次将鱼竿放到水里。当我感觉竿子动时，我在心里数了10秒，再提起鱼竿，一只龙虾紧紧地抓住肉，正在津津有味地吃肉呢，全然不知道它就要当俘虏了。我美滋滋地赶紧把龙虾放进盆里。

我继续蹲在地上等龙虾上钓。我突然感觉有两股力量向旁边拉，我静静地等了一分钟，往上一掉。啊！“一箭双雕”，竟同时钓到两只龙虾，它们俩正咬着一块肉不放，真是“吃货”。我把它们放进盆子里时，它们竟还紧紧地抓住肉不放，我抖了半天才将它们抖在盆子里。

这次钓龙虾活动中，我一共钓到了22只龙虾，满载而归。我不仅学会了怎么钓龙虾，也知道了做事只要耐心，就能做好。
